1 Deponde, pois, toda malícia, toda astúcia, fingimentos, invejas e toda espécie de maledicência.
2 Mahzi chaꞌyi ziga zi biñiꞌn nin gueꞌdu rahlaa, rdxaꞌgastoꞌ raꞌ bi lehchi; ziꞌchi gahca za gulguiꞌhnn pur guidxaꞌga stoꞌ tu xchiꞌdxyi Dxiohs tin guchiooꞌhon laꞌhtu loh guelnabahan nacuubi nin nahpa tu ya pur laꞌhan taꞌh tu loh duhlda.
2 as newborn babes desire earnestly the pure mental milk of the word, that by it ye may grow up to salvation,
3 Sidela laꞌhtu guchii tu guhcabwaꞌ tu bwen naa xquelrahcanee xteenn Daada Jesucristu.
3 if indeed ye have tasted that the Lord {is} good.
4 Gulchebiiga loh Jesucristu, nin naa ziga zi tuhbi dxiah nin nahpa guelnabahan nin guleꞌhecaa raꞌ bwiinn raꞌ ya para laꞌh Dxiohs naa dxiah chi tuhbi dxiah nin gulii Ñiꞌh nee lasahca duxan para laꞌh Ñiꞌh.

5 Pwihsi neezaa laꞌhtu, ziga zi dxiah raꞌ nin nahpa guelnabahan; gulgasaaꞌn guunnxtsiꞌn Dxiohs laꞌhtu, tin guunn Ñiꞌh laꞌhtu tuhbi guidoꞌ hasta cweeza Spíritu Ñiꞌh, tin gaca tu xpixohza Dxiohs, nin nayaa rahpa laꞌn lastoꞌ raꞌ ñiꞌh. Laasii naa tu tuhsi cun Jesucristu zibwihdxyi-zinaaba tu loh Dxiohs cun guiñiꞌ zaꞌca za tu pur xcweenta Ñiꞌh, ya dee raꞌ naa ziga tuhbi guhn nin rtahn desde laꞌn lastoꞌ tu nee naa raꞌn nin xclaaꞌdzi Dxiohs,
5 yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
6 laasii loh Xchihtsi Dxiohs caa squiiꞌ:
6 Because it is contained in the scripture: Behold, I lay in Zion a corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be put to shame.
7 Ya para laꞌhtu riachii stoꞌ tu, lasahca duxa dxiah chi, per para laꞌh raꞌ bwiinn raꞌ nin ayi riachii stoꞌ raꞌ ñiꞌh, nahpa zizohba dxyiꞌdxyi ziga rñiꞌ loh Xchihtsi Dxiohs squiiꞌ:
7 To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,
8 neezaa:
8 and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.
9 Laꞌhtu naa tu tuhbi cwaꞌh bwiinn raꞌ nin gulii Dxiohs, ya tuhbigah tu naa tu bixohza nin naa ziga rrehyi xteenn Dxiohs. Laꞌhtu naa tu tuhbi bwiinn nayaa, tuhbi bwiinn zaꞌca, nin naa raꞌ xpwiinn Ñiꞌh. Pwihsi gulii Ñiꞌh laꞌhtu tin guluuꞌyi tu guelnazaꞌca duxa nin bwiꞌhnn Dxiohs nin gudihdxyi laꞌhtu chin guyuuꞌ tu loh neziuh nacahyi xteenn guidxyiyuh riiꞌ tin biuuꞌ tu loh xneziuh ñaꞌñih xteenn Dxiohs.
9 But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;
10 Laꞌhtu galohyi ayi chyu naa tu nez loh Dxiohs, per nnah naa tu xpwiinn guihdxyi Dxiohs. Cadxyih ayi chyu balahsa stoꞌ ñiꞌh laꞌhtu, per nnah laꞌh Dxiohs balahsa stoꞌ Ñiꞌh laꞌhtu.
10 who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.
11 Pwihsi bwiitsi raꞌn nin nadziiꞌhi raꞌn; nabahan tu loh guidxyiyuh riiꞌ ziga bwiinn ziitu raꞌ, ayi gusaaꞌn tu xa chuꞌtee ziga lligaaba dxaaba raꞌ xteenn duhlda nin nuu loh guidxyiyuh nin rusiahchi stoꞌ bwiinn nin ruhnn rbweꞌhe stoꞌ raꞌ loh xneziuh Dxiohs.
11 Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
12 Gulguibahan zaꞌca nez loh raꞌ bwiinn raꞌ nin ayi naa raꞌ bwiinn Israel raꞌ. Nicala nnah rñiꞌ raꞌ ba dxyiꞌdxyinah pur laꞌhtu ziga bwiinn nin ruhnn cohsa dxaaba, per ya chin gwaꞌha raꞌ ba xcweenta dziꞌn zaꞌca nin ruhnn tu, chiꞌchi ziñiꞌ zaꞌca raꞌ ba pur laꞌh Dxiohs chin gadzihn dxyih guunn Dxiohs guelguxchisi xcweenta cada tuhbigah raꞌ bwiinn.
12 having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.
13 Pwihsi ziga guyuuꞌ tu guyaꞌzi tu xchiꞌdxyi Jesucristu, ziꞌchi za gulgazoꞌbadxiahga xchiꞌdxyi garaa raꞌ ziga nin rahpa guelrnabwaꞌ loh guidxyiyuh riiꞌ ziga prizdenta rooꞌ pur nin nahpa raꞌ ba guelrnabwaꞌ nin lasahca ru,

14 o ziga gobernador raꞌ nin ruxeꞌhla Dxiohs tin ruhnn raꞌ ba guelguxchisi xcweenta raꞌ bwiinn duhlda raꞌ; ya tin guiñiꞌ zaꞌca za ba pur laꞌh raꞌ bwiinn raꞌ nin ruhnn raꞌ cohsa zaꞌca.
14 or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.
15 Laasii Dxiohs xclaaꞌdzi Ñiꞌh guunn tu cohsa zaꞌca, tin ziꞌchi ayi nuu xa guidxeela raꞌ nin naa raꞌ bwiinn naguꞌñiꞌyah raꞌ cun nin naa bwiinn mbah raꞌ xa pur guiñiꞌ raꞌ ba xilla dxyiꞌdxyi dxaaba pur laꞌhtu.
15 Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;
16 Gulgahca ziga zi bwiinn nin ayi ruzoꞌbadxiahga xlehyi Moisehs, per ayi ziga bwiinn raꞌ nin zuu bariaꞌh loh xlehyi Moisehs para guunn raꞌ ba tuhbi cohsa dxaaba, sino que gulgahca ziga zi tuhbi bwiinn nin chuꞌtiiꞌ nez loh Dxiohs para tuꞌpazi.
16 as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.
17 Gulgahca bwiinn nadoꞌlaadzi loh garaa raꞌ bwiinn. Gulgahca bwiinn nin nadziiꞌhi lasaaꞌ ñiꞌh laꞌh nin riachii stoꞌ ñiꞌh xchiꞌdxyi Dxiohs, gulguidxyihbi laꞌh Dxiohs, nee gulgahpa respehtu laꞌh prizdenta rooꞌ.
17 Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.
18 Laꞌhtu bwiinn raꞌ nin naa mooza, cun gaduhbi xquelnadoꞌlaadzi tu gulgazoꞌbadxiahga garaa raꞌ xchiꞌdxyi xballwaaꞌn tu, nee ayi ballwaaꞌn si dxiꞌh nin naa bwiinn zaꞌca sino que neezaa laꞌh ballwaaꞌn nin nadxaaba naa raꞌ,
18 Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.
19 laasii bwen naa guunn bwiinn gutiꞌdxiloh ba guelrzaꞌcazii laasii pur xcweenta nin zeezahnee ba xchiꞌdxyi Dxiohs.
19 For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.
20 Pwihsi sidela laꞌhtu ruhnn tu xilla cohsa dxaaba niꞌchin nin rusaꞌcazii xballwaaꞌn tu laꞌhtu, ayi xi guunn tu gahn dela ruhnn tu waanta rutiꞌdxiloh tu guelrzaꞌcazii chi cun paseensi. Per sidela laꞌhtu rzaꞌcazii tu laasii bwiꞌhnn tu tuhbi cohsa zaꞌca nee ruhnn tu waanta cun paseensi xcweenta guelrzaꞌcazii chi, pwihsi dee naa bwen nez loh Dxiohs.
20 For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.
21 Pwihsi pur cweenta raꞌ riiꞌ niꞌchin gudihdxyi Dxiohs laꞌhtu, laasii batiꞌdxiloh Jesucristu guelrzaꞌcazii duxa pur laꞌhtu, tin baluuꞌyi Ñiꞌh laꞌhtu ziga cheezah tu loh xneziuh Ñiꞌh.
21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
22 Laꞌh Ñiꞌh ayi xi xtuhlda Ñiꞌh guyuuꞌ, nee nin ayi za chyu basaguiꞌhi Ñiꞌh nin tuhbi.
22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;
23 Chin guñiꞌyah raꞌ ba laꞌh Ñiꞌh, ayi za guñiꞌyah Ñiꞌh laꞌh raꞌ ba; chin basaꞌcazii raꞌ ba laꞌh Ñiꞌh ayi guñiꞌ nadxyiꞌchi Ñiꞌh sino que mahzi batiꞌdxi cweenta Ñiꞌh loh Dxiohs Xtaada Ñiꞌh nin ruhnn guelguxchisi zaꞌca.
23 who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;
24 Batiꞌdxiloh Jesucristu guelrzaꞌcazii guhchi Ñiꞌh loh cruhzi tin gudxihlli Ñiꞌh xcweenta xtuhlda raꞌ nuꞌh, tin guibahan zaꞌca raꞌ nuꞌh loh xneziuh Dxiohs. Laꞌh Ñiꞌh bidxeeldxyihdxyi tihxi Ñiꞌh tin biaaca tu laꞌhtu,
24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 laasii laꞌhtu desde galohyi guhca tu ziga zi lliꞌhyi nin bizaꞌbi raꞌ, per nnah laꞌhtu biuuꞌnehza loh Jesucristu, tin naa Ñiꞌh xbaxtohr loh tu, nee laꞌh Ñiꞌh naa Ñiꞌh rahpa xaalma tu.
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
