Salmos 57
Updated Bible Version (UPDV) vs NVT
1 For the Chief Musician; [set to] Al-tash-heth. [A Psalm] of David. Michtam; when he fled from Saul, in the cave. Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me; For my soul takes refuge in you: Yes, in the shadow of your wings I will take refuge, Until [these] calamities have passed by.
1 Tem misericórdia de mim, ó Deus, tem misericórdia! Em ti me refugio. À sombra de tuas asas me esconderei, até que passe o perigo.
2 I will cry to God Most High, To God who performs [all things] for me.
2 Clamo ao Deus Altíssimo, ao Deus que cumpre seus propósitos para mim.
3 He will send from heaven, and save me, [When] he who would swallow me up reproaches; Selah. God will send forth his loving-kindness and his truth.
3 Dos céus ele enviará socorro para me salvar e envergonhará os que me perseguem. Interlúdio Meu Deus enviará seu amor e sua fidelidade!
4 My soul is among lions; I lie among those who are set on fire, Even the sons of man, whose teeth are spears and arrows, And their tongue a sharp sword.
4 Estou cercado de leões ferozes, ansiosos para devorar suas presas humanas. Seus dentes são como lanças e flechas, e sua língua corta como espada afiada.
5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; [Let] your glory [be] above all the earth.
5 Sê exaltado, ó Deus, acima dos mais altos céus; que a tua glória brilhe sobre toda a terra!
6 They have prepared a net for my steps; My soul is bowed down: They have dug a pit before me; They have fallen into the midst of it themselves. Selah.
6 Meus inimigos me prepararam uma armadilha; estou exausto de tanta angústia. Abriram uma cova profunda em meu caminho, mas eles próprios caíram nela. Interlúdio
7 My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing, yes, I will sing praises.
7 Meu coração está firme em ti, ó Deus, meu coração está firme; por isso canto louvores a ti!
8 Awake up, my glory; awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake the dawn.
8 Desperte, minha alma! Despertem, lira e harpa! Quero acordar o amanhecer com a minha canção.
9 I will give thanks to you, O Lord, among the peoples: I will sing praises to you among the nations.
9 Eu te darei graças, Senhor, no meio dos povos; cantarei louvores a ti entre as nações.
10 For your loving-kindness is great to the heavens, And your truth to the skies.
10 Pois o teu amor se eleva até os céus; a tua fidelidade alcança as nuvens.
11 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; [Let] your glory [be] above all the earth.
11 Sê exaltado, ó Deus, acima dos mais altos céus; que a tua glória brilhe sobre toda a terra!
