1 Aventura-se algum de vós, tendo questão contra outro, a submetê-lo a juízo perante os injustos e não perante os santos?
2 Mutamanyile kʉtɨ bhe bhitishile bhe bhakhayɨyɨlonga ɨnsɨ? Ishi, ɨnga ɨmwe mʉkhayɨyɨlonga ɨnsɨ, mʉtakhondeeye kʉlonganya ɨnongwa inyinsi nyinsi mukaasi yiinyu?
2 Ou não sabeis que os santos hão de julgar o mundo? Ora, se o mundo deverá ser julgado por vós, sois, acaso, indignos de julgar as coisas mínimas?

3 Não sabeis que havemos de julgar os próprios anjos? Quanto mais as coisas desta vida!

6 Ɨleelo ɨmwe, umuntu akʉmʉsɨtaaka ʉwamwabho we ayitishile, khabhɨlɨ ku bhalonganyi bhe bhatitishile!
6 Mas irá um irmão a juízo contra outro irmão, e isto perante incrédulos!
7 Kʉsɨtaakana kʉnʉʉkwo kʉkʉlolesya kʉtɨ mutoliilwe nzɨɨla! Bhʉlɨ, te kwashi kʉmʉlekha umuntu akʉbhombele akhabhiibhi? Bhʉlɨ, te kwashi kwɨtɨkha kʉfwʉlɨlwa ɨshʉʉma shiinyu?
7 O só existir entre vós demandas já é completa derrota para vós outros. Por que não sofreis, antes, a injustiça? Por que não sofreis, antes, o dano?

8 Mas vós mesmos fazeis a injustiça e fazeis o dano, e isto aos próprios irmãos!
9 Mutamanyile kʉtɨ abhabhomba mbiibhi te bhakhinjile mʉ wʉmwene wa Mʉlʉngʉ? Mʉtayɨkhopelaje! Abhantʉ bhe bhakʉbhomba uwelengani, bhe bhakupuuta ivifwani vwa bhamʉlʉngʉ, abhabhembu, awe bhe bhakubhembukha abhasakhaala kʉ bhasakhaala,
9 Ou não sabeis que os injustos não herdarão o reino de Deus? Não vos enganeis: nem impuros, nem idólatras, nem adúlteros, nem efeminados, nem sodomitas,
10 abhiibha, abhanavɨgane, abhamwezi, abhi ndigo, na bhabuda, bhanaabho bhonti te bhakhinjile mʉ wʉmwene wa Mʉlʉngʉ.
10 nem ladrões, nem avarentos, nem bêbados, nem maldizentes, nem roubadores herdarão o reino de Deus.
11 Bhamu mukaasi yiinyu she mwámɨle. Ɨleelo ishi mwe bhazelufwe, mwabha mwe bhafinjile, na kʉbha mwe bhagolosu kwɨ taawa lya Mwene wɨɨtʉ uYeesu Kilisiti, na mwa Mupepu wa Mʉlʉngʉ wɨɨtʉ.
11 Tais fostes alguns de vós; mas vós vos lavastes, mas fostes santificados, mas fostes justificados em o nome do Senhor Jesus Cristo e no Espírito do nosso Deus.
12 Bhamu mukaasi yiinyu bhakʉtɨ, “Ivintu vwonti vwitishiliilwe kʉkwanɨ.” Ɨleelo te kʉtɨ ivintu vwonti vɨkhondeeye. Ɨnkwɨtɨkha kʉtɨ ivintu vwonti vwitishiliilwe kʉkwanɨ, ɨleelo ɨntangakhola kʉbha ne mutumwa wa khantʉ khokhonti.
12 Todas as coisas me são lícitas, mas nem todas convêm. Todas as coisas me são lícitas, mas eu não me deixarei dominar por nenhuma delas.

13 Os alimentos são para o estômago, e o estômago, para os alimentos; mas Deus destruirá tanto estes como aquele. Porém o corpo não é para a impureza, mas, para o Senhor, e o Senhor, para o corpo.
14 ɄMʉlʉngʉ ámuzyusiizye ʉMwene uYeesu kufuma ku wufwe, akhayɨtʉzyʉsya nɨɨtwe kʉ makha gaakwe.
14 Deus ressuscitou o Senhor e também nos ressuscitará a nós pelo seu poder.
15 Mutamanyile kʉtɨ amabhɨlɨ giinyu mpaaswa mʉ mʉbhɨlɨ wa Kilisiti? Bhʉlɨ, ʉngakhola kwega ɨmpaaswa zya mʉbhɨlɨ wa Kilisiti na kʉbhɨɨkha kʉbha mʉbhɨlɨ weeka nu mubhembu? Ndaali, she zɨtangabha!
15 Não sabeis que os vossos corpos são membros de Cristo? E eu, porventura, tomaria os membros de Cristo e os faria membros de meretriz? Absolutamente, não.

17 Mas aquele que se une ao Senhor é um espírito com ele.
18 Mʉyefwaje nu wubhembu. Imbiibhi izinji zyonti, umuntu akʉbhomba kunzi ya mʉbhɨlɨ waakwe, ɨleelo umuntu we akubhembukha, akʉwʉbhombela imbiibhi ʉmʉbhɨlɨ waakwe.
18 Fugi da impureza. Qualquer outro pecado que uma pessoa cometer é fora do corpo; mas aquele que pratica a imoralidade peca contra o próprio corpo.
19 Bhʉlɨ, mutamanyile kʉtɨ, amabhɨlɨ giinyu nyumba ya Mupepu uMufinjile we alɨ mukaasi yiinyu, we ʉMʉlʉngʉ abhapiiye? Amabhɨlɨ te shʉʉma shiinyu,
19 Acaso, não sabeis que o vosso corpo é santuário do Espírito Santo, que está em vós, o qual tendes da parte de Deus, e que não sois de vós mesmos?
20 kʉnongwa ye mwátuliilwe kʉ wʉpala ʉwʉpɨtɨ. Shɨnɨɨsho mʉmʉpaalaje ʉMʉlʉngʉ mʉ mabhɨlɨ giinyu.
20 Porque fostes comprados por preço. Agora, pois, glorificai a Deus no vosso corpo.
