1 Jehovah said to Moses:
1 E falou o SENHOR a Moisés, dizendo:
2 »I have called Bezalel, son of Uri and grandson of Hur, from the tribe of Judah.
2 Eis que chamei pelo nome Bezalel, o filho de Uri, o filho de Hur, da tribo de Judá,
3 »I filled him with the Spirit of God my power. I gave him understanding, skill, and ability for every kind of artistic work.
3 e o enchi com o Espírito de Deus, de sabedoria, e de entendimento, e de conhecimento, e de toda forma de mão de obra,
4 »This is for planning skillful designs and working them in gold, silver, and copper.
4 para elaborar obras habilidosas, para trabalhar em ouro, e em prata, e em bronze,
5 »It is also for cutting jewels to be set and for carving wood and for every other kind of artistic work.
5 e em lavrar pedras, para engastá-las, e em esculpir madeira, para trabalhar em todo tipo de mão de obra,
6 »I also appointed Oholiab, son of Ahisamach, from the tribe of Dan, to help him. I have given every craftsman the skill necessary to make what I have commanded you:
6 e eis que eu tenho designado com ele a Aoliabe, o filho de Aisamaque, da tribo de Dã. E no coração de todos os que são sábios de coração coloquei sabedoria para que possam fazer tudo que te ordenei;
7 the tent of meeting, the ark containing the words of my covenant with the throne of mercy on it, and all the other furnishings for the tent,
7 o tabernáculo da congregação, e a arca do testemunho, e o propiciatório que está sobre ela, e todos os móveis do tabernáculo,
8 the table and the dishes, the pure gold lamp stand and all its utensils, the altar for incense,
8 e a mesa e os seus utensílios, e o candelabro puro com todos os seus utensílios, e o altar de incenso,
9 the altar for burnt offerings and all its accessories, the basin with its stand,
9 e o altar da oferta queimada com todos os seus utensílios, e a pia com a sua base,
10 the special clothes the holy clothes for the priest Aaron and the clothes for his sons when they serve as priests,
10 e as vestes do serviço, e as vestes santas para Arão, o sacerdote, e as vestes para os seus filhos, para ministrar no ofício sacerdotal,
11 the anointing oil, and the sweet incense for the holy place. They will make all these things as I commanded you.«
11 e o óleo da unção, e o incenso aromático para o lugar santo. De acordo com tudo que te ordenei eles farão.
12 Jehovah also said to Moses:
12 E falou o SENHOR a Moisés, dizendo:
13 »Speak to the people of Israel. Say: You must observe my Sabbaths. This is a sign between you and me throughout your generations that you may know that I am Jehovah, the one who sanctifies you.
13 Fala também aos filhos de Israel, dizendo: Certamente guardareis os meus shabats, porque é um sinal entre mim e vós nas vossas gerações; para que saibais que eu sou o SENHOR que vos santifica.
14 »You are to observe the Sabbath. It is holy to you. Everyone who profanes it will absolutely be put to death. Whoever does any work on it will be removed from his people.
14 Portanto, guardareis o shabat, porque é santo para vós; todo aquele que o profanar certamente morrerá, pois todo aquele que fizer qualquer trabalho nele, esta alma será cortada do seu povo.
15 »Work may be done for six days. The seventh day there is a Sabbath of complete rest. It is holy to Jehovah. Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day will definitely be put to death.
15 Durante seis dias poder-se-á trabalhar, mas o sétimo é o shabat do descanso, santo ao SENHOR. Todo aquele que fizer qualquer trabalho no dia do shabat certamente morrerá.
16 »The Israelites must observe the Sabbath and celebrate the Sabbath throughout their generations as a long lasting covenant.
16 Portanto, os filhos de Israel guardarão o shabat, para observar o shabat pelas suas gerações, por um pacto perpétuo.
17 »It is a long lasting sign between the people of Israel and me for the reason that Jehovah made heaven and earth in six days. Then He ceased from work and was refreshed on the seventh day.«
17 Este é um sinal entre mim e os filhos de Israel para sempre; pois em seis dias o SENHOR fez céus e terra, e no sétimo dia ele descansou, e foi revigorado.
18 When God finished speaking to Moses on Mount Sinai, He gave him the two tablets of the testimony, tablets of stone, written by the finger of God.
18 E deu a Moisés, quando acabou de falar com ele no monte Sinai, as duas tábuas do testemunho, tábuas de pedra, escritas com o dedo de Deus.
