² \92:1\A Psalm or Song for the sabbath day. It is a good thing to give thanks to the LORD, and to sing praises to thy name, O Most High.

³ \92:2\To show forth thy loving-kindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night.

⁴ \92:3\Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.

⁴ Pois tu, SENHOR, fizeste-me feliz por meio da tua obra; triunfarei nas obras das tuas mãos.

⁵ \92:4\For thou, LORD, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.

⁵ Ó SENHOR, quão grandes são as tuas obras! E os teus pensamentos são mui profundos.

⁶ \92:5\O LORD, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep.

⁶ Um homem brutal não conhece; nem um tolo entende isto.

⁷ \92:6\A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this.

⁷ Quando os perversos brotam como a grama, e quando todos os trabalhadores da iniquidade florescerem, é que serão destruídos para sempre.

⁸ \92:7\When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever:

⁸ Mas tu, SENHOR, és Altíssimo para sempre.

⁹ \92:8\But thou, LORD, art most high for evermore.

⁹ Pois eis que os teus inimigos, ó SENHOR, pois eis que os teus inimigos perecerão; todos os trabalhadores da iniquidade serão dispersados.

¹⁰ \92:9\For lo, thy enemies, O LORD, for lo, thy enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.

¹⁰ Mas o meu chifre tu exaltarás como o chifre de um unicórnio; eu serei ungido com óleo fresco.

¹¹ \92:10\But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.

¹¹ Meu olho também verá o meu desejo sobre os meus inimigos, e os meus ouvidos ouvirão o meu desejo sobre os perversos que se levantam contra mim.

¹² \92:11\My eye also shall see my desire on my enemies, and my ears shall hear my desire of the wicked that rise up against me.

¹² O justo florescerá como a palmeira; ele crescerá como o cedro no Líbano.

¹³ \92:12\The righteous shall flourish like the palm-tree; he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.

¹³ Aqueles que estão plantados na casa do SENHOR florescerão nos átrios do nosso Deus.

¹⁴ \92:13\Those that are planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God.

¹⁴ Eles gerarão frutos na velhice; serão gordos e prósperos.

¹⁵ \92:14\They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;

¹⁵ Para mostrarem que o SENHOR é justo; ele é a minha rocha, e não há injustiça nele.

¹⁶ \92:15\To show that the LORD is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.
