1 Praise yee the Lord, because he is good: for his mercie endureth for euer.
1 Aleluia. Louvai ao Senhor, porque ele é bom; porque eterna é a sua misericórdia.
2 Let Israel now say, That his mercy endureth for euer.
2 Diga a casa de Israel: Eterna é sua misericórdia.
3 Let the house of Aaron nowe say, That his mercy endureth for euer.
3 Proclame a casa de Aarão: Eterna é sua misericórdia.
4 Let them, that feare the Lord, nowe say, That his mercie endureth for euer.
4 E vós, que temeis o Senhor, repeti: Eterna é sua misericórdia.
5 I called vpon the Lord in trouble, and the Lord heard me, and set me at large.
5 Na tribulação invoquei o Senhor; ouviu-me o Senhor e me livrou.
6 The Lord is with mee: therefore I will not feare what man can doe vnto me.
6 Comigo está o Senhor, nada temo; que mal me poderia ainda fazer um homem?
7 The Lord is with mee among them that helpe me: therefore shall I see my desire vpon mine enemies.
7 Comigo está o Senhor, meu amparo; verei logo a ruína dos meus inimigos.
8 It is better to trust in the Lord, then to haue confidence in man.
8 Mais vale procurar refúgio no Senhor do que confiar no homem.
9 It is better to trust in the Lord, then to haue confidence in princes.
9 Mais vale procurar refúgio no Senhor do que confiar nos grandes da terra.
10 All nations haue compassed me: but in the Name of the Lord shall I destroy them.
10 Ainda que me cercassem todas as nações pagãs, eu as esmagaria em nome do Senhor.
11 They haue compassed mee, yea, they haue compassed mee: but in the Name of the Lord I shall destroy them.
11 Ainda que me assediassem de todos os lados, eu as esmagaria em nome do Senhor.
12 They came about mee like bees, but they were quenched as a fire of thornes: for in the Name of the Lord I shall destroy them.
12 Ainda que me envolvessem como um enxame de abelhas, como um braseiro de espinhos, eu as esmagaria em nome do Senhor.
13 Thou hast thrust sore at me, that I might fall: but the Lord hath holpen me.
13 Forçaram-me violentamente para eu cair, mas o Senhor veio em meu auxílio.
14 The Lord is my strength and song: for he hath beene my deliuerance.
14 O Senhor é minha força, minha coragem; ele é meu Salvador.
15 The voice of ioy and deliuerance shall be in the tabernacles of the righteous, saying, The right hand of the Lord hath done valiantly.
15 Brados de alegria e de vitória ressoam nas tendas dos justos:
16 The right hand of the Lord is exalted: the right hand of the Lord hath done valiantly.
16 a destra do Senhor fez prodígios, levantou-me a destra do Senhor; fez maravilhas a destra do Senhor.
17 I shall not die, but liue, and declare the woorkes of the Lord.
17 Não hei de morrer; viverei para narrar as obras do Senhor.
18 The Lord hath chastened me sore, but he hath not deliuered me to death.
18 O Senhor castigou-me duramente, mas poupou-me à morte.
19 Open ye vnto me the gates of righteousnes, that I may goe into them, and praise the Lord.
19 Abri-me as portas santas, a fim de que eu entre para agradecer ao Senhor.
20 This is the gate of the Lord: the righteous shall enter into it.
20 Esta é a porta do Senhor: só os justos por ela podem passar.
21 I will praise thee: for thou hast heard mee, and hast beene my deliuerance.
21 Graças vos dou porque me ouvistes, e vos fizestes meu Salvador.
22 The stone, which the builders refused, is the head of the corner.
22 A pedra rejeitada pelos arquitetos tornou-se a pedra angular.
23 This was the Lordes doing, and it is marueilous in our eyes.
23 Isto foi obra do Senhor, é um prodígio aos nossos olhos.
24 This is the day, which the Lord hath made: let vs reioyce and be glad in it.
24 Este é o dia que o Senhor fez: seja para nós dia de alegria e de felicidade.
25 O Lord, I praie thee, saue now: O Lord, I praie thee nowe giue prosperitie.
25 Senhor, dai-nos a salvação; dai-nos a prosperidade, ó Senhor!
26 Blessed be he, that commeth in the Name of the Lord: wee haue blessed you out of the house of the Lord.
26 Bendito seja o que vem em nome do Senhor! Da casa do Senhor nós vos bendizemos.
27 The Lord is mightie, and hath giuen vs light: binde the sacrifice with cordes vnto the hornes of the altar.
27 O Senhor é nosso Deus, ele fez brilhar sobre nós a sua luz. Organizai uma festa com profusão de coroas. E cheguem até os ângulos do altar.
28 Thou art my God, and I will praise thee, euen my God: therefore I will exalt thee.
28 Sois o meu Deus, venho agradecer-vos. Venho glorificar-vos, sois o meu Deus.
29 Praise ye the Lord, because he is good: for his mercie endureth for euer.
29 Dai graças ao Senhor porque ele é bom, eterna é sua misericórdia.
