1 ᑌᑲᔥ ᒫᒃ ᐁᒄ ᐴᓂᐦᑖᒄ ᒥᓯᐌ ᒫᔮᑎᓰᐎᓐ᙮ ᐴᓃᒄ ᐁᒄ ᐁ ᓇᓇᑕᔦᒄ, ᑲᔦ ᐁᑳᐐ ᐐ ᐃᑌᔨᐦᑖᑯᐦᐄᓱᒄ ᑖᓐ ᐊᓐ ᐁᑳ ᒋᐦᒋᐌ ᐃᑌᔨᐦᑖᑯᓯᔦᒄ, ᐁᑳᐐ ᒋᑲ ᐅᐦᒋ ᐃᐦᑕᑯᓐ ᐁ ᐗᐅᐦᑌᔨᒥᑐᔦᒄ᙮ ᑲᔦ ᒫᒃ ᐁᑳᐐ ᓂᑕᒧᒄ ᐃᔑ ᐋᔨᒨᒫᐦᑯᒡ ᐊᐌᓂᒌ᙮
1 Deponde, pois, toda malícia, toda astúcia, fingimentos, invejas e toda espécie de maledicência.
2 ᒨᔥ ᐁᑎᑑ ᒋᐹ ᓂᑕᐌᔨᐦᑕᒧᐙᓈᐙᐤ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᐅᑕᔨᒧᐎᓐ᙮ ᐌᔥ ᓈᔥᒡ ᑖᐺ ᐸᔦᐦᒉᔨᐦᑖᑯᓂᔫ᙮ ᑲᔦ ᒫᒃ ᐁᑯᑦ ᒉ ᐅᐦᒋ ᒥᔪ ᓂᐦᑖᐅᒋᔦᒄ ᑲᔦ ᐁᐅᑯᓐ ᒉ ᑲᓄᐌᔨᒥᑯᔦᒄ ᐁ ᐱᒫᒋᐦᐅᔦᒄ᙮ ᒧᔮᒻ ᐊᐙᔥ ᐁ ᐅᔅᒋᓂᐦᑖᐅᒋᑦ ᒨᔥ ᐁ ᓂᑐᐌᔨᒫᑦ ᒎᒎᔑᓈᐳᐃ ᒉᒌ ᐅᐦᒋ ᓂᐦᑖᐅᒋᑦ ᐁᑯᓐ ᒋᐹ ᐃᔑᓈᑯᓯᓈᐙᐤ ᐁ ᓂᑐᐌᔨᐦᑕᒧᐌᒄ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᐅᑕᔨᒧᐎᓐ ᒉᒌ ᐅᐦᒋ ᓂᐦᑖᐅᒋᔦᒄ ᐊᓂᑌ ᒋᑕᐦᒑᐦᑯᐙᐦᒡ᙮
2 as newborn babes desire earnestly the pure mental milk of the word, that by it ye may grow up to salvation,
3 ᐌᔥ ᐃᑕᔥᑌᐤ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᐅᑕᔨᒧᐎᓂᐦᒡ, ᔖᔥ ᒋᒌ ᒋᔅᒉᔨᐦᑕᒥᐦᐄᑯᓈᐙᐤ ᑖᓐ ᐁ ᐃᔥᐱᔥ ᒥᔪᑑᑕᒫᑖᒄ ᐅᑎᐯᔨᐦᒋᑫᐤ᙮
3 if indeed ye have tasted that the Lord {is} good.
4 ᐯᒋ ᓈᑖᐦᒄ ᒫᒃ ᐅᑎᐯᔨᐦᒋᑫᐤ ᒌᓴᔅ, ᐊᓐ ᑳ ᐱᒫᑎᓰᑦ ᐊᓯᓃ ᑳ ᐃᔑᓂᐦᑳᑖᑲᓅᑦ᙮ ᒌ ᐋᑕᐌᔨᒥᑰ ᐊᐌᔫ ᐅᑕᐦ ᐊᔅᒌᐦᒡ, ᒥᒄ ᒫᒃ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᒌ ᐎᔮᐸᒥᑰ ᐎᔭ ᒫᐅᒡ ᒉᒌ ᒋᔅᑌᔨᐦᑖᑯᓯᑦ᙮

5 ᒧᔮᒻ ᐁ ᐱᒫᑎᓰᑣᐤ ᐊᓯᓃᒡ ᒋᑎᔑᓈᑯᓯᓈᐙᐤ ᐊᓂᑦ ᐌᐦᒋ ᐐᑳᐴᐦᑖᑦ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᐅᐙᔅᑳᐦᐄᑲᓂᒻ, ᐊᓂᑦ ᐁ ᐃᐦᑖᑦ ᑳ ᐸᔦᐦᒋᓰᑦ ᐊᐦᒑᐦᒄ᙮ ᐁᑯᑌ ᒫᒃ ᐊᓂᑌ ᒧᔮᒻ ᐊᔨᒥᐦᐁᐅᒋᒫᐅᒡ ᐁ ᐸᔦᐦᒋ ᐱᒫᑎᓰᑣᐤ ᐁ ᐃᑖᐸᒋᐦᐄᑖᒄ᙮ ᒥᓯᐌ ᑖᓐ ᒉ ᐃᔑ ᐸᒋᔥᑎᓇᒧᐌᑴ ᒉᒀᓐ ᒌᓴᔅ ᙭ ᐁ ᐃᐦᑖᑦ, ᒋᑲ ᓇᐦᐄᐌᐦᐄᑰ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ᙮
5 yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
6 ᐌᔥ ᐃᑕᔥᑌᔫ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᐅᑕᔨᒧᐎᓂᐦᒡ,
6 Because it is contained in the scripture: Behold, I lay in Zion a corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be put to shame.
7 ᒋᔭᐙᐤ ᒫᒃ ᑳ ᑖᐺᐦᑕᒣᒄ ᒋᐦᒋᐌ ᒋᑎᑌᔨᒫᐙᐤ ᐆ ᐊᓯᓃ᙮ ᐁᒄ ᒫᒃ ᐊᓂᒌ ᐁᑳ ᑳ ᑖᐺᔨᒫᑣᐤ ᒉ ᐐ ᒋᔅᒋᓯᑣᐤ ᐅᔫ ᑳ ᐃᑕᔥᑌᔨᒡ ᐊᓂᑌ ᒪᓯᓇᐦᐄᑲᓂᐦᒡ ᐅᔫ ᐊᓯᓃ ᐁ ᐋᔨᒨᒫᑲᓄᔨᒡ,
7 To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,
8 ᐁᒄ ᒫᒃ ᒦᓐ ᐁ ᐃᑕᔥᑌᒡ ᐊᓂᑌ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᐅᑕᔨᒧᐎᓂᐦᒡ,
8 and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.
9 ᒋᔭᐙᐤ ᐊᓐ ᑳ ᐃᑎᔅᑳᓀᓯᔦᒄ ᒋᒌ ᐎᔮᐸᒥᑯᐙᐤ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᑲᔦ ᐁᐅᒄ ᒋᔭᐙᐤ ᒫᐅᒡ ᑳ ᓃᑳᓀᔨᐦᑖᑯᓯᑦ ᒋᔐᐅᒋᒫᐤ ᐅᑕᔨᒥᐦᐁᐅᒋᒫᒻᐦ᙮ ᐁᐅᒄ ᒋᔭᐙᐤ ᑳ ᐸᔦᐦᒋᓰᑣᐤ ᑳ ᐃᑎᔅᑳᓀᓯᑣᐤ ᐄᓅᒡ, ᐁᐅᒄ ᒋᔭᐙᐤ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᑎᐲᐌ ᐅᑏᓃᒥᐦ᙮ ᒋᔭᐙᐤ ᒋᒌ ᐎᔮᐸᒥᑯᓈᐙᐤ ᒉᒌ ᐙᐐᐦᑕᒧᐌᒄ ᑖᓐ ᐁ ᐃᔑ ᒋᔅᑌᔨᐦᑖᑯᓂᔨᒀᐤᐦ ᐅᑕᔨᐦᑐᐎᓐᐦ ᐊᓐ ᑳ ᐐᔖᒥᑖᒄ ᐗᓂᑎᐱᔅᑯᓰᐎᓂᐦᒡ ᐅᐦᒋ ᐊᓂᑌ ᐃᔑ ᐅᒫᒥᔥᑳᒡ ᐙᔥᑌᐎᓂᐦᒡ᙮
9 But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;
10 ᐊᓂᑌ ᐌᔅᑲᒡ ᓇᒧᐃ ᑰᐦᒋ ᐅᑏᓃᒥᑐᑖᑯᐙᐤ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᐁᒄ ᒫᒃ ᐊᓄᐦᒌᔥ ᐌᐅᑏᓃᒥᑐᑖᑖᒄ᙮ ᐊᓂᑌ ᐌᔅᑲᒡ ᓇᒧᐃ ᒎᐦᒋ ᒋᔅᑎᒫᒉᔨᒥᑯᐙᐤ ᐁᒄ ᒫᒃ ᐊᓄᐦᒌᔥ ᐁᒄ ᒉᔅᑎᒫᒉᔨᒥᑖᒄ᙮
10 who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.
11 ᓂᐐᒉᐙᑲᓂᑎᒄ ᑳ ᓵᒋᐦᐄᑕᑯᒡ, ᒥᒄ ᐌᓯᓐ ᒋᒫᓂᑌᐅᓈᐙᐤ ᑲᔦ ᒥᒄ ᒋᐸᐹ ᐃᐦᑖᓈᐙᐤ ᐅᑕᐦ ᐊᔅᒌᐦᒡ᙮ ᐁᐅᒄ ᒫᒃ ᐆ ᐌᐦᒋ ᐐ ᓰᐦᒋᒥᑕᑯᒡ ᑌᑲᔥ ᐁᑳ ᒉᒌ ᐸᐱᔅᑳᑌᔨᐦᑕᒥᐦᐄᑯᔦᒄ ᐊᓂᔫ ᒪᒋ ᓂᑕᐌᔨᐦᑕᒧᐎᓐᐦ ᐊᓂᔫ ᒨᔥ ᒥᔮᔑᐦᒉᐸᔨᐦᒀᐤ ᒋᑕᐦᒑᐦᑯᐙᐦᒡ᙮
11 Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
12 ᓲᐦᒃ ᐐ ᑯᐃᔅᑯᐱᒫᑎᓰᒄ ᒣᑴᓰᓅ ᐊᓂᒌ ᐁᑳ ᑳ ᑖᐺᐦᑕᐦᒀᐤ ᐁ ᐃᐦᑖᑣᐤ᙮ ᐁᑯᑦ ᒉᒌ ᓂᓯᑑᓇᐦᒀᐤ ᒋᒥᔫᑑᑕᒧᐎᓇᐙᐤ ᐁᒄ ᒫᒃ ᒉ ᒫᒥᐦᒋᒫᑣᐤ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᐃᔅᑯᑕᒃ ᑕᑯᔑᓂᔨᒉᓐ᙮ ᐁᑯᓐ ᒉ ᐃᐦᑎᑣᐤ ᐋᑦ ᐊᓄᐦᒌᔥ ᓂᑕᒧᒄ ᐁ ᐃᔑ ᒪᒥᔑᒥᑖᑯᒡ ᒬᐦᒡ ᐁ ᒪᒋᑑᑕᒧᐌᒄ᙮
12 having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.
13 ᓇᓂᐦᐄᐦᑕᒧᒄ ᒥᓯᐌ ᐊᔅᒌᔫ ᑎᐯᔨᐦᒉᐎᓐ᙮ ᐅᑎᐯᔨᐦᒋᑫᐤ ᐃᐦᑑᑕᒧᐙᐦᒄ ᐅᔫ᙮ ᓇᓂᐦᐄᐦᑐᐙᐦᒄ ᒋᔐᐅᒋᒫᐤ ᑲᔦ ᓇᓂᐦᐄᐦᑑᒻᐦ ᒥᓯᐌ ᐅᑖᐸᒋᐦᐋᑲᓐ, ᐌᔥ ᐁᐅᒄ ᐅᒌ ᓈᑳᓇᐱᑣᐤ᙮

14 ᐃᐦᑖᐅᒡ ᑲᔦ ᐊᓂᒌ ᒋᔐᐅᒋᒫᐤ ᐁ ᐋᐸᒋᐦᐄᑯᑣᐤ ᒉᒌ ᐗᐌᔑᐦᐋᑣᐤ ᐊᓂᔫ ᑳ ᐗᓂᑑᑕᒥᔨᒡ ᑲᔦ ᒉᒌ ᒥᔻᒋᒫᑣᐤ ᐊᓂᔫ ᑯᐃᔅᒄ ᑳ ᐃᐦᑎᔨᒡ᙮ ᐁᐅᑯᓂᒡ ᐅᒌ ᑲᔦ ᐱᔑᒋᐦᐋᐦᑯᒡ᙮
14 or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.
15 ᐌᔥ ᐁᐅᒄ ᐅᔫ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᐅᑎᑌᔨᐦᑕᒧᐎᓐ, ᓈᔥᒡ ᒉᒌ ᒥᔪᓈᑯᐦᒀᐤ ᒋᐱᒫᑎᓰᐎᓇᐙᐤ ᐁᑳ ᒥᑐᓐ ᓂᑕᒧᒄ ᒉᒌ ᐃᔑ ᐋᔨᒨᑕᐦᒀᐤ ᒥᔻᒋᒧᐎᓂᔫ ᐊᓂᒌ ᐁᑳ ᑳ ᒋᔅᒉᔨᐦᑕᐦᒀᐤ ᑖᓐ ᐁ ᐃᔑ ᒌᔥᑴ ᐊᔨᒥᑣᐤ᙮
15 Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;
16 ᑖᐺ ᑮᐹ ᒋᒌ ᐐᐦᑯᒋᐦᐄᑯᓈᐙᐤ, ᒥᒄ ᒫᒃ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᐅᑖᐸᒋᐦᐋᑲᓐᐦ ᒋᔭᐙᐤ᙮ ᐁᑳᐐ ᐃᑌᔨᐦᑕᒧᒄ ᒉᒌ ᒪᒋᑑᑕᒣᒄ ᐊᓐ ᐅᐦᒋ ᐁ ᒌ ᐐᐦᑯᒋᐦᐄᑲᐎᔦᒄ ᒪᒋᐦᑣᐎᓂᐦᒡ ᐅᐦᒋ᙮
16 as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.
17 ᒥᓯᐌ ᐊᐌᓐ ᒋᔅᑌᔨᒫᐦᒄ᙮ ᓵᒋᐦᐋᐦᑯᒡ ᒥᓯᐌ ᐊᓂᒌ ᑳ ᐐᒋᔖᓂᔦᒄ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᐃᔑ ᐁ ᐃᐦᑖᑦ, ᓇᓂᐦᒌᔥᑐᐙᒄ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ, ᒋᔅᑌᔨᒫᐦᒄ ᒋᔐᐅᒋᒫᐤ᙮
17 Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.
18 ᒋᔭᐙᐤ ᑳ ᐅᑖᐸᒋᐦᐋᑲᓂᑐᑖᑖᒄ ᐊᐌᓐ, ᒋᐹ ᐸᒋᔥᑌᔨᒥᑎᓲᔅᑕᐙᐙᐅᒡ ᑰᒋᒫᒧᐙᐅᒡ ᑲᔦ ᒋᐹ ᓇᓂᐦᐄᐦᑐᐙᐙᐅᒡ᙮ ᓇᒧᐃ ᒥᒄ ᐊᓂᒌ ᑳ ᒥᔪᐦᑣᑣᐤ ᒋᐹ ᐅᐦᒋ ᒋᔅᑌᔨᒫᐙᐅᒡ ᑲᔦ ᐊᓂᒌ ᑳ ᒪᒋᐦᑣᑣᐤ ᒋᐹ ᒋᔅᑌᔨᒫᐙᐅᒡ᙮
18 Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.
19 ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᒋᑲ ᓇᐦᐁᔨᐦᑕᒥᐦᐋᐤ ᓰᐲᐌᓰᔅᑕᒪᓀ ᔐᔥᒀᐦᑦ ᐁ ᐐᓯᒉᔨᐦᑕᒥᐦᐄᑯᔨᓐ ᐁ ᒋᔅᒉᔨᐦᑕᒪᓐ ᐁᐅᒄ ᐅᔫ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᐅᑎᑌᔨᐦᑕᒧᐎᓐ᙮
19 For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.
20 ᐌᔥ ᑖᐹ ᒉᒀᓐ ᒋᐐᒋᐦᐄᑰᓐ ᐁ ᐗᐌᔑᐦᐄᑯᔨᓐ ᐁ ᒌ ᒪᒋᑑᑕᒪᓐ᙮ ᒥᒄ ᒫᒃ ᒋᔐᒪᓂᑑ ᒋᑲ ᓇᐦᐁᔨᐦᑕᒥᐦᐋᐤ, ᓇᓀᐦᑳᒋᐦᐄᑯᔨᓀ ᐁ ᒌ ᒥᔪᑑᑕᒪᓐ ᐅᐦᒋ᙮
20 For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.
21 ᐌᔥ ᐁᐅᑰ ᐌᐦᒌ ᐐᔖᒥᑯᔦᒄ, ᐊᓂᔫ ᙭ ᐁ ᒌ ᐗᐐᓯᒉᔨᐦᑕᒥᐦᐋᑲᓅᑦ ᒋᒌ ᓇᑲᑕᒫᑯᐙᐤ ᒉᒀᔫ ᒉ ᒋᔅᒋᓄᐙᐸᐦᑕᒧᐌᒄ, ᒉᒌ ᑖᐦᑖᐸᐦᐊᒣᐌᒄ ᑖᓂᑌ ᑳ ᐱᒧᐦᑌᑦ᙮
21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
22 ᓇᒧᐃ ᐐᔅᑳᑦ ᐅᐦᒋ ᒪᒋᑑᑕᒻ ᑲᔦ ᓇᒧᐃ ᐐᔅᑳᑦ ᓂᑕᒧᒄ ᐅᐦᒋ ᐃᔑ ᐊᔨᒨ, ᒨᔥ ᑯᐃᔅᒄ ᒌ ᐃᔑ ᐊᔨᒨ᙮
22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;
23 ᑳ ᒫᔦᔨᒫᑲᓅᑦ ᓇᒧᐃ ᔮᐃᑌᐃ ᐅᐦᒋ ᑖᐱᔥᑖᐤ ᑖᓐ ᑳ ᐃᔑ ᒫᔦᔨᒫᑲᓅᑦ᙮ ᑳ ᓇᓀᐦᑳᒋᐦᐋᑲᓅᑦ ᓇᒧᐃ ᐅᐦᒋ ᐐ ᓴᓭᒋᒧᐌᐤ ᐁ ᐋᔨᒨᑕᐦᒃ ᑖᓐ ᒉᒌ ᐃᔑ ᑖᐱᔥᑖᑦ᙮ ᐅᔅᑌ ᑌᑲᔥ ᒌ ᐊᔅᐯᔨᒧᑐᑕᐌᐤ ᐊᓂᔫ ᑳ ᒉᔥᑎᓈᑌᔨᐦᑖᑯᓯᔨᒡ ᒉᔥᑎᓈᔥ ᑯᐃᔅᒄ ᒉ ᐃᔑ ᐎᔮᔅᑯᓂᒉᔨᒡ᙮
23 who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;
24 ᐎᔭ ᑎᐲᐌ ᐐᔫᐦᒡ ᒌ ᐃᔑ ᐅᑎᓇᒻ ᒋᒪᒋᐦᑣᐎᓅᐦ ᑳ ᒌᔅᑖᔅᑯᐦᐙᑲᓅᑦ ᐋᔑᑌᔮᐦᑎᑯᐦᒡ, ᒦᔅᑯᒡ ᒋᔮᓅ ᐁᑳ ᒉᒌ ᐲᐦᒋᔥᑳᑯᔨᐦᒄ ᒪᒋᐦᑣᐎᓐ᙮ ᒌ ᐃᐦᑑᑕᒻ ᒋᒪᒋᐦᑣᐎᓅᐦ ᒉᒌ ᐊᑎ ᐃᔑᓈᑯᓲᐦᒄ ᒧᔮᒻ ᐁ ᓂᐲᒄ ᒪᒋᐦᑣᐎᓂᐦᒡ ᐃᔑ ᐁᒄ ᒫᒃ ᑯᐃᔅᑯᑖᑎᓰᐎᓂᐦᒡ ᒉᒌ ᐃᔑ ᐱᒫᑎᓯᔫᐦᒄ᙮ ᐊᓂᔫ ᑖᓐ ᑳ ᐃᔑ ᐸᐸᓯᔅᑌᐦᐙᑲᓅᑦ ᐁᑯᑦ ᑳ ᐅᐦᒋ ᒦᓄᐙᑎᓯᔫᐦᒄ᙮
24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 ᐌᔥ ᒬᐦᒡ ᒫᓂᔥᒑᓂᔕᒡ ᐁ ᐗᓂᔑᐦᒀᐤ ᒋᒌ ᐃᔑᓈᑯᓯᓈᐙᐤ᙮ ᐊᓄᐦᒌᔥ ᒫᒃ ᔖᔥ ᑳᐤ ᒋᒌ ᐯᔒᑯᓈᐙᐤ ᒉᒌ ᓅᔔᔥᑯᐌᒄ ᐊᓐ ᒫᓂᔥᒑᓂᔓᐄᓅ ᑳ ᓈᓈᑲᒋᐦᐄᑖᒄ ᑲᔦ ᑳ ᑲᓄᐌᔨᒫᑦ ᒋᑕᐦᒑᐦᑯᐙᐤᐦ᙮
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
