1 Thou hast accepted, O Yahweh, thy land, Thou hast brought back the captives of Jacob;
1 S enhor , abençoaste a tua terra; restauraste a condição de Israel.
2 Thou hast taken away, the iniquity of thy people, Thou hast covered, all their sin. Selah.
2 Perdoaste a culpa do teu povo; cobriste todos os seus pecados. Interlúdio
3 Thou hast withdrawn all thine indignation, Thou hast ceased from the glow of thing anger.
3 Reprimiste tua fúria, sim, refreaste tua ira ardente.
4 Restore us, O God of our salvation, And take away thy vexation towards us.
4 Agora, ó Deus de nossa salvação, restaura-nos; deixa de lado tua ira contra nós.
5 To times age-abiding, wilt thou be angry with us? Wilt thou prolong thine anger, from generation to generation?
5 Ficarás indignado conosco para sempre? Prolongarás tua ira por todas as gerações?
6 Wilt not, thou thyself, again give us life, That, thy people, may rejoice in thee.
6 Não nos reanimarás, para que o teu povo se alegre em ti?
7 Show us, O Yahweh, thy lovingkindness, And, thy salvation, wilt thou grant us.
7 Mostra-nos o teu amor, S enhor , e concede-nos a tua salvação.
8 I will hear, what GODYahwehwill speak,For he will bespeak prosperity to his people, And to his men of lovingkindness, And to them who return with their heart unto him.
8 Ouço com atenção o que Deus, o S enhor , diz, pois ele fala de paz a seu povo fiel; que não voltem, porém, a seus caminhos insensatos.
9 Surely, near unto them who revere him, is his salvation, That the Glory, may settle down, in our land.
9 Certamente sua salvação está perto dos que o temem; então nossa terra se encherá de sua glória.
10 Lovingkindness and faithfulness, have met together, Righteousness and prosperity, have kissed each other;
10 O amor e a verdade se encontraram, a justiça e a paz se beijaram.
11 Faithfulness, out of the earth, doth spring forth, And, righteousness, out of the heavens, hath looked down.
11 A verdade brota da terra, e a justiça sorri dos céus.
12 Yahweh himself too, will give us the blessing, And, our land, shall yield her increase.
12 Sim, o S enhor dará suas bênçãos; nossa terra produzirá uma farta colheita.
13 Righteousness, before him, shall march long,That he may make, into a way, the steps of its feet.
13 A justiça vai adiante dele e prepara o caminho para os seus passos.
