¹ So, remaining, brothers, we-are-asking you and are-calling-aside in to{[the] Lord Jesus} according-as you-take-aside aside of{us} the how it-is-necessitating you to-be-walking-around and to-be-pleasing to{God}, according-as also you-are-walking-around, in-which-place you-may-be-exceeding more,

¹ Além disso, vos rogamos irmãos, e vos exortamos no Senhor Jesus que, assim como recebestes de nós, de que maneira convém andar e agradar a Deus, assim andai, para que continueis a progredir mais e mais;

² for you-have-beheld what message-asides/enjoinments we-give to{you} through of{the Lord Jesus},

² porque vós sabeis que mandamentos vos temos dado pelo Senhor Jesus.

³ for the-same is-being [the] will-effect of{the God}, the holy-ization of{you}, you to-be-having/holding-off/away-from from of{the sexual-immorality},

³ Porque esta é a vontade de Deus, a vossa santificação: Que vos abstenhais da fornicação,

⁴ each of{you} to-have-beheld the vessel of{sameself} to-be-acquiring in to{holy-ization} and to{value},

⁴ que cada um de vós saiba possuir o seu vaso em santificação e honra,

⁵ not in to{passion} of{desire-upon-ia} even-according-as also the nations, the not having-beheld the God,

⁵ não na paixão de concupiscência, como os gentios, que não conhecem a Deus.

⁶ the not to-be-overstepping and to-be-much-more-having in to{the practice-effect}, the brother of{same}, through-that the Lord [is] out-just/vindicative about of{all the-same}, according-as also we-say-before/ahead to{you} and witness/are-witnessed-through,

⁶ Que nenhum homem oprima ou engane a seu irmão em qualquer assunto, porque o Senhor é vingador de todas estas coisas, como também, antes, vo-lo dissemos e testificamos.

⁷ for the God does_not_call us upon to{unclean-ia}; contrariwise, in to{holy-ization},

⁷ Porque Deus não nos chamou para a imundícia, mas para a santificação.

⁸ Portanto, quem despreza isto não despreza ao homem, mas sim a Deus, que nos deu também o seu Espírito Santo.

⁹ Mas, quanto ao amor fraternal, não necessitais de que vos escreva, visto que vós mesmos estais instruídos por Deus que vos ameis uns aos outros;

¹⁰ porque também já assim o fazeis para com todos os irmãos que estão por toda a Macedônia. Mas vos suplicamos, irmãos, que continueis a progredir mais e mais,

¹¹ and to-be-fond-valuing to-be-quiet-izing and to-be-practicing the[plural] own and to-be-work-izing-selves to{the hands} of{you} according-as we-message-aside to{you},

¹¹ e que procureis viver quietos, e tratar dos vossos próprios negócios, e trabalhar com vossas próprias mãos, como já vo-lo temos mandado;

¹² in-which-place you-may-be-walking-around well-decorum-ly toward the[plural] outside and you-may-be-having need of{no-one}.

¹² para que andeis honestamente para com os que estão de fora e para que não tenhais falta de nada.

¹³ Moreover, we-are_not_will-ing you to-be-without-knowing, brothers, about of{the having-been-slept}, in-which-place you-would_not_be-being-grieved, according-as also the remaining, the not having expectation,

¹³ Não quero, porém que sejais ignorantes, irmãos, acerca dos que dormem, para que não vos entristeçais, como os demais, que não têm esperança.

¹⁴ for if we-are-believing that Jesus dies-off/away and stands-up/anew, the-same-ly also the God will-lead the slept through of{the Jesus} together-with to{same},

¹⁴ Porque, se cremos que Jesus morreu e ressuscitou, assim também aos que em Jesus dormem, Deus trará com ele.

¹⁵ for we-are-saying the-same to{you} in to{[the] word} of{[the] Lord}, that we, the being-alive, the being-left-around[i.e. surviving] into the presence of{the Lord}, no, would_not_preceded/overtake the slept,

¹⁵ Dizemos, pois, isto a vós, pela palavra do Senhor: Que nós, os que estamos vivos e permanecemos para a vinda do Senhor, não precederemos os que dormem.

¹⁶ that same, the Lord, in to{order/command/summon-effect}, in to{sound} of{chief-messenger} and in to{trumpet} of{God}, will-descend from of{heaven}, and the[plural] dead in to{Anointed} will-stand-up/anew-such-as-to-be-stood-up/anew first.

¹⁶ Porque o mesmo Senhor descerá do céu com brado, e com a voz de arcanjo, e com a trombeta de Deus; e os mortos em Cristo ressuscitarão primeiro;

¹⁷ Upon-thereafter, we, the being-alive, the being-left-around[i.e. surviving], at-the-same-time together-with to{same[plural]}, will-be-snatched in to{clouds} into off/away-meeting[noun] of{the Lord} into air, and the-same-ly always will-be together-with to{[the] Lord},

¹⁷ depois, nós, os que estamos vivos e permanecemos, seremos arrebatados juntamente com eles nas nuvens, a encontrar o Senhor no ar, e assim estaremos para sempre com o Senhor.

¹⁸ such-as, be-calling-aside one-another in to{the words, the-same}.
