1 Give thanks to Yahweh for he is good, for his loyal love is forever.
1 Deem graças a Deus, o Senhor , porque ele é bom e porque o seu amor dura para sempre.
2 Let Israel say, “His loyal love is forever.”
2 Que o povo de Israel diga: “O seu amor dura para sempre!”
3 Let the house of Aaron say, “His loyal love is forever.”
3 Que os sacerdotes de Deus digam: “O seu amor dura para sempre!”
4 Let those who fear Yahweh say, “His loyal love is forever.”
4 E que todos os que o temem digam: “O seu amor dura para sempre!”
5 Out of my distress I called to Yah. Yah answered me, setting me in a broad place.
5 Na minha aflição, eu clamei ao ele me respondeu e me livrou da angústia.
6 Yahweh is for me; I do not fear. What can mere humans do to me?
6 O Senhor está comigo, e eu não tenho medo; que mal pode alguém me fazer?
7 Yahweh is for me as my helper, and so I will look in triumph on those who hate me.
7 O Senhor está comigo; é ele quem me ajuda. Por isso, verei a derrota dos meus inimigos.
8 It is better to take refuge in Yahweh than to trust in humans.
8 É melhor confiar no Senhor , do que depender de seres humanos.
9 It is better to take refuge in Yahweh than to trust princes.

10 All nations surrounded me. In the name of Yahweh I opposed them indeed.
10 Os inimigos que estavam em volta de mim eram muitos, mas, pelo poder de Deus, o eu acabei com eles.
11 They surrounded me; yes, they surrounded me. In the name of Yahweh I opposed them indeed.
11 Eles me cercaram por todos os lados, mas, pelo poder do eu acabei com eles.
12 They surrounded me like bees; they were extinguished like a fire of thorns. In the name of Yahweh I opposed them indeed.
12 Eles se juntaram, como abelhas, em volta de mim, porém foram queimados no fogo como galhos secos; pelo poder do eu acabei com eles.
13 You pushed me hard to make me fall, but Yahweh helped me.
13 Eles me atacaram com violência, e eu quase fui derrotado, porém o
14 Yah is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation.
14 O Senhor Deus me torna forte e poderoso; ele me salvou.
15 The sound of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous; the right hand of Yahweh has done valiantly.
15 Escutem os gritos alegres de vitória no acampamento do povo de Deus: “O poder do nos deu a vitória.
16 The right hand of Yahweh has exalted; the right hand of Yahweh has done valiantly.
16 Com o seu poder ele fez grandes coisas. O poder do nos deu a vitória.”
17 I will not die but live, and tell of the works of Yah.
17 Não vou morrer; pelo contrário, vou viver e anunciar o que o tem feito.
18 Yah has disciplined me severely, but he did not consign me to death.
18 Ele me castigou com dureza, mas não deixou que eu morresse.
19 Open to me the gates of righteousness, that I may enter through them and give thanks to Yah.
19 Abram os portões do Templo para mim; eu entrarei e louvarei o
20 This is the gate of Yahweh, through which the righteous will enter.
20 Este é o portão do Senhor ; somente os que lhe obedecem podem entrar por ele.
21 I will give thanks to you for you have answered me, and you have become my salvation.
21 Ó Deus, eu te louvo porque me escutaste e me deste a vitória.
22 The stone the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone.
22 A pedra que os construtores rejeitaram veio a ser a mais importante de todas.
23 This is from Yahweh; it is wonderful in our eyes.
23 Isso foi feito pelo Senhor e é uma coisa maravilhosa!
24 This is the day Yahweh has worked; let us rejoice and be glad in him.
24 Este é o dia da vitória de Deus, o que seja para nós um dia de felicidade e alegria!
25 O Yahweh, please save; O Yahweh, please grant success.
25 Salva-nos, ó Senhor , salva-nos! Dá-nos prosperidade, ó Deus!
26 Blessed is he who comes in the name of Yahweh. We bless you from the house of Yahweh.
26 Que Deus abençoe aquele que vem em nome de Deus, o Daqui do Templo do nós abençoamos todos vocês.
27 Yahweh is God, and he has given us light. Bind the festal sacrifice with cords to the horns of the altar.

28 You are my God, and I will give thanks to you. You are my God; I will exalt you.
