YLT (YLT) vs ARA
1 To the Overseer. -- `On the Dumb Dove far off.` -- A secret treasure of David, in the Philistines` taking hold of him in Gath. Favour me, O God, for man swallowed me up, All the day fighting he oppresseth me,
1 Tem misericórdia de mim, ó Deus, porque o homem procura ferir-me; e me oprime pelejando todo o dia.
2 Mine enemies have swallowed up all the day, For many [are] fighting against me, O most High,
2 Os que me espreitam continuamente querem ferir-me; e são muitos os que atrevidamente me combatem.
3 The day I am afraid I am confident toward Thee.
3 Em me vindo o temor, hei de confiar em ti.
4 In God I praise His word, in God I have trusted, I fear not what flesh doth to me.
4 Em Deus, cuja palavra eu exalto, neste Deus ponho a minha confiança e nada temerei. Que me pode fazer um mortal?
5 All the day they wrest my words, Concerning me all their thoughts [are] for evil,
5 Todo o dia torcem as minhas palavras; os seus pensamentos são todos contra mim para o mal.
6 They assemble, they hide, they watch my heels, When they have expected my soul.
6 Ajuntam-se, escondem-se, espionam os meus passos, como aguardando a hora de me darem cabo da vida.
7 By iniquity they escape, In anger the peoples put down, O God.
7 Dá-lhes a retribuição segundo a sua iniquidade. Derriba os povos, ó Deus, na tua ira!
8 My wandering Thou hast counted, Thou -- place Thou my tear in Thy bottle, Are they not in Thy book?
8 Contaste os meus passos quando sofri perseguições; recolheste as minhas lágrimas no teu odre; não estão elas inscritas no teu livro?
9 Then turn back do mine enemies in the day I call. This I have known, that God [is] for me.
9 No dia em que eu te invocar, baterão em retirada os meus inimigos; bem sei isto: que Deus é por mim.
10 In God I praise the word, In Jehovah I praise the word.
10 Em Deus, cuja palavra eu louvo, no
11 In God I trusted, I fear not what man doth to me,
11 neste Deus ponho a minha confiança e nada temerei. Que me pode fazer o homem?
12 On me, O God, [are] Thy vows, I repay thank-offerings to Thee.
12 Os votos que fiz, eu os manterei, ó Deus; render-te-ei ações de graças.
13 For Thou hast delivered my soul from death, Dost Thou not my feet from falling? To walk habitually before God in the light of the living!
13 Pois da morte me livraste a alma, sim, livraste da queda os meus pés, para que eu ande na presença de Deus, na luz da vida.
