1 And these are the priests and the Levites that came up with Zerubbabel the son of Shealthiel, and Jeshua’: Serayah, Jeremiah, ‘Ezra,
1 Ora, estes são os sacerdotes e os levitas que subiram com Zorobabel, filho de Sealtiel, e com Jesuá: Seraías, Jeremias, Esdras,
2 Amaryah, Malluch, Chattush,
2 Amarias, Maluque, Hatus,
3 Shechanyah, Rechum, Meremoth,
3 Ido, Ginetói, Abias,
4 ‘Iddo, Ginnethoy, Abiyah,
4 Secanias, Reum, Meremote,
5 Miyamin, Ma’adyah, Bilgah,
5 Miamim, Maadias, Bilga,
6 Shema’yah, and Joyarib, Jed’ayah,
6 Semaías, Joiaribe, Jedaías,
7 Sallu, ‘Amok, Chilkiyah, Jed’ayah. These were the chiefs of the priests and of their brethren in the days of Jeshua’.
7 Salu, Amoque, Hilquias e Jedaías; estes foram os chefes dos sacerdotes e de seus irmãos, nos dias de Jesuá.
8 And the Levites: Jeshua’, Binnui, Kadmiel, Sherebyah, Judah, and Matthaniah, who was over the songs of thanksgiving, he and his brethren;
8 E os levitas: Jesuá, Binuí, Cadmiel, Serebias, Judá, Matanias; este e seus irmãos dirigiam os louvores.
9 And Bakbukyah and ‘Unni, their brethren, were opposite to them in the watches.
9 E Baquebuquias e Uni, seus irmãos, estavam defronte deles segundo os seus cargos.
10 And Jeshua’ begat Joyakim, and Joyakim begat Elyashib, and Elyashib begat Joyada’.
10 Jesuá foi pai de Joiaquim, Joiaquim de Eliasibe, Eliasibe de Joiada,
11 And Joyada’ begat Jonathan, and Jonathan begat Jaddua’.
11 Joiada de Jonatã, e Jonatã de Jadua.
12 And in the days of Joyakim were priests, as chiefs of the divisions: Of Serayah, Merayah; of Jeremiah, Chananyah;
12 E nos dias de Joiaquim foram sacerdotes, chefes das casas paternas: por Seraías, Meraías; por Jeremias, Hananias;
13 Of ‘Ezra, Meshullam; of Amaryah, Jehochanan;
13 por Esdras, Mesulão; por Amarias, Jeoanã;
14 Of Mellchu, Jonathan; of Shebanyah, Joseph;
14 por Malúqui, Jonatã; por Sebanias, José;
15 Of Charim, ‘Adna; of Merayoth, Chelkai;
15 por Harim, Adná; por Meraiote, Helcai;
16 Of ‘Iddo, Zechariah; of Ginnethon, Meshullam;
16 por Ido, Zacarias; por Gineton, Mesulão;
17 Of Abiyah, Zichri; of Minyamin, of Mo’adyah, Piltai;
17 por Abias, Zicri; por Miniamim, por Moadias, Piltai;
18 Of Bilgah, Shammua’; of Shem’ayah, Jehonathan;
18 por Bilga, Samua; por Semaías, Jeonatã;
19 And of Joyarib, Matthenai; of Jeda’yah, ‘Uzzi;
19 por Joiaribe, Matenai; por Jedaías, Uzi;
20 Of Sallai, Kallai; of ‘Amok, ‘Eber;
20 por Salai, Calai; por Amoque, Eber;
21 Of Chilkiyah, Chashabyah; of Jeda’yah, Nethanel.
21 por Hilquias, Hasabias; por Jedaías, Netanel.
22 Of the Levites in the days of Elyashib, Yoyada’, and Yochanan, and Jaddua’, are written down the chiefs of the divisions: also those of the priests to the reign of Darius the Persian.
22 Nos dias de Eliasibe, Joiada, Joanã e Jadua foram inscritos, dos levitas, os chefes das casas paternas; e assim também os dos sacerdotes, no reinado de Dário, o persa.
23 The sons of Levi, the chiefs of the divisions were written down in the book of the chronicles, even until the days of Jochanan the son of Elyashib.
23 Os filhos de Levi, chefes de casas paternas, foram inscritos no livro das crônicas, até os dias de Joanã, filho de Eliasibe.
24 And the chiefs of the Levites were: Chashabyah, Sherebyah, and Jeshua’ the son of Kadmiel, with their brethren opposite to them, to praise and to give thanks, according to the command of David the man of God, section by section.
24 Foram, pois, os chefes dos levitas: Hasabias, Serebias, Jesuá, filho de Cadmiel, e seus irmãos que ficavam defronte deles, turma contra turma, para louvarem e darem graças, segundo a ordem de Davi, homem de Deus.
25 Matthanyah, and Bakbukyah, ‘Obadiah, Meshullam, Talmon, ‘Akkub, were watching gatekeepers on the watch at the thresholds of the gates.
25 Matanias, Baquebuquias, Obadias, Mesulão, Talmom, e Acube eram porteiros, e faziam a guarda junto aos celeiros das portas.
26 These were in the days of Joyakim, the son of Jeshua’, the son of Jozadak, and in the days of Nehemiah the governor, and of ‘Ezra the priest, the expounder.
26 Estes viveram nos dias de Joiaquim, filho de Jesuá, filho de Jozadaque, como também nos dias de Neemias, o governador, e do sacerdote Esdras, o escriba.
27 And at the dedication of the wall of Jerusalem they sought the Levites out of all their places, to bring them to Jerusalem, to celebrate the dedication with joy, with thanksgivings, and with singing, cymbals, psalteries, and with harps.
27 Ora, na dedicação dos muros de Jerusalém buscaram os levitas de todos os lugares, para os trazerem a Jerusalém, a fim de celebrarem a dedicação com alegria e com ações de graças, e com canto, címbalos, alaúdes e harpas.
28 And there gathered themselves together the sons of the singers, both out of the district round about Jerusalem, and from the villages of Netophah;
28 Ajuntaram-se os filhos dos cantores, tanto da campina dos arredores de Jerusalém, como das aldeias do netofatitas;
29 Also from Beth–hagilgal, and out of the fields of Geba’ and Azmaveth; for the singers had built themselves villages round about Jerusalem.
29 como também de Bete-Gilgal, e dos campos de Geba e Azmavete; pois os cantores tinham edificado para si aldeias ao redor de Jerusalém.
30 And the priests and the Levites purified themselves, and then they purified the people, and the gates, and the wall.
30 E os sacerdotes e os levitas se purificaram, e purificaram o povo, as portas e o muro.
31 Then brought I up the princes of Judah upon the wall, and stationed two great companies for thanksgiving, and trains to walk on the right hand upon the wall by the dung–gate;
31 Então fiz subir os príncipes de Judá sobre o muro, e constituí duas grandes companhias para darem graças e andarem em procissão, uma das quais foi para a direita sobre o muro, em direção à porta do monturo;
32 And after them walked Hosha’yah, and half of the princes of Judah,
32 e após ela seguiam Hosaías, e a metade dos príncipes de Judá,
33 And ‘Azaryah, ‘Ezra, and Meshullam,
33 e Azarias, Esdras, Mesulão,
34 Judah, and Benjamin, and Shema’yah, and Jeremiah;
34 Judá, Benjamim, Semaías, e Jeremias;
35 And of the sons of priests’ with trumpets, Zechariah the son of Jonathan, the son of Shema’yah, the son of Matthanyah, the son of Michayah, the son of Zaccur, the son of Assaph;
35 e dos filhos dos sacerdotes, levando trombetas, Zacarias, filho de Jonatã, filho de Semaías, filho de Matanias, filho de Micaías, filho de Zacur, filho de Asafe.
36 And his brethren, Shema’yah, and ‘Azarel, Milalai, Gilalai, Ma’ai, Nethanel, and Judah, Chanani, with the musical instruments of David the man of God; and ‘Ezra the expounder walked before them.
36 e seus irmãos, Semaías, Azarel, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Netanel, Judá e Hanâni, com os instrumento musicais de Davi, homem de Deus; e Esdras, o escriba, ia adiante deles.
37 And over the fountain–gate, and straight before them, they went up by the stairs of the city of David, at the ascent of the wall, above the house of David, even as far as the water–gate, eastward.
37 À entrada da porta da fonte subiram diretamente as escadas da cidade de Davi onde começa a subida do muro, acima da casa de Davi, até a porta das águas a leste.
38 And the other company for thanksgiving that walked in the opposite direction to them,––this one did I follow, and the half of the people upon the wall, from beyond the tower of the ovens even as far as the broad wall;
38 A outra companhia dos que davam graças foi para a esquerda, seguindo-os eu com a metade do povo, sobre o muro, passando pela torre dos fornos até a muralha larga,
39 And above the gate of Ephraim, and above the old gate, and above the fish–gate, and the tower of Chananel, and the tower of Meah, even as far as the sheep–gate; and they halted at the prison–gate.
39 e seguindo por cima da porta de Efraim, e da porta velha, e da porta dos peixes, e pela torre de Hananel, e a torre dos Cem até a porta das ovelhas; e pararam à porta da guarda.
40 So did the two companies for thanksgiving place themselves in the house of God, and I, and the half of the rulers with me.
40 Assim as duas companhias dos que davam graças pararam na casa de Deus, como também eu e a metade dos magistrados que estavam comigo,
41 And the priests, Elyakim, Ma’asseyah, Minyamin, Michayah, Elyo’enai, Zechariah, and Chananiah, with trumpets;
41 e os sacerdotes Eliaquim, Maaséias, Miniamim, Micaías, Elioenai, Zacarias e Hananias, com trombetas,
42 And Ma’asseyah, and Shema’yah, and El’azar, and ‘Uzzi, and Jehochanan, and Malkiyah, and ‘Elam, and ‘Ezer. And the singers sang aloud, with Yisrachyah as their overseer.
42 com também Maaséias, Semaías, Eleazar, Uzi, Jeoanã, Malquias, Elão, e Ézer; e os cantores cantavam, tendo Jezraías por dirigente.
43 And they sacrificed on that day great sacrifices, and rejoiced; for God had caused them to rejoice with great joy; and also the women and the children rejoiced: so that the shout of joy of Jerusalem was heard even at a great distance off.
43 Naquele dia ofereceram grandes sacrifícios, e se alegraram, pois Deus lhes dera motivo de grande alegria; também as mulheres e as crianças se alegraram, de modo que o júbilo de Jerusalém se fez ouvir longe.
44 And there were appointed at that day certain men as superintendents over the chambers for the treasuries, for the heave–offerings, for the first–fruits, and for the tithes, to gather into them out of the fields of the cities the portions according to the law for the priests and the Levites; for Judah had joy on the priests and on the Levites that stood there,
44 No mesmo dia foram nomeados homens sobre as câmaras do tesouro para as ofertas alçadas, as primícias e os dízimos, para nelas recolherem, dos campos, das cidades, os quinhões designados pela lei para os sacerdotes e para os levitas; pois Judá se alegrava por estarem os sacerdotes e os levitas no seu posto,
45 And kept the charge of their God, and the charge of the purification, and as singers and gatekeepers, according to the command of David, and of Solomon his son.
45 observando os preceitos do seu Deus, e os da purificação, como também o fizeram os cantores e porteiros, conforme a ordem de Davi e de seu filho Salomão.
46 For in the days of David and Assaph of old there were chiefs of the singers, and songs of praise and thanksgiving unto God.
46 Pois desde a antigüidade, já nos dias de Davi e de Asafe, havia um chefe dos cantores, e havia cânticos de louvor e de ação de graça a Deus.
47 And all Israel in the days of Zerubbabel, and in the days of Nehemiah, gave the portions of the singers and the gatekeeper, what was required for every day on its day; and they sanctified things for the Levites: and the Levites sanctified the portion due for the children of Aaron.
47 Pelo que todo o Israel, nos dias de Zorobabel e nos dias de Neemias, dava aos cantores e aos porteiros as suas porções destinadas aos levitas, e os levitas separavam as porções destinadas aos filhos de Arão.
