1 And the Pharisees and some of the scribes came from Jerusalem together to him.
1 Então, ajuntaram-se a ele os fariseus, e alguns dos escribas, vindos de Jerusalém.
2 And when they had seen some of his disciples eat bread with unwashen hands, they blamed [them], (or they rebuked them).
2 E eles, vendo que alguns dos seus discípulos comiam pão com as mãos impuras, isto é, sem lavar, eles encontraram uma falta.
3 For the Pharisees and all the Jews eat not, [no] but they wash often their hands, holding the traditions of (the) elder men.
3 Porque os fariseus, e todos os judeus, não comem sem lavar suas mãos, conservando a tradição dos anciãos.
4 And when they turn again from [the] market (or And when they return from the market), they eat not, [no] but they be washed; and many other things there be, that be taken to them to keep (or to obey), as (the) washing of cups, and of water vessels [or of cruets], and of vessels of brass, and of beds.
4 E, quando voltam do mercado, se não se lavarem, eles não comem. E muitas outras coisas há que receberam para guardar, como lavar os copos, e os jarros, e os vasos de bronze e as mesas.
5 And (the) Pharisees and (the) scribes asked him, and said, Why go not thy disciples after the tradition(s) of (the) elder men, but with unwashen (or unwashed) hands they eat bread?
5 Então, perguntaram-lhe os fariseus e os escribas: Por que não andam os teus discípulos conforme a tradição dos anciãos, mas comem o pão sem lavar as mãos?
6 And he answered, and said to them, Esaias prophesied well of you, hypocrites, (or Isaiah prophesied well about you, hypocrites), as it is written, This people worshippeth me with (their) lips [or This people honoureth me with \+sls (their)\+sls* lips], but their heart is far from me;
6 E ele, respondendo, disse-lhes: Bem profetizou Isaías acerca de vós, hipócritas, como está escrito: Este povo honra-me com os seus lábios, mas o seu coração está longe de mim.
7 and in vain they worship me, teaching the doctrines and the behests [or the commandments] of men.
7 mas, em vão eles me adoram, ensinando por doutrinas os mandamentos dos homens.
8 For ye leave the commandment of God, and hold (fast to) the traditions of men, as [the] washing of water vessels [or of cruets], and of cups; and many other things like these ye do.
8 Porque vós colocastes de lado o mandamento de Deus, e guardastes a tradição dos homens, como o lavar dos jarros e dos copos; e muitas outras coisas semelhantes a estas fazeis.
9 And he said to them, Well ye have made the commandment of God void (or empty and useless), to keep your tradition.
9 E ele dizia-lhes: Bem sabeis rejeitar o mandamento de Deus, para que possais guardar a vossa própria tradição.
10 For Moses said, Worship thy father and thy mother [or Honour thou thy father and thy mother]; and he that curseth father or mother, die he by death.
10 Porque Moisés disse: Honra a teu pai e a tua mãe; e quem amaldiçoar o pai ou a mãe deixe-o morrer com morte.
11 But ye say, If a man say to (his) father or mother, Corban, that is, Whatever gift is of me, it shall profit to thee, (or Whatever gift is for me, it shall also profit thee);
11 Mas vós dizeis: Se um homem disser ao seu pai ou à sua mãe: Isto é Corbã, isso quer dizer, uma oferta, o que poderias lucrar de mim, esse será livre.
12 and over [or further\+sls (more)\+sls*] ye suffer not him [to] do anything to (his) father or mother, (and more than this, ye do not allow him to do anything for his father or mother,)
12 E nada mais lhe permitis fazer por seu pai ou por sua mãe,
13 and ye break the word of God by your tradition, that ye have given; and ye do many [other] such things.
13 fazendo a palavra de Deus ficar sem nenhum efeito pela vossa tradição, que vós transmitistes; e muitas coisas semelhantes a estas fazeis.
14 And he again called the people, and said to them, Ye all hear me, and understand.
14 E, chamando todo o povo até ele, disse-lhes: Ouvi-me cada um de vocês, e compreendei;
15 Nothing that is without a man, that entereth into him, may defoul him (or can defile him); but those things that come forth of a man, those it be that defoul a man.
15 não há nada de fora do homem que, entrando nele possa corrompê-lo; mas as coisas que saem dele, são elas que corrompem o homem.
16 If any man have ears of hearing, hear he. [Forsooth if any man have ears to hear, hear he.]
16 Se algum homem tem ouvidos para ouvir, ouça.
17 And when he was entered into an house, from the people, his disciples asked him (about) the parable.
17 E, quando ele entrou em casa, os seus discípulos lhe perguntaram a respeito da parábola.
18 And he said to them, Ye be unwise also. Understand ye not, that all thing withoutforth that entereth into a man, may not defoul him? (or Do ye not understand, that everything from outside that entereth into a man, cannot defile him?)
18 E ele disse-lhes: Vós também estão sem compreender? Não percebeis que qualquer coisa de fora que entrar no homem, isto não pode corrompê-lo,
19 for it hath not entered into his heart, but into the womb, and beneath it goeth out, purging all meats (or cleaning out all the food).
19 porque não entra no seu coração, mas dentro do ventre, e sai na latrina, purificando todos os alimentos?
20 But he said, The things that go out of a man, those defoul a man (or these defile a person).
20 E ele dizia: O que sai do homem, isso contamina o homem.
21 For from within, of the heart of men come forth evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, manslayings,
21 Porque do interior do coração dos homens, procedem maus pensamentos, adultérios, fornicações, assassinatos,
22 thefts, avarices, [or covetousness, or over-hard keeping of goods], wickednesses, guile, unchastity, evil eye, blasphemies, pride, folly (or foolishness).
22 roubos, cobiça, maldade, engano, lascívia, inveja, blasfêmia, soberba, insensatez;
23 All these evils come forth from within, and defoul a man (or and defile a person).
23 todas estas coisas más procedem de dentro e corrompem o homem.
24 And Jesus rose up from thence, and went into the coasts of Tyre and Sidon. And he went into an house, and would that no man knew; and he might not be hid. (And Jesus left there, and went to the coasts of Tyre and Sidon. And he went into a house, and wanted that no one knew that he was there; but he could not stay hidden.)
24 E ele levantando-se dali, foi para as fronteiras de Tiro e Sidom, e entrando em uma casa, não queria que nenhum homem soubesse isto; mas ele não pôde se esconder.
25 For a woman, anon as she heard of him (or as soon as she heard about him), whose daughter had an unclean spirit, entered, and fell down at his feet.
25 Pois uma certa mulher, cuja filha tinha um espírito imundo, ouvindo sobre ele, veio e lançou-se aos seus pés;
26 And the woman was (a) heathen, of the generation of Syrophenician. And she prayed him, that he would cast out a devil from her daughter, (or And she beseeched him, that he would throw a demon out of her daughter).
26 a mulher era grega, de nacionalidade siro-fenícia, e ela pedia-lhe que expulsasse de sua filha o demônio.
27 And he said to her, Suffer thou (or Allow) that the children be fulfilled first [or Suffer thou that the sons be filled first]; for it is not good to take the bread of children, and give [it] to hounds.
27 Mas Jesus disse-lhe: Deixa primeiro saciar os filhos; porque não é bom tomar o pão dos filhos e lançá-lo aos cães.
28 And she answered, and said to him, Yes, Lord; for little whelps eat under the board of the crumbs of (the) children. (And she answered him, Yes, Lord; but even little pups can eat the crumbs of the children under the table.)
28 E ela respondeu, dizendo: Sim, Senhor; mas os cães comem das migalhas das crianças debaixo da mesa.
29 And Jesus said to her, Go thou, for this word the fiend (or the demon) went out of thy daughter.
29 Então, ele disse-lhe: Por essa palavra, vai pelo teu caminho; o demônio já saiu de tua filha.
30 And when she was gone into her house home [or And when she had gone home/And when she had gone into her house], she found the damsel lying on the bed, and the devil gone out from her. (And when she went home, she found the young girl lying on the bed, and the demon had gone out of her.)
30 E, quando ela chegou em sua casa, viu que o demônio havia saído, e sua filha deitada sobre a cama.
31 And again Jesus went out from the coasts of Tyre, and came through Sidon to the sea of Galilee, between the middle of the coasts of Decapolis.
31 E novamente, partindo das regiões de Tiro e Sidom, ele foi até o mar da Galileia, passando pelo litoral de Decápolis.
32 And they bring to him a man deaf and dumb, and prayed him to lay his hand/s on him.
32 E trouxeram-lhe um surdo, que falava com dificuldade; e lhe pediram que impusesse a sua mão sobre ele.
33 And he took him aside from the people, and put his fingers into his ears; and he spat, and touched his tongue.
33 E, tirando-o de entre a multidão, pôs-lhe os dedos nos ouvidos, e cuspiu, e tocou-lhe a língua;
34 And he beheld into heaven, and sorrowed within, and said [to him], Ephphatha, that is, Be thou opened.
34 e, erguendo os olhos ao céu, suspirou, e disse: Efatá; isto é, seja aberto.
35 And anon (or at once) his ears were opened, and the band of his tongue was unbound, and he spake rightly.
35 E imediatamente os seus ouvidos foram abertos, e a amarra de sua língua se soltou, e ele falava claramente.
36 And he commanded to them, that they should say to no man; but how much he commanded to them, so much the more they preached,
36 E ele ordenou-lhes que não contassem a nenhum homem, mas quanto mais lhes ordenava, mais eles o divulgavam.
37 and by so much the more they wondered, and said, He did well all things, both he hath made deaf men to hear, and dumb men to speak.
37 E eles admirando-se além do limite, diziam: Ele tem feito todas as coisas bem, ele faz ambos, o surdo para ouvir e o mudo para falar.
