2 Coríntios 11

1 Would that you{+} could bear with me in a little foolishness: but indeed you{+} do bear with me.
1 Eu gostaria que vocês me suportassem um pouco mais na minha loucura. Portanto, suportem-me.
2 For I am jealous over you{+} with a godly jealousy: for I espoused you{+} to one husband, that I might present you{+} [as] a pure virgin to Christ.
2 Tenho zelo por vocês com um zelo que vem de Deus, pois eu preparei vocês para apresentá-los como virgem pura a um só esposo, que é Cristo.
3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve in his craftiness, your{+} minds should be corrupted from the simplicity and the purity that is toward Christ.
3 Temo que, assim como a serpente, com a sua astúcia, enganou Eva, assim também a mente de vocês seja corrompida e se afaste da simplicidade e pureza devidas a Cristo.
4 For if someone comes preaching a different Jesus than we preached, or you{+} receive a spirit other than you{+} received, or good news other than you{+} accepted, you{+} endure well.
4 Pois, se vem alguém que prega outro Jesus, diferente daquele que nós pregamos, ou se vocês aceitam um espírito diferente daquele que já receberam ou um evangelho diferente do que já aceitaram, vocês toleram isso muito bem.
5 For I reckon that I am not a bit behind the very chiefest apostles.
5 Porque suponho em nada ter sido inferior a esses “superapóstolos”.
6 But though [I am] unskilled in speaking, yet [I am] not [unskilled] in knowledge; certainly, in every way we have made [this] manifest to you{+} in all things.
6 E, embora seja fraco no falar, não o sou no conhecimento. Em tudo e por todos os modos temos manifestado isto a vocês.
7 Or did I commit a sin in abasing myself that you{+} might be exalted, because I preached to you{+} the good news of God for nothing?
7 Será que cometi algum pecado pelo fato de viver humildemente, para que vocês fossem exaltados, visto que lhes anunciei o evangelho de Deus sem cobrar nada?
8 I robbed other churches, taking wages to serve you{+};
8 Tirei de outras igrejas, recebendo salário, para poder servir a vocês.
9 and when I was present with you{+} and was in want, I was not a burden on any man; for the brothers, when they came from Macedonia, supplied the measure of my want; and in everything I kept myself from being burdensome to you{+}, and [so] I will keep [myself].
9 E, estando entre vocês, ao passar privações, não me fiz pesado a ninguém; pois os irmãos, quando vieram da Macedônia, supriram o que me faltava. Em tudo, me guardei e me guardarei de ser pesado a vocês.
10 As the truth of Christ is in me, no man will stop me of this glorying in the regions of Achaia.
10 Pela verdade de Cristo que está em mim, garanto que esta glória não me será tirada nas regiões da Acaia.
11 Why? Because I do not love you{+}? God knows.
11 Por quê? Será que é porque não amo vocês? Deus o sabe.
12 But what I do, I will continue to do, that I may cut off occasion from those who desire an occasion; that in what they glory, they may be found even as we.
12 Mas o que faço, isso continuarei a fazer, para não dar oportunidade àqueles que a buscam com o objetivo de serem considerados iguais a nós, naquilo em que se gloriam.
13 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, fashioning themselves into apostles of Christ.
13 Porque esses tais são falsos apóstolos, obreiros fraudulentos, disfarçando-se em apóstolos de Cristo.
14 And no wonder; for even Satan fashions himself into an angel of light.
14 E não é de admirar, porque o próprio Satanás se disfarça de anjo de luz.
15 It is no great thing therefore if his servants also fashion themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.
15 Portanto, não deveria surpreender que os seus próprios ministros se disfarcem em ministros de justiça. O fim deles será conforme as suas obras.
16 I say again, let no man think me foolish; but if [you{+} do], yet receive me as foolish, that I also may glory a little.
16 Outra vez digo: ninguém pense que estou louco. Mas, se vocês pensam que sim, recebam-me como um louco, para que também eu me glorie por um instante.
17 That which I speak, I don't speak after the Lord, but as in foolishness, in this confidence of glorying.
17 O que falo nesta confiança de gloriar-me, não o falo segundo o Senhor, mas como por loucura.
18 Seeing that many glory after the flesh, I will glory also.
18 E, visto que muitos se gloriam segundo a carne, também eu me gloriarei.
19 For you{+} bear with the foolish gladly, being wise [yourselves].
19 Porque, sendo tão sábios, de boa vontade vocês toleram os loucos.
20 For you{+} bear with a man, if he brings you{+} into slavery, if he devours you{+}, if he takes you{+} [captive], if he exalts himself, if he strikes you{+} on the face.
20 Vocês toleram quem os escravize, quem os explore, quem os engane, quem se exalte, quem lhes dê bofetadas no rosto.
21 I speak by way of shame, as though we had been weak. Yet in what any is bold (I speak in foolishness), I am bold also.
21 Para minha vergonha, confesso que fomos fracos demais para isso! Mas, naquilo em que outros têm ousadia — e volto a falar como se fosse louco — também eu a tenho.
22 Are they Hebrews? So am I. Are they Israelites? So am I. Are they the seed of Abraham? So am I.
22 São hebreus? Eu também! São israelitas? Eu também! São da descendência de Abraão? Eu também!
23 Are they servants of Christ? (I speak as one beside himself) I more; in labors more abundantly, in prisons more abundantly, in stripes above measure, in deaths often.
23 São ministros de Cristo? Falando como se estivesse fora de mim, afirmo que sou ainda mais: em trabalhos, muito mais; em prisões, muito mais; em açoites, sem medida; em perigos de morte, muitas vezes.
24 Of the Jews five times I received forty [stripes] less one.
24 Cinco vezes recebi dos judeus quarenta açoites menos um.
25 Thrice I was beaten with rods, once I was stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep;
25 Três vezes fui açoitado com varas. Uma vez fui apedrejado. Três vezes naufraguei. Fiquei uma noite e um dia boiando em alto mar.
26 [in] journeyings often, [in] perils of rivers, [in] perils of robbers, [in] perils from [my] countrymen, [in] perils from the Gentiles, [in] perils in the city, [in] perils in the wilderness, [in] perils in the sea, [in] perils among false brothers;
26 Em viagens, muitas vezes; em perigos de rios, em perigos de assaltantes, em perigos entre patrícios, em perigos entre gentios, em perigos na cidade, em perigos no deserto, em perigos no mar, em perigos entre falsos irmãos;
27 [in] labor and travail, in sleeplessness often, in hunger and thirst, in fasts often, in cold and nakedness.
27 em trabalhos e fadigas, em vigílias, muitas vezes; em fome e sede, em jejuns, muitas vezes; em frio e nudez.
28 Besides those things that are outside, there is that which presses on me daily, anxiety for all the churches.
28 Além das coisas exteriores, ainda pesa sobre mim diariamente a preocupação com todas as igrejas.
29 Who is weak, and I am not weak? Who is caused to stumble, and I do not burn [with distress]?
29 Quem enfraquece, que eu também não enfraqueça? Quem se escandaliza, que eu não fique indignado?
30 If I must surely glory, I will glory of the things that concern my weakness.
30 Se tenho de me gloriar, vou me gloriar no que diz respeito à minha fraqueza.
31 The God and Father of the Lord Jesus, he who is blessed forevermore knows that I do not lie.
31 O Deus e Pai do Senhor Jesus, que é bendito para sempre, sabe que não minto.
32 In Damascus the governor under Aretas the king guarded the city of the Damascenes in order to take me:
32 Em Damasco, o governador nomeado pelo rei Aretas montou guarda na cidade dos damascenos, para me prender,
33 and through a window I was let down in a basket by the wall, and escaped his hands.
33 mas, num grande cesto, me desceram por uma janela da muralha, e assim me livrei das mãos dele.
