1 Thys is the boke of the generacion of man In the daye when God created man and made hym after the symilytude of god
1 Este é o livro das gerações de Adão. No dia em que Deus criou o homem, à semelhança de Deus o fez.
2 Male and female made he the and called their names man in the daye when they were created.
2 Homem e mulher os criou; e os abençoou e chamou o seu nome Adão, no dia em que foram criados.
3 And when Adam was an hundred and thyrty yere old he begat a sonne after hys lycknesse and symilytude: and called hys name Seth.
3 E Adão viveu cento e trinta anos, e gerou um filho à sua semelhança, conforme a sua imagem, e pôs-lhe o nome de Sete.
4 And the dayes of Adam after he begat Seth were eyght hundred yere and begat sonnes and doughters.
4 E foram os dias de Adão, depois que gerou a Sete, oitocentos anos, e gerou filhos e filhas.
5 and all the dayes of Adam which he lyved were .ix. hundred and .xxx. yere and then he dyed.
5 E foram todos os dias que Adão viveu, novecentos e trinta anos, e morreu.
6 And Seth lyved an hundred and .v. yeres and begat Enos.
6 E viveu Sete cento e cinco anos, e gerou a Enos.
7 And after he had begot Enos he lyved .viij. hundred and .vij. yere and begat sonnes and doughters.
7 E viveu Sete, depois que gerou a Enos, oitocentos e sete anos, e gerou filhos e filhas.
8 And all the dayes of Seth were .ix. hundred and .xij. yere and dyed.
8 E foram todos os dias de Sete novecentos e doze anos, e morreu.
9 And Enos lyved .lxxxx. yere and begat kenan.
9 E viveu Enos noventa anos, e gerou a Cainã.
10 And Enos after he begat kenan lyved viij. hundred and .xv. yere and begat sonnes and doughters:
10 E viveu Enos, depois que gerou a Cainã, oitocentos e quinze anos, e gerou filhos e filhas.
11 and all the dayes of Enos were .ix hundred and .v. yere and than he dyed.
11 E foram todos os dias de Enos novecentos e cinco anos, e morreu.
12 And kenan lyued .lxx. yere and begat Mahalaliel.
12 E viveu Cainã setenta anos, e gerou a Maalaleel.
13 And kenan after he had begot Mahalaliel lyved .viij. hundred and .xl. yere and begat sonnes and doughters:
13 E viveu Cainã, depois que gerou a Maalaleel, oitocentos e quarenta anos, e gerou filhos e filhas.
14 and al the dayes of kenan were .ix. hundred and .x. yere and than he dyed.
14 E foram todos os dias de Cainã novecentos e dez anos, e morreu.
15 And Mahalaliel lyued .lxv. yere and begat Iared.
15 E viveu Maalaleel sessenta e cinco anos, e gerou a Jerede.
16 And Mahalaliel after he had begot Iared lyved .viij. hundred and .xxx. yere and begat sonnes and doughters:
16 E viveu Maalaleel, depois que gerou a Jerede, oitocentos e trinta anos, e gerou filhos e filhas.
17 and all the dayes of Mahalalyell were .viij. hundred nynetye and .v. yeare and than he dyed
17 E foram todos os dias de Maalaleel oitocentos e noventa e cinco anos, e morreu.
18 And Iared lyved an hundred and .lxij. yere and begat Henoch:
18 E viveu Jerede cento e sessenta e dois anos, e gerou a Enoque.
19 and Iared lyved after he begat Henoch .viij. hundred yere and begat sonnes and doughters.
19 E viveu Jerede, depois que gerou a Enoque, oitocentos anos, e gerou filhos e filhas.
20 And all the dayes of Iared were .ix. hundred and .lxij. yere and than he dyed.
20 E foram todos os dias de Jerede novecentos e sessenta e dois anos, e morreu.
21 And Henoch lyved .lxv. yere ad begat Mathusala.
21 E viveu Enoque sessenta e cinco anos, e gerou a Matusalém.
22 And Henoch walked wyth god after he had begot Mathusala .iij. hundred yere and begat sonnes and doughters.
22 E andou Enoque com Deus, depois que gerou a Matusalém, trezentos anos, e gerou filhos e filhas.
23 And all the dayes of Henoch were .iij. hundred and .lxv. yere.
23 E foram todos os dias de Enoque trezentos e sessenta e cinco anos.
24 and than Henoch lyved a godly lyfe and was nomore sene for God toke hym away.
24 E andou Enoque com Deus; e não apareceu mais, porquanto Deus para si o tomou.
25 And Mathusala lyved an hundred and lxxxvij. yere and begat Lamech:
25 E viveu Matusalém cento e oitenta e sete anos, e gerou a Lameque.
26 and Mathusala after he had begot Lamech lyved .vij. hundred and .lxxxij. yere ad begat sonnes and doughters.
26 E viveu Matusalém, depois que gerou a Lameque, setecentos e oitenta e dois anos, e gerou filhos e filhas.
27 And all the dayes of Methusala were .ix. hundred .lxix yere and than he dyed.
27 E foram todos os dias de Matusalém novecentos e sessenta e nove anos, e morreu.
28 And Lamech lyved an hundred .lxxxij. yere and begat a sonne
28 E viveu Lameque cento e oitenta e dois anos, e gerou um filho,
29 and called hym Noe sayng. This same shall comforte vs: as concernynge oure worke and sorowe of oure handes which we haue aboute the erthe that the LORde hath cursed.
29 A quem chamou Noé, dizendo: Este nos consolará acerca de nossas obras e do trabalho de nossas mãos, por causa da terra que o Senhor amaldiçoou.
30 And Lamech lyved after he had begot Noe v. hundred nynetie and .v. yere and begat sonnes and doughters.
30 E viveu Lameque, depois que gerou a Noé, quinhentos e noventa e cinco anos, e gerou filhos e filhas.
31 And all the dayes of Lamech were .vij. hundred .lxxvij. yere and than he dyed.
31 E foram todos os dias de Lameque setecentos e setenta e sete anos, e morreu.
32 And when Noe was .v. hundred yere olde he begat Sem Ham and Iaphet.
32 E era Noé da idade de quinhentos anos, e gerou Noé a Sem, Cão e Jafé.
