1 O give thanks unto the LORD; for [he is] good because his mercy [endures] for ever.
1 Dai graças ao SENHOR, pois ele é bom, porque a sua misericórdia dura para sempre.
2 Let Israel now say that his mercy [endures] for ever.
2 Que Israel agora diga que a sua misericórdia dura para sempre.
3 Let the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy [endures] for ever.
3 Que a casa de Arão agora diga que a sua misericórdia dura para sempre.
4 Let those that fear the LORD say now, that his mercy [is] eternal.
4 Que os que temem ao SENHOR agora digam que a sua misericórdia dura para sempre.
5 From a tight place I called upon JAH; and JAH answered me [and set me] in a wide place.
5 Eu clamei pelo SENHOR na aflição; o SENHOR me respondeu, e me colocou em um lugar largo.
6 The LORD [is] for me; I will not fear what man can do unto me.
6 O SENHOR está do meu lado, não temerei; o que pode fazer o homem a mim?
7 The LORD takes my part with those that help me; therefore I shall see [my desire] upon those that hate me.
7 O SENHOR toma minha parte com aqueles que me ajudam; portanto verei o meu desejo sobre aqueles que me odeiam.
8 [It is] better to wait upon the LORD than to wait upon man.
8 É melhor confiar no SENHOR do que pôr a confiança no homem.
9 [It is] better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.
9 É melhor confiar no SENHOR do que pôr a confiança nos príncipes.
10 All the nations compassed me about; but in the name of the LORD I will cut them off.
10 Todas as nações me cercaram, mas no nome do SENHOR eu as destruirei.
11 They compassed me about; [yea], they laid hold of me; but in the name of the LORD I will cut them off.
11 Cercaram-me, sim, cercaram-me; mas no nome do SENHOR eu as destruirei.
12 They compassed me about like bees; they were quenched as the fire of thorns; for in the name of the LORD I will cut them off.
12 Cercaram-me como abelhas; são apagadas como o fogo de espinhos; pois no nome do SENHOR eu as destruirei.
13 Thou hast thrust at me with violence that I might fall, but the LORD helped me.
13 Tu me impeliste duramente para que eu pudesse cair, mas o SENHOR me socorreu.
14 JAH [is] my strength and song and is become my saving health.
14 O SENHOR é a minha força e canção, e se tornou a minha salvação.
15 The voice of singing and saving health [is] in the tents of the righteous; the right hand of the LORD does valiantly.
15 A voz de regozijo e a salvação está nos tabernáculos dos justos; a mão direita do SENHOR age valentemente.
16 The right hand of the LORD is exalted; the right hand of the LORD does valiantly.
16 A mão direita do SENHOR é exaltada; a mão direita do SENHOR age valentemente.
17 I shall not die, but live and declare the works of JAH.
17 Não morrerei, mas viverei; e declararei as obras do SENHOR.
18 JAH has chastened me sore, but he has not given me over unto death.
18 O SENHOR me castigou duramente, mas ele não me entregou à morte.
19 Open unto me the gates of righteousness; I will go in through them; I will praise JAH.
19 Abri-me as portas da justiça; entrarei por elas, e louvarei ao SENHOR.
20 This gate [is] of the LORD; the righteous shall enter in.
20 Este portão do SENHOR, pelo qual os justos entrarão.
21 I will praise thee; for thou hast heard me and art become my saving health.
21 Louvar-te-ei, pois me ouviste, e te tornaste a minha salvação.
22 The stone [which] the builders rejected is become the head of the corner.
22 A pedra que os edificadores recusaram tornou-se a principal pedra da esquina.
23 This is the LORD'S doing; it [is] marvellous in our eyes.
23 Este é o agir do SENHOR; ele é maravilhoso aos nossos olhos.
24 This [is] the day [which] the LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
24 Este é o dia que o SENHOR fez; nós nos regozijaremos, e nos alegraremos nele.
25 Save now, I beseech thee, O LORD; O LORD, I beseech thee, cause [us] now to prosper.
25 Salva agora, te suplico, ó SENHOR; ó SENHOR, te suplico, envia agora a prosperidade.
26 Blessed [be] he that comes in the name of the LORD; from the house of the LORD we bless you.
26 Bendito seja aquele que vem em nome do SENHOR; nós vos bendizemos de fora da casa do SENHOR.
27 God [is] the LORD, who has shined on us; bind the sacrifice with cords, [even] unto the horns of the altar.
27 Deus é o SENHOR que nos mostrou a luz; atai o sacrifício com cordas, até aos chifres do altar.
28 Thou [art] my God, and I will praise thee; [thou art] my God, I will exalt thee.
28 Tu és o meu Deus, e eu te louvarei; tu és o meu Deus, e eu te exaltarei.
29 O give thanks unto the LORD; for [he is] good, for his mercy [endures] for ever.:
29 Ó, dai graças ao SENHOR, porque ele é bom; porque a sua misericórdia dura para sempre.
