Salmos 102

1 and pours out his lament before Yahweh. O Yahweh, hear my prayer, and let my cry for help come to you.
1 Oração do aflito, quando ele está sobrecarregado, e derrama a sua queixa perante o Senhor. Ouve a minha oração, ó SENHOR, e chegue a ti o meu clamor.
2 Do not hide your face from me in the day of my trouble. Incline your ear to me. In the day I call, answer me quickly,
2 Não escondas de mim a tua face no dia da minha angústia, inclina o teu ouvido para mim; no dia em que eu clamar, responda-me depressa.
3 for my days vanish in smoke, and my bones are charred like a hearth.
3 Pois os meus dias consomem-se como a fumaça, e os meus ossos são queimados como uma lareira.
4 My heart is struck like grass and withers. Indeed, I forget to eat my bread.
4 O meu coração está ferido, e seco como a erva, por isso me esqueço de comer o meu pão.
5 Because of the sound of my groaning my bones cling to my skin.
5 Por causa da voz do meu gemido, os meus ossos se apegam à minha pele.
6 I am like an owl of the wilderness; I am like a little owl of the ruins.
6 Sou como o pelicano do deserto; sou como a coruja do deserto.
7 I lie awake and I am like a lone bird on a roof.
7 Eu vigio, e sou como o pardal solitário sobre o telhado da casa.
8 All the day my enemies reproach me; those who mock me swear oaths against me.
8 Os meus inimigos me censuram todo o dia; e aqueles que se enfurecem contra mim têm jurado contra mim.
9 Indeed, I eat ashes like bread and mix my drink with tears
9 Pois eu tenho comido cinza como pão, e misturado a minha bebida com lágrimas.
10 because of your indignation and anger, for you have picked me up and thrown me away.
10 Por causa da tua indignação e da tua ira, pois tu me levantaste e me abateste.
11 My days are like a lengthened shadow, and I wither like grass.
11 Meus dias são como a sombra que declina, e eu estou seco como a erva.
12 But you, O Yahweh, abide forever, and your remembrance ⌞from generation to generation⌟.
12 Mas tu, ó SENHOR, durarás para sempre, e tua memória em todas as gerações.
13 You rise up and take pity on Zion, because it is time to favor it, for the appointed time has come.
13 Tu te levantarás e terás misericórdia de Sião; pois o tempo de favorecê-la, sim, o tempo determinado, é chegado.
14 Your servants take pleasure in her stones, and show favor to its dust.
14 Pois os teus servos têm prazer nas suas pedras, e se favorecem do seu pó.
15 Then the nations will fear the name of Yahweh, and all the kings of the earth your glory.
15 Assim os pagãos temerão o nome do SENHOR, e todos os reis da terra a tua glória.
16 For Yahweh will rebuild Zion; he will appear in his glory.
16 Quando o SENHOR edificar a Sião, ele há de aparecer em sua glória.
17 He will turn his attention to the prayer of the destitute and will not despise their prayer.
17 Ele considerará a oração do necessitado, e não desprezará a sua oração.
18 Let this be written for the next generation, so that a people yet to be created may praise Yah,
18 Isto será escrito para a geração vindoura; e o povo que será criado irá louvar ao SENHOR.
19 that he looked down from his holy height. Yahweh looked from heaven over the earth
19 Pois ele olhou para baixo lá do alto do seu santuário, dos céus o SENHOR contemplou a terra,
20 to hear the groaning of the prisoner, to liberate ⌞those destined to die⌟,
20 para ouvir o gemido dos prisioneiros, para libertar os que estão sentenciados à morte;
21 so that they may make known in Zion the name of Yahweh, and his praise in Jerusalem,
21 para declarar o nome do SENHOR em Sião, e o seu louvor em Jerusalém,
22 when the peoples assemble, together with kingdoms, to serve Yahweh.
22 quando os povos se reunirem, e os reinos, para servirem ao SENHOR.
23 He has broken my strength along the way; he has cut short my days.
23 Ele enfraqueceu a minha força no caminho; ele encurtou os meus dias.
24 I say, “My God, do not carry me off from my life in the middle of my days.” Your years continue throughout all generations.
24 Eu disse: Ó meu Deus, não me leves no meio dos meus dias, os teus anos são por todas as gerações.
25 Long ago you laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands.
25 Desde a antiguidade estabeleceste a fundação da terra, e os céus são obra das tuas mãos.
26 They will perish, but you will endure. And like a garment they will all wear out, you will replace them like clothing, and they will be set aside.
26 Eles perecerão, mas tu durarás; sim, todos eles se envelhecerão como um vestido; como uma roupa tu os mudarás, e eles ficarão mudados.
27 But you are the same, and your years do not end.
27 Mas tu és o mesmo, e os teus anos não terão fim.
28 The children of your servants will continue, and their ⌞descendants⌟ will be established before you.
28 Os filhos dos teus servos continuarão, e a sua semente se estabelecerá diante de ti.
