1 [ALEPH] Blessed are those who are perfect in the way, Who walk in the law of Yahweh.

2 Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, That seek him with the whole heart.
2 Como são felizes os que obedecem a seus preceitos e o buscam de todo o coração.
3 Yes, they do no unrighteousness; They walk in his ways.
3 Não praticam o mal e andam em seus caminhos.
4 You have commanded [us] your precepts, That we should observe them diligently.
4 Tu nos encarregaste de seguir fielmente tuas ordens.
5 Oh that my ways were established To observe your statutes!

6 Then I will not be put to shame, When I have respect to all your commandments.

7 I will give thanks to you with uprightness of heart, When I learn your righteous judgments.

14 I have rejoiced in the way of your testimonies, As much as in all riches.

15 I will meditate on your precepts, And have respect to your ways.

16 I will delight myself in your statutes: I will not forget your word.

21 You have rebuked the proud who are cursed, That wander from your commandments.

22 Take away from me reproach and contempt; For I have kept your testimonies.

23 Princes also sat and talked against me; [But] your slave meditated on your statutes.

24 Your testimonies also are my delight [And] my counselors.

26 I declared my ways, and you answered me: Teach me your statutes.

27 Make me to understand the way of your precepts: So I will meditate on your wondrous works.

28 My soul melts for heaviness: Strengthen me according to your word.

29 Remove from me the way of falsehood; And grant me your law graciously.

30 I have chosen the way of faithfulness: Your ordinances I have set [before me].

31 I stick to your testimonies: O Yahweh, don't put me to shame.

32 I will run the way of your commandments, When you will enlarge my heart.

36 Incline my heart to your testimonies, And not to covetousness.

37 Turn away my eyes from looking at vanity, And quicken me in your ways.
37 Desvia meus olhos de coisas inúteis e restaura-me por meio de tua palavra.
38 Confirm to your slave your word, Which [is in order] to the fear of you.
38 Confirma a teu servo a tua promessa, que fizeste aos que te temem.
39 Turn away my reproach of which I am afraid; For your ordinances are good.

40 Look, I have longed after your precepts: Quicken me in your righteousness.

43 And don't take the word of truth completely out of my mouth; For I have hoped in your ordinances.

44 So I will observe your law continually Forever and ever.

45 And I will walk at liberty; For I have sought your precepts.

46 I will also speak of your testimonies before kings, And will not be put to shame.

47 And I will delight myself in your commandments, Which I have loved.

48 I will lift up my hands also to your commandments, which I have loved; And I will meditate on your statutes.

68 You are good, and do good; Teach me your statutes.

69 The proud have forged a lie against me: With my whole heart I will keep your precepts.

78 Let the proud be put to shame; For they have overthrown me wrongfully: [But] I will meditate on your precepts.

79 Let those who fear you turn to me; And they will know your testimonies.

104 Through your precepts I get understanding: Therefore I hate every false way.

118 You have set at nothing all those who err from your statutes; For their deceit is falsehood.

119 You consider all the wicked of the earth like dross: Therefore I love your testimonies.

126 It is time for Yahweh to work; [For] they have made void your law.

127 Therefore I love your commandments Above gold, yes, above fine gold.

128 Therefore I esteem all [your] precepts concerning all [things] to be right; [And] I hate every false way.

150 They draw near that follow after wickedness; They are far from your law.

151 You are near, O Yahweh; And all your commandments are truth.

152 Of old I have known from your testimonies, That you have founded them forever.
