1 Jehovah gave Moses and Aaron these regulations:
1 E o SENHOR falou a Moisés e a Arão, dizendo:
2 »If any of you have a sore on your skin or a boil or an inflammation that could develop into a dreaded skin disease, you shall be brought to the priest.
2 Quando um homem tiver na pele da sua carne inchação, ou erupção, ou mancha clara, e estiver na pele de sua carne como praga de lepra, então ele será levado a Arão, o sacerdote, ou a um de seus filhos, os sacerdotes.
3 »The priest will examine the sore. If the hairs in it have turned white and the sore appears to be deeper than the surrounding skin, it is a dreaded skin disease, and the priest will pronounce you unclean.
3 E o sacerdote examinará a praga na pele da carne; e quando o cabelo na praga se tornar branco, e a praga parecer ser mais profunda do que a pele da sua carne, esta é praga de lepra, e o sacerdote o verá e o declarará impuro.
4 »If the sore is white and does not appear to be deeper than the skin around it and the hairs have not turned white, the priest will isolate you for seven days.
4 Se a mancha clara na pele de sua carne for branca, e não parecer ser mais profunda do que a pele, e o cabelo não se tornar branco, então o sacerdote encerrará o que tem a praga por sete dias.
5 »The priest will examine you again on the seventh day. If in his opinion the sore looks the same and has not spread, he will isolate you for another seven days.
5 E o sacerdote o examinará no sétimo dia; e eis que, se a praga, ao seu parecer, parou, e a praga não se estender na pele, então o sacerdote o encerrará por mais sete dias.
6 »The priest will examine you again on the seventh day. If the sore has faded and has not spread, he will pronounce you ritually clean. It is only a sore. You will wash your clothes and be ritually clean.
6 E o sacerdote o examinará novamente ao sétimo dia; e eis que se a praga estiver um pouco escura, e a praga não se espalhou na pele, então o sacerdote o declarará limpo; não é nada senão um abscesso; e ele lavará as suas vestes, e será limpo.
7 »If the sore spreads after the priest has examined you and pronounced you clean, you must return to the priest again.
7 Mas se o abscesso se estender muito na pele, depois de ele ter ido ao sacerdote para a sua purificação, novamente ele será visto pelo sacerdote.
8 »The priest will examine you again. If it has spread, he will pronounce you unclean. It is a dreaded skin disease.
8 E se o sacerdote o examinar, e vir que o abscesso na pele se estendeu, então o sacerdote o declarará impuro; isto é lepra.
9 »If any of you have a dreaded skin disease, you should be brought to the priest.
9 Quando a praga de lepra for no homem, ele será trazido ao sacerdote;
10 »He will examine you. If there is a white sore on your skin that turns the hairs white and is full of pus,
10 e o sacerdote o examinará, e eis que se houver inchação branca na pele, que tenha tornado o cabelo branco, e houver carne viva na inchação,
11 it is a chronic skin disease. The priest will pronounce you unclean. There is no need to isolate you. You are obviously unclean.
11 isto é uma lepra envelhecida na pele da sua carne; e o sacerdote o declarará impuro e não o encerrará, porque ele é impuro.
12 »If the skin disease spreads and covers you from head to foot,
12 E se a lepra espalhar-se na pele, e a lepra cobrir toda a pele do que tem a praga, desde a sua cabeça até os seus pés, onde quer que o sacerdote olhe;
13 the priest should examine you again. If he finds that it actually has covered the whole body, he will pronounce you ritually clean. If your whole skin has turned white you are ritually clean.
13 então o sacerdote considerará; e eis que se a lepra tiver coberto toda a sua carne, ele declarará limpo o que tem a praga; tudo tornou-se branco; limpo ele está.
14 »The moment an open sore appears you are unclean.
14 Mas quando aparecer a carne viva nele, ele será impuro.
15 »The priest will examine you again. If he sees an open sore, he will pronounce you unclean. An open sore means a dreaded skin disease. You are unclean.
15 E o sacerdote verá a carne viva, e o declarará impuro; porque a carne viva é impura: isto é lepra.
16 »When the sore heals and becomes white again, you should go to the priest.
16 Ou se a carne viva voltar, e tornar-se branca, ele virá ao sacerdote,
17 »He will examine you again. If the sore has turned white you are ritually clean. The priest will pronounce you clean.
17 e o sacerdote o examinará; e eis que, se a praga se tornar branca, então o sacerdote declarará limpo o que tem a praga; ele está limpo.
18 »If you have a boil that has healed
18 A carne também, em cuja pele houver alguma úlcera, e for curada,
19 and if afterward a white swelling or a reddish-white spot appears where the boil was, you should go to the priest.
19 e no lugar da úlcera houver uma inchação branca, ou uma mancha clara, branca, e um pouco avermelhada, deve ser mostrado ao sacerdote;
20 »The priest will examine you. If the spot seems to be deeper than the surrounding skin and the hairs in it have turned white, he will pronounce you unclean. It is a dreaded skin disease that has started in the boil.
20 e se, quando o sacerdote o examinar, e eis que se lhe parecer mais funda do que a pele, e o seu cabelo tiver se tornado branco, o sacerdote o declarará impuro: isto é uma praga de lepra que se originou na úlcera.
21 »If the priest examines it and finds that the hairs in it have not turned white and that it is not deeper than the surrounding skin, but is light in color, the priest will isolate you for seven days.
21 Porém, se o sacerdote a examinar, e nela não houver cabelo branco, nem estiver mais funda do que a pele, mas um pouco escura, então o sacerdote o encerrará por sete dias;
22 »If the spot spreads the priest shall pronounce you unclean. You are diseased.
22 e se estender-se muito na pele, então o sacerdote o declarará impuro: isto é uma praga.
23 »If it remains unchanged and does not spread, it is only the scar left from the boil. The priest will pronounce you ritually clean.
23 Mas se a mancha lustrosa parar no seu lugar, e não se estender, isto é uma inflamação da úlcera; e o sacerdote o declarará limpo.
24 »In case any of you have been burned. If the raw flesh becomes white or reddish-white,
24 Ou se houver alguma carne na pele onde há queimadura de fogo, e na parte sarada da queimadura houver uma mancha branca clara, um pouco avermelhada ou branca,
25 the priest will examine it. If the hair on the affected area has turned white and the affected area looks deeper than the rest of the skin, an infectious skin disease has developed in the burn. The priest will pronounce you unclean. It is an infectious skin disease.
25 então o sacerdote a examinará; e eis que, se o cabelo na mancha clara tornou-se branco, e ela parecer mais funda do que a pele, isto é uma lepra que brotou da queimadura; portanto, o sacerdote a declarará impura: isto é praga de lepra.
26 »But if the priest examines it and the hair in it is not white and the affected area is not deeper than the rest of the skin but has faded, the priest must put you in isolation for seven days.
26 Mas se o sacerdote a examinar, e não houver cabelo branco na mancha clara, nem estiver mais funda do que a outra pele, mas estiver um pouco escura, então o sacerdote o encerrará por sete dias;
27 »The priest will examine you again on the seventh day. If it is spreading it is a dreaded skin disease. The priest will pronounce you unclean.
27 e o sacerdote o examinará no sétimo dia; e se houver se estendido muito na pele, então o sacerdote o declarará impuro: isto é praga de lepra.
28 »If the spot remains unchanged and does not spread and is light in color, it is not a dreaded skin disease. The priest will pronounce you ritually clean, because it is only a scar from the burn.
28 E se a mancha clara parar no seu lugar, e não se estender na pele, mas estiver um pouco escura, é uma inchação da queimadura; e o sacerdote o declarará limpo, porque é uma inflamação da queimadura.
29 »When any of you, male or female, have a sore on your head or chin,
29 Se um homem ou mulher tiverem uma praga sobre a cabeça ou na barba,
30 the priest will examine it. If it seems to be deeper than the surrounding skin and the hairs in it are yellowish and thin, it is a dreaded skin disease. He will declare you unclean.
30 então o sacerdote examinará a praga; e eis que, se ela parecer mais funda do que a pele, e houver nela cabelo fino e amarelo, então o sacerdote o declarará impuro: isto é tinha seca; lepra da cabeça ou da barba.
31 »If the priest examines you and finds the sore does not appear to be deeper than the surrounding skin, but there are still no healthy hairs in it, he will isolate you for seven days.
31 E se o sacerdote examinar a praga da tinha, e eis que, se não lhe parecer mais funda do que a pele, e se nela não houver cabelo preto, então o sacerdote encerrará o que tem a praga da tinha por sete dias;
32 »The priest will examine the sore again on the seventh day. If it has not spread and there are no yellowish hairs in it and it does not seem to be deeper than the surrounding skin,
32 e ao sétimo dia o sacerdote examinará a praga; e eis que, se a tinha não for estendida, e nela não houver cabelo amarelo, nem a tinha parecer mais funda do que a pele,
33 you will shave the head accept the area around the sore. The priest will isolate you for another seven days.
33 ele será rapado, mas não se rapará a tinha; e o sacerdote encerrará o que tem a tinha por mais sete dias;
34 »The priest will again examine the sore on the seventh day. If it has not spread and does not seem to be deeper than the surrounding skin, he will declare you ritually clean. You will wash your clothes. You will be clean.
34 e ao sétimo dia, o sacerdote examinará a tinha; e eis que, se a tinha não se houver estendido na pele, e não parecer mais funda do que a pele, então o sacerdote o declarará limpo; e ele lavará as suas vestes e será limpo.
35 »If the sore spreads after you have been pronounced clean,
35 Mas se a tinha se houver estendido muito na pele depois da sua purificação,
36 the priest will examine you again. If the sore has spread, he need not look for yellowish hairs. You are obviously unclean.
36 então, o sacerdote o examinará, e eis que, se a tinha tiver se estendido na pele, o sacerdote não procurará cabelo amarelo; ele está impuro.
37 »If in the priest's opinion the sore has not spread and healthy hairs are growing in it, the sore has healed. The priest will pronounce you ritually clean.
37 Mas se a tinha lhe parecer estabilizada, e nela tiver crescido cabelo preto, a tinha está curada, e ele está limpo; e o sacerdote o declarará limpo.
38 »When you, male or female, have white spots on the skin,
38 Se um homem ou uma mulher também tiver na pele da sua carne manchas claras, isto é, manchas claras brancas;
39 the priest shall examine you. If the spots are dull white, it is only a blemish that has broken out on the skin. You are ritually clean.
39 então o sacerdote as examinará, e eis que, se as manchas brancas na pele da sua carne forem de um branco escurecido, é uma mancha sardenta que cresceu na pele; ele está limpo.
40 »Loss of hair makes one bald not unclean.
40 E o homem cujo cabelo caiu de sua cabeça; ele é calvo, contudo, ele está limpo.
41 »Hair losses from the forehead or the back of the head do not make one unclean.
41 Se os cabelos lhe caírem da parte dianteira da cabeça, ele é meio calvo; no entanto, está limpo.
42 »If a reddish-white sore appears on the bald spot, it is a dreaded skin disease.
42 E se houver na cabeça calva, ou na testa calva um ferimento branco avermelhado; isto é lepra que surgiu em sua cabeça calva, ou em sua testa calva.
43 »The priest will examine you. If there is a reddish-white sore,

44 the priest will declare you unclean. You have a dreaded skin disease on your head.

45 »If you have a dreaded skin disease, you must wear torn clothes, leave your hair uncombed, cover the lower part of your face, and call out: Unclean, unclean!
45 As roupas do leproso, em quem está a praga, serão rasgadas, e a sua cabeça descoberta; e ele cobrirá seu lábio superior e clamará: impuro, impuro.
46 »You remain unclean as long as you have the disease. You must live outside the camp, away from others.
46 Todos os dias em que a praga estiver nele, será sujo; impuro está, habitará só; fora do acampamento será a sua habitação.
47 »When there is mildew on clothing, whether wool or linen,
47 A veste também na qual houver praga de lepra, seja veste de lã, ou veste de linho,
48 or on any woven piece of linen or wool cloth or on leather or anything made of leather,
48 seja no fio urdido, ou no fio tecido, de linho ou de lã; seja em pele, ou em qualquer coisa feita de pele,
49 if it is greenish or reddish, it is a spreading mildew and must be shown to the priest.
49 e se a praga for verde ou avermelhada na veste, ou na pele, ou no fio urdido, ou no fio tecido, ou em qualquer coisa de pele, isto é praga de lepra; e deverá ser mostrada ao sacerdote;
50 »The priest shall examine it and put the object away for seven days.
50 e o sacerdote examinará a praga, e encerrará o que tem a praga por sete dias;
51 »He will examine it again on the seventh day. If the mildew has spread, the object is unclean.
51 e ele examinará a praga ao sétimo dia; se a praga se houver estendido na veste, ou no fio urdido, ou no fio tecido, ou na pele, ou em qualquer obra que for feita de pele, a praga é uma lepra maligna; isso é impuro.
52 »The priest will burn it, because it is a spreading mildew. It must be destroyed by fire.
52 Portanto, ele queimará a veste, ou fio urdido, ou fio tecido de lã, ou de linho, ou qualquer coisa de pele em que houver a praga, porque é lepra maligna; se queimará no fogo.
53 »If the priest finds that the mildew has not spread on the object,
53 E se o sacerdote a examinar, e eis que se a praga não se estendeu na veste, ou no fio urdido, ou no tecido, ou em qualquer coisa de pele,
54 he will order that it be washed and put away for another seven days.
54 então o sacerdote ordenará que se lave aquilo em que estava a praga e a encerrará por mais sete dias;
55 »He shall examine it again and if the mildew has not changed color, even though it has not spread, it is still unclean. You must burn the object, whether the rot is on the front or the back.
55 e o sacerdote examinará a praga, depois que for lavada, e eis que, se a praga não mudou a sua cor, nem a praga se estendeu, é impura; tu a queimarás no fogo, praga penetrante é, mesmo sendo pelado por dentro ou por fora.
56 »When the priest examines it again, the mildew has faded; he will tear it out of the clothing or leather.
56 Mas se o sacerdote vir que a praga está de alguma forma escura, depois que for lavada, então ele a rasgará da veste, ou da pele, ou do fio urdido, ou do tecido;
57 »Then if the mildew reappears, it is spreading again, and the owner must burn the object.
57 e se ainda aparecer na veste, ou no fio urdido, ou no tecido, ou em qualquer coisa de pele, é uma praga contagiosa; queimarás aquilo em que está a praga com fogo.
58 »If he washes the object and the spot disappears, he should wash it again. It will be ritually clean.«
58 Mas a veste, ou fio urdido ou tecido, ou qualquer coisa de pele que lavares, e se a praga tiver desaparecido deles, então se lavará uma segunda vez, e será limpa.
59 This is the law about mildew on clothing. Whether it is wool or linen, or on linen or wool cloth or on anything made of leather; this is how the decision is made as to whether it is ritually clean or unclean.
59 Esta é a lei da praga da lepra da veste de lã, ou de linho, ou do fio urdido, ou de tecido, ou de qualquer coisa de pele, para declará-la limpa ou para declará-la impura.
