1 Praise yee the Lord, because he is good: for his mercie endureth for euer.
1 Louvai ao SENHOR, porque ele é bom, porque a sua benignidade dura para sempre.
2 Let Israel now say, That his mercy endureth for euer.
2 Diga agora Israel que a sua benignidade dura para sempre.
3 Let the house of Aaron nowe say, That his mercy endureth for euer.
3 Diga agora a casa de Arão que a sua benignidade dura para sempre.
4 Let them, that feare the Lord, nowe say, That his mercie endureth for euer.
4 Digam agora os que temem ao Senhor que a sua benignidade dura para sempre.
5 I called vpon the Lord in trouble, and the Lord heard me, and set me at large.
5 Invoquei o Senhor na angústia; o Senhor me ouviu, e me tirou para um lugar largo.
6 The Lord is with mee: therefore I will not feare what man can doe vnto me.
6 O Senhor está comigo; não temerei o que me pode fazer o homem.
7 The Lord is with mee among them that helpe me: therefore shall I see my desire vpon mine enemies.
7 O Senhor está comigo entre aqueles que me ajudam; por isso verei cumprido o meu desejo sobre os que me odeiam.
8 It is better to trust in the Lord, then to haue confidence in man.
8 É melhor confiar no Senhor do que confiar no homem.
9 It is better to trust in the Lord, then to haue confidence in princes.
9 É melhor confiar no Senhor do que confiar nos príncipes.
10 All nations haue compassed me: but in the Name of the Lord shall I destroy them.
10 Todas as nações me cercaram, mas no nome do Senhor as despedaçarei.
11 They haue compassed mee, yea, they haue compassed mee: but in the Name of the Lord I shall destroy them.
11 Cercaram-me, e tornaram a cercar-me; mas no nome do Senhor eu as despedaçarei.
12 They came about mee like bees, but they were quenched as a fire of thornes: for in the Name of the Lord I shall destroy them.
12 Cercaram-me como abelhas; porém apagaram-se como o fogo de espinhos; pois no nome do Senhor as despedaçarei.
13 Thou hast thrust sore at me, that I might fall: but the Lord hath holpen me.
13 Com força me impeliste para me fazeres cair, porém o Senhor me ajudou.
14 The Lord is my strength and song: for he hath beene my deliuerance.
14 O Senhor é a minha força e o meu cântico; e se fez a minha salvação.
15 The voice of ioy and deliuerance shall be in the tabernacles of the righteous, saying, The right hand of the Lord hath done valiantly.
15 Nas tendas dos justos há voz de júbilo e de salvação; a destra do Senhor faz proezas.
16 The right hand of the Lord is exalted: the right hand of the Lord hath done valiantly.
16 A destra do Senhor se exalta; a destra do Senhor faz proezas.
17 I shall not die, but liue, and declare the woorkes of the Lord.
17 Não morrerei, mas viverei; e contarei as obras do Senhor.
18 The Lord hath chastened me sore, but he hath not deliuered me to death.
18 O Senhor me castigou muito, mas não me entregou à morte.
19 Open ye vnto me the gates of righteousnes, that I may goe into them, and praise the Lord.
19 Abri-me as portas da justiça; entrarei por elas, e louvarei ao Senhor.
20 This is the gate of the Lord: the righteous shall enter into it.
20 Esta é a porta do Senhor, pela qual os justos entrarão.
21 I will praise thee: for thou hast heard mee, and hast beene my deliuerance.
21 Louvar-te-ei, pois me escutaste, e te fizeste a minha salvação.
22 The stone, which the builders refused, is the head of the corner.
22 A pedra que os edificadores rejeitaram tornou-se a cabeça da esquina.
23 This was the Lordes doing, and it is marueilous in our eyes.
23 Da parte do Senhor se fez isto; maravilhoso é aos nossos olhos.
24 This is the day, which the Lord hath made: let vs reioyce and be glad in it.
24 Este é o dia que fez o Senhor; regozijemo-nos, e alegremo-nos nele.
25 O Lord, I praie thee, saue now: O Lord, I praie thee nowe giue prosperitie.
25 Salva-nos, agora, te pedimos, ó Senhor; ó Senhor, te pedimos, prospera-nos.
26 Blessed be he, that commeth in the Name of the Lord: wee haue blessed you out of the house of the Lord.
26 Bendito aquele que vem em nome do Senhor; nós vos bendizemos desde a casa do Senhor.
27 The Lord is mightie, and hath giuen vs light: binde the sacrifice with cordes vnto the hornes of the altar.
27 Deus é o Senhor que nos mostrou a luz; atai a vítima da festa com cordas, até às pontas do altar.
28 Thou art my God, and I will praise thee, euen my God: therefore I will exalt thee.
28 Tu és o meu Deus, e eu te louvarei; tu és o meu Deus, e eu te exaltarei.
29 Praise ye the Lord, because he is good: for his mercie endureth for euer.
