1 Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered, Yea let them that hate him flee before him:
1 Que Deus se levante! Sejam espalhados os seus inimigos, fujam dele os seus adversários.
2 As smoke is driven about, Let them be driven about,As wax is melted before a fire, Let the lawless perish before God.
2 Que tu os dissipes assim como o vento leva a fumaça; Como a cera se derrete na presença do fogo, assim pereçam os ímpios na presença de Deus.
3 But let, the righteous, be glad, let them exult before God, Yea let them rejoice with gladness.
3 Alegrem-se, porém, os justos! Exultem diante de Deus! Regozijem-se com grande alegria!
4 Sing ye to God, Make music of his Name,Lift up (a song), to him that rideth through the waste plains,Since Yah is his name, exult ye before him.
4 Cantem a Deus, louvem o seu nome, exaltem aquele que cavalga sobre as nuvens; seu nome é Senhor! Exultem diante dele!
5 The father of the fatherless, And the advocate of widows, Is God, in his holy habitation.
5 Pai para os órfãos e defensor das viúvas é Deus em sua santa habitação.
6 God, is he that causeth the solitary to dwell in a home, That bringeth out prisoners into prosperity, But, the rebellious, have made their habitation in a sunburnt land.
6 Deus dá um lar aos solitários, liberta os presos para a prosperidade, mas os rebeldes vivem em terra árida.
7 O God! When thou camest forth before thy people, When thou didst stride through the wilderness, Selah.
7 Quando saíste à frente do teu povo, ó Deus, quando marchaste pelo ermo, Pausa
8 Earth, trembled, Yea, the heavens, dripped at the presence of God,This Sinaiat the presence of God, the God of Israel.
8 a terra tremeu, o céu derramou chuva diante de Deus, o Deus do Sinai, diante de Deus, o Deus de Israel.
9 A bounteous rain, dost thou shed abroad, O God, upon thine inheritance, When exhausted, thou thyself, hast supported it:
9 Deste chuvas generosas, ó Deus; refrescaste a tua herança exausta.
10 Thy living host, have remained therein, Thou dost provide, in thy bounty, for the humbled onesO God!
10 O teu povo nela se instalou, e da tua bondade, ó Deus, supriste os pobres.
11 Let, My Lord, but give the word, The herald bands, will be a mighty host:
11 O Senhor anunciou a palavra, e muitos mensageiros a proclamavam:
12 Kings of armies, they flee! they flee! And, she that stayeth at home, shall share the spoil.
12 "Reis e exércitos fogem em debandada; a dona de casa reparte os despojos.
13 Though ye rest between the folds, The wings of the dove, shall be covered with silver, And, her pinions, with green-shimmering gold.
13 Mesmo quando vocês dormem entre as fogueiras do acampamento, as asas da minha pomba estão recobertas de prata, as suas penas, de ouro reluzente".
14 When the Almighty scattereth kings therein, It will gleam like snow in the gloom:
14 Quando o Todo-poderoso espalhou os reis, foi como neve no monte Zalmom.
15 A mighty mountain, is the mountain of Bashan, A mountain of peaks, is the mountain of Bashan!
15 Os montes de Basã são majestosos; escarpados são os montes de Basã.
16 Wherefore start ye up, ye mountains, ye peaks? The mountain God hath coveted for his habitation, Surely, Yahweh will inhabit it ever!
16 Por que, ó montes escarpados, estão com inveja do monte que Deus escolheu para sua habitação, onde o próprio Senhor habitará para sempre?
17 The chariots of God, are two myriadsthousands repeated, My Lord, is among them Sinai, is in the sanctuary!
17 Os carros de Deus são incontáveis, milhares de milhares; neles o Senhor veio do Sinai para o seu Lugar Santo.
18 Thou hast ascended on high, Thou hast led in procession a body of captives, Thou hast received gifts consisting of men, Yea even the rebellious, That, Yah, Elohim, might settle down to rest.
18 Quando subiste em triunfo às alturas, levaste cativo muitos prisioneiros; recebeste homens como dádivas, até mesmo rebeldes, para estabeleceres morada, ó Senhor Deus.
19 Blessed be My Lord! Day by day, he beareth our burden for us, GOD himself, is our salvation. Selah.
19 Bendito seja o Senhor, Deus, nosso Salvador, que cada dia suporta as nossas cargas. Pausa
20 The GOD we have, is a GOD of saving deeds, And, due to Yahweh, My Lord, are escapes from death.
20 O nosso Deus é um Deus que salva; ele é o Soberano Senhor que nos livra da morte.
21 Yea, God himself, will smite through the head of his foes,The hairy crown of him that is marching on in his guilty deeds.
21 Certamente Deus esmagará a cabeça dos seus inimigos, o crânio cabeludo dos que persistem em seus pecados.
22 Said My Lord, From Bashan, will I bring back,I will bring back from the depths of the sea:
22 "Eu os trarei de Basã", diz o Senhor, "eu os trarei das profundezas do mar,
23 That thou mayest bathe thy foot in blood,The tongue of thy dogs, from the foes, hath its portion.
23 para que você encharque os pés no sangue dos inimigos, sangue do qual a língua dos cães terá a sua porção. "
24 They have seen thy progress O God, The progress of my GOD, my king into the sanctuary:
24 Já se vê a tua marcha triunfal, ó Deus, a marcha do meu Deus e Rei adentrando o santuário.
25 In front are the singers, Behind are the harpers, In the midst of damsels playing on timbrels:
25 À frente estão os cantores, depois os músicos; com eles vão as jovens tocando tamborins.
26 In the congregations, bless ye God, My Lord, from among the called of Israel:
26 Bendigam a Deus na grande congregação! Bendigam o Senhor, descendentes de Israel!
27 There, is Benjamin, the Diminutiveruling them, The princes of Judahtheir throng, The princes of Zebulun, The princes of Naphtali.
27 Ali está a pequena tribo de Benjamim, a conduzi-los, os príncipes de Judá acompanhados de suas tropas, e os príncipes de Zebulom e Naftali.
28 Thy God hath commanded thy strength,The strength, O God, which thou hast wrought for us.
28 A favor de vocês, manifeste Deus o seu poder! Mostra, ó Deus, o poder que já tens operado para conosco.
29 Because of thy temple above Jerusalem, Unto thee, shall kings bear along a gift
29 Por causa do teu templo em Jerusalém, reis te trarão presentes.
30 Rebuke thou, The wild beast of the reeds, The herd of mighty oxen among the calves of the peoplesEach one bowing down with bars of silver,Scatter thou the peoples, who in wars take delight.
30 Repreende a fera entre os juncos, a manada de touros entre os bezerros das nações. Humilhados, tragam barras de prata. Espalha as nações que têm prazer na guerra.
31 Ambassadors come out of Egypt, The Ethiopian, eagerly stretcheth out his hands, unto God.
31 Ricos tecidos venham do Egito; a Etiópia corra para Deus de mãos cheias.
32 Ye kingdoms of the earth, sing unto God, Praise in song Adonay. Selah.
32 Cantem a Deus, reinos da terra, louvem o Senhor, Pausa
33 Unto him that rideth upon the most ancient heavens, Lo! he uttereth his voice, a voice of strength.
33 àquele que cavalga os céus, os antigos céus. Escutem! Ele troveja com voz poderosa.
34 Ascribe ye strength unto God,Over Israel, is his majesty, And his strength, in the skies. To be revered is God, for his sanctuary,
34 Proclamem o poder de Deus! Sua majestade está sobre Israel, seu poder está nas altas nuvens.
35 As for the GOD of Israel, he, is giving strength and abundant might to the people. Blessed be God!
35 Tu és temível no teu santuário, ó Deus; é o Deus de Israel que dá poder e força ao seu povo. Bendito seja Deus!
