Salmos 89
Updated Bible Version (UPDV) vs BKJ
1 Maschil of Ethan the Ezrahite. I will sing of the loving-kindness of Yahweh forever: With my mouth I will make known your faithfulness to all generations.
1 Masquil de Etã, o ezraíta. Cantarei as misericórdias do SENHOR para sempre; com a minha boca farei conhecida a tua fidelidade a todas as gerações.
2 For I have said, Mercy will be built up forever; Your faithfulness you will establish in the very heavens.
2 Pois eu disse: A misericórdia será edificada para sempre; tua fidelidade tu estabelecerás nos próprios céus.
3 I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn to David my slave:
3 Eu fiz um pacto com o meu escolhido, jurei ao meu servo Davi.
4 Your seed I will establish forever, And build up your throne to all generations. Selah.
4 Tua semente eu estabelecerei para sempre, e edificarei o teu trono a todas as gerações. Selá.
5 And the heavens will praise your wonders, O Yahweh; Your faithfulness also in the assembly of the holy ones.
5 E os céus louvarão as tuas maravilhas, ó SENHOR; tua fidelidade também na congregação dos santos.
6 For who in the skies can be compared to Yahweh? Who among the sons of the mighty is like Yahweh,
6 Pois quem no céu pode ser comparado ao SENHOR? Quem entre os filhos dos poderosos pode ser semelhante ao SENHOR?
7 A God very terrible in the council of the holy ones, And to be awed above all those who are round about him?
7 Deus é grandemente temido na assembleia dos santos, e tido em reverência por todos aqueles que estão ao seu redor.
8 O Yahweh God of hosts, Who is a mighty one, like you, O Yah? And your faithfulness is round about you.
8 Ó SENHOR, Deus dos Exércitos; quem é forte como tu SENHOR? Ou para a tua fidelidade que te cerca?
9 You rule the pride of the sea: When its waves arise, you still them.
9 Tu dominas a fúria do mar; quando as suas ondas se levantam, tu as acalmas.
10 You have broken Rahab in pieces, as one who is slain; You have scattered your enemies with the arm of your strength.
10 Tu quebrantaste Raabe em pedaços, como alguém que é morto; tu espalhaste os teus inimigos com o teu forte braço.
11 The heavens are yours, the earth also is yours: The world and the fullness of it, you have founded them.
11 Os céus são teus, a terra também é tua; como o mundo e a sua plenitude, tu os fundaste.
12 The north and the south, you have created them: Tabor and Hermon rejoice in your name.
12 O norte e o sul tu os criaste; Tabor e Hermom regozijarão em teu nome.
13 You have a mighty arm; Strong is your hand, and high is your right hand.
13 Tu tens um poderoso braço; forte é a tua mão, e alta é a tua mão direita.
14 Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne: Loving-kindness and truth go before your face.
14 Justiça e juízo são a habitação do teu trono; misericórdia e verdade irão diante da tua face.
15 Blessed is the people who know the joyful sound: They walk, O Yahweh, in the light of your countenance.
15 Abençoado é o povo que conhece o som alegre; eles caminharão, ó SENHOR, à luz do teu semblante.
16 In your name they rejoice all the day; And in your righteousness they stand.
16 Em teu nome eles regozijarão todo o dia; e na tua justiça eles serão exaltados.
17 For you are the glory of their strength; And in your favor our horn will be exalted.
17 Pois tu és a glória da sua força, e em teu favor nosso chifre será exaltado.
18 For our shield belongs to Yahweh; And our king to the Holy One of Israel.
18 Porquanto o SENHOR é a nossa defesa, e o Santo de Israel é o nosso rei.
19 Then you spoke in vision to your saints, And said, I have laid help on one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen out of the people.
19 Então falaste em visão aos teus santos, e disseste: Eu pus o socorro sobre aquele que é poderoso. Exaltei aquele escolhido dentre o povo.
20 I have found David my slave; With my holy oil I have anointed him:
20 Encontrei Davi, meu servo; com meu óleo santo o ungi.
21 With whom my hand will be established; My arm also will strengthen him.
21 Com quem minha mão se estabelecerá; meu braço também o fortalecerá.
22 The enemy will not exact from him, Nor the son of wickedness afflict him.
22 O inimigo não extorquirá sobre ele; nem o filho do perverso o afligirá.
23 And I will beat down his adversaries before him, And strike those who hate him.
23 E eu derrotarei os seus inimigos diante da sua face, e empestarei aqueles que o odeiam.
24 But my faithfulness and my loving-kindness will be with him; And in my name will his horn be exalted.
24 Mas a minha fidelidade e a minha misericórdia estarão com ele, e em meu nome seu chifre será exaltado.
25 I will set his hand also on the sea, And his right hand on the rivers.
25 Eu também colocarei a sua mão no mar, e a sua mão direita nos rios.
26 He will cry to me, You are my Father, My God, and the rock of my salvation.
26 Ele clamará a mim: Tu és meu pai, meu Deus, e a rocha da minha salvação.
27 I also will make him [my] firstborn, The highest of the kings of the earth.
27 Também farei dele o meu primogênito, mais alto do que os reis da terra.
28 My loving-kindness I will keep for him forevermore; And my covenant will stand fast with him.
28 Minha misericórdia eu manterei por ele para sempre, e o meu pacto permanecerá firme com ele.
29 His seed also I will make to endure forever, And his throne as the days of heaven.
29 Sua semente também farei durar para sempre, e o seu trono como os dias do céu.
30 If his sons forsake my law, And don't walk in my ordinances;
30 Se seus filhos abandonarem a minha lei, e não andarem nos meus juízos;
31 If they break my statutes, And don't keep my commandments;
31 Se eles quebrarem os meus estatutos, e não guardarem os meus mandamentos;
32 Then I will visit their transgression with the rod, And their iniquity with stripes.
32 Então visitarei as suas transgressões com uma vara, e a sua iniquidade com açoites.
33 But my loving-kindness I will not completely take from him, Nor allow my faithfulness to fail.
33 Apesar disso, a minha benignidade não retirarei completamente dele, nem farei a minha fidelidade falhar.
34 My covenant I will not break, Nor alter the thing that has gone out of my lips.
34 Meu pacto não quebrarei, nem alterarei o que sai dos meus lábios.
35 Once I have sworn by my holiness: I will not lie to David:
35 Uma vez que jurei pela minha santidade, eu não mentirei a Davi.
36 His seed will endure forever, And his throne as the sun before me.
36 Sua semente durará para sempre, e o seu trono como o sol diante de mim.
37 It will be established forever as the moon, And [as] the faithful witness in the sky. Selah.
37 Ele se estabelecerá para sempre como a lua, e como uma testemunha fiel no céu. Selá.
38 But you have cast off and rejected, You have been angry with your anointed.
38 Mas tu rejeitaste e abominaste; tu te iraste com o teu ungido.
39 You have abhorred the covenant of your slave: You have profaned his crown [by casting it] to the ground.
39 Tu anulaste o pacto com o teu servo; profanaste a sua coroa ao lançá-la ao chão.
40 You have broken down all his hedges; You have brought his strongholds to ruin.
40 Quebraste todas as suas cercas; tu levaste todas as suas fortalezas à ruína.
41 All who pass by the way rob him: He has become a reproach to his neighbors.
41 Todos os que passam pelo caminho o despojam; ele é uma vergonha para os seus vizinhos.
42 You have exalted the right hand of his adversaries; You have made all his enemies to rejoice.
42 Tu estabeleceste a mão direita dos seus adversários; tu fizeste os seus inimigos se regozijarem.
43 Yes, you turn back the edge of his sword, And have not made him to stand in the battle.
43 Tu também viraste a lâmina da sua espada, e não o fizeste ficar de pé na batalha.
44 You have made his brightness to cease, And cast his throne down to the ground.
44 Tu fizeste cessar a sua glória, e lançaste o seu trono ao chão.
45 The days of his youth you have shortened: You have covered him with shame. Selah.
45 Os dias da sua juventude tu encurtaste; tu o cobriste de vergonha. Selá.
46 How long, O Yahweh? Will you hide yourself forever? [How long] will your wrath burn like fire?
46 Por quanto tempo, SENHOR? Te esconderás para sempre? Queimará a tua ira como o fogo?
47 Remember me: How short is my lifetime? For what vanity have you created all the sons of man?
47 Lembra de quão curto meu tempo é; por que fizeste todos os homens em vão?
48 What [prominent] man is he who will live and not see death, That will deliver his soul from the power of Sheol? Selah.
48 Que homem é este que vive, e não verá a morte? Livrará ele a sua alma da mão do túmulo? Selá.
49 Lord, where are your former loving-kindnesses, Which you swore to David in your faithfulness?
49 Senhor, onde estão as tuas antigas benignidades, as quais tu juraste a Davi na tua verdade?
50 Remember, Lord, the reproach of your slaves, That I bear in my bosom from all the numerous peoples,
50 Lembra, Senhor, da vergonha dos teus servos; como posso suportar em meu peito a vergonha de todos os povos poderosos;
51 With which your enemies have reproached, O Yahweh, With which they have reproached the footsteps of your anointed.
51 Com a qual teus inimigos foram envergonhados, ó SENHOR; com a qual eles envergonharam os passos do teu ungido.
52 Blessed be Yahweh forevermore. Amen, and Amen.
52 Bendito seja o SENHOR para sempre. Amém e Amém.
