¹ ย้อนจาอั้น หื้อหมู่ต้านเอาสิ่งตี้บ่ดีกู้อย่างขว้างเหีย ตึงก๋านจุล่ายกู้แบบ ความหน้าซื่อใจ๋ก๊ด ก๋านข๋อยกั๋น กับใส่ฮ้ายป้ายสีกั๋น

¹ Deponde, pois, toda malícia, toda astúcia, fingimentos, invejas e toda espécie de maledicência.

² หื้อเป๋นอย่างหละอ่อนหน้อย ตี้ใค่อยากกิ๋นนมฝ่ายวิญญาณตี้บริสุทธิ์เปื้อหมู่ต้านจะได้เติบใหญ่ฝ่ายจิตวิญญาณขึ้น แล้วฮับความรอดป๊นบาปโต้ษ

² as newborn babes desire earnestly the pure mental milk of the word, that by it ye may grow up to salvation,

³ หมู่ต้านก็ได้จิมแล้วลอว่าองค์พระผู้เป๋นเจ้านั้นดีมอกใด

³ if indeed ye have tasted that the Lord {is} good.

⁴ หื้อมาหาพระองค์ ผู้ตี้เป๋นศิลาตี้มีจีวิตอยู่เต๊อะ เถิงแม้คนในโลกเกยบ่ยอมฮับศิลานี้ แต่พระองค์ก็เป๋นศิลาตี้มีก้านักขนาดในสายต๋าของพระเจ้าผู้ตี้ได้เลือกพระองค์มา

⁵ หมู่ต้านก็เป๋นศิลาตี้มีจีวิตอยู่เหมือนกั๋น ตี้พระองค์ก่ำลังเอามาก่อสร้างเป๋นวิหารฝ่ายวิญญาณ เปื้อเป๋นปุโรหิตตี้บริสุทธิ์ เยียะหน้าตี้ถวายเครื่องปู่จาฝ่ายจิตวิญญาณ ตี้พระเจ้าปอใจ๋กับฮับไว้ผ่านตางพระเยซูคริสต์

⁵ yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

⁶ อย่างตี้มีเขียนไว้ในพระคัมภีร์ว่า

⁶ Because it is contained in the scripture: Behold, I lay in Zion a corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be put to shame.

⁷ ย้อนจาอั้น พระองค์ก็มีก้านักขนาดสำหรับหมู่ต้านตี้เจื้อ แต่สำหรับคนตี้บ่เจื้อนั้น ก็เป๋นอย่างตี้มีเขียนไว้ในพระคัมภีร์ว่า

⁷ To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,

⁸ กับมีเขียนตวยว่า

⁸ and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.

⁹ แต่ต้านเป๋นหมู่คนตี้พระเจ้าได้เลือกแล้ว เป๋นปุโรหิตของพระเจ้า เป๋นจ้าดตี้บริสุทธิ์กับเป๋นคนของพระเจ้าตี้พระองค์ได้คัดเลือกไว้โดยเฉพาะ เปื้อหื้อหมู่ต้านออกไปบอกเถิงก๋านงานอันยิ่งใหญ่ของพระองค์ เซิ่งเป๋นผู้ตี้ได้ฮ้องหมู่ต้านออกมาจากความมืด แล้วเข้าไปหาความเป่งแจ้งตี้น่าอัศจ๋รรย์ของพระเจ้า

⁹ But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;

¹⁰ ตะก่อนหมู่ต้านบ่ได้เป๋นคนของพระเจ้า กับบ่ฮู้จักความเมตต๋าของพระองค์ แต่บ่าเดี่ยวนี้หมู่ต้านเป๋นคนของพระองค์แล้ว กับได้ฮับความเมตต๋าจากพระองค์แล้วตวย

¹⁰ who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.

¹¹ เปื้อนๆ ตี้ฮักเหย ข้าพเจ้าขอวิงวอนหมู่ต้านตี้เป๋นเหมือนคนต่างถิ่นกับเป๋นคนต่างด้าวของโลกนี้ หื้อต้านหนีจากกิเลสตั๋ณหาของเนื้อหนังตี้ต่อสู้กั๋นกับจิตวิญญาณของต้านหื้อได้

¹¹ Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;

¹² ขอหื้อหมู่ต้านเยียะแต่ความดีต้ามก๋างหมู่คนตี้บ่ฮู้จักพระเจ้า เปื้อว่าเมื่อหมู่เขาใส่ฮ้ายว่าหมู่ต้านเยียะบ่ดี หมู่เขาก็จะหันเถิงความดีของหมู่ต้าน แล้วก็จะได้สรรเสริญพระเจ้าในวันตี้พระองค์มา

¹² having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.

¹³ เปื้อหันแก่องค์พระผู้เป๋นเจ้า ขอหื้อหมู่ต้านยอมอยู่ใต้อำนาจของผู้ตี้มีอำนาจกู้อย่าง บ่ว่าจะเป๋นจักรพรรดิผู้มีอำนาจสูงสุด

¹⁴ กาว่าเจ้าเมืองต่างๆ ตี้จักรพรรดินั้นส่งมาหื้อลงโต้ษคนตี้เยียะบ่ดีกับยกย่องคนตี้เยียะดี

¹⁴ or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.

¹⁵ ย้อนว่าพระเจ้าต้องก๋านหื้อหมู่ต้านย้างปากคนง่าวตี้อู้บ่มีสาระโดยก๋านเยียะดี

¹⁵ Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;

¹⁶ หื้อหมู่ต้านใจ๊จีวิตอย่างอิสระ แต่ห้ามใจ๊ความมีอิสระนี้มาเป๋นข้ออ้างในก๋านเยียะบ่ดี แต่หื้อใจ๊จีวิตอย่างผู้ฮับใจ๊ของพระเจ้า

¹⁶ as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.

¹⁷ ต้องหื้อเกียรติกู้คน ต้องฮักปี้น้องผู้เจื้อตวยกั๋น ต้องเก๋งกั๋วพระเจ้า กับต้องหื้อเกียรติกษัตริย์ของตั๋วตวย

¹⁷ Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.

¹⁸ หมู่ต้านตี้เป๋นคนฮับใจ๊ ก็หื้อยอมเคารพเจื้อฟังเจ้านายของตั๋ว บ่ใจ้ยอมเจื้อฟังเจ้านายตี้ดีกับมีน้ำใจ๋เต้าอั้น แต่หื้อยอมเจื้อฟังเจ้านายตี้เหี้ยมตวย

¹⁸ Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.

¹⁹ ใผตี้ยอมทนกับความตุ๊กยากตี้บ่ยุติธรรม พระเจ้าก็จะปั๋นปอนคนนั้น ย้อนว่าก๋านเยียะจาอี้เป๋นสิ่งตี้พระเจ้าปอใจ๋

¹⁹ For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.

²⁰ ก๋านตี้หมู่ต้านเยียะผิดแล้วอดทนต่อก๋านโดนบุบโดนเฆี่ยน มันน่ายกย่องตั๊ดใด แต่ก๋านตี้หมู่ต้านอดทนต่อความตุ๊กยากย้อนเยียะดี ก็เป๋นตี้ปอใจ๋ของพระเจ้า

²⁰ For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.

²¹ พระเจ้าฮ้องหมู่ต้านมาก็เปื้อหื้ออดทนต่อความตุ๊กยากเหมือนกับตี้พระคริสต์ยอมอดทนเปื้อหมู่ต้าน พระองค์ก็ได้เป๋นตั๋วอย่างหื้อหมู่ต้านเยียะต๋ามแล้ว

²¹ For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:

²² พระองค์บ่เกยเยียะบาป กับบ่อู้จุใผ

²² who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;

²³ เมื่อมีใผอู้ดูแควนพระองค์ พระองค์ก็บ่เกยตอบโต้หมู่เขา เมื่อพระองค์ได้ฮับความตุ๊ก พระองค์ก็บ่เกยขู่ว่าจะแก้แค้นใผ แต่พระองค์ได้มอบกู้เรื่องไว้หื้อกับพระเจ้าผู้ตี้ตัดสินอย่างยุติธรรม

²³ who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;

²⁴ พระองค์ใจ๊ตั๋วของพระองค์แบกบาปของหมู่เฮาไว้บนไม้ก๋างเขนนั้น เปื้อหมู่เฮาจะได้ต๋ายจากความบาป แล้วใจ๊จีวิตตี้ถูกต้องต๋ามธรรม หมู่ต้านได้ฮับก๋านฮักษาหื้อหายก็ย้อนแผลจากตั๋วพระองค์นี้ละ

²⁴ who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.

²⁵ ตะก่อนหมู่ต้านเกยเหมือนแกะตี้หลงตางไป แต่บ่าเดี่ยวนี้ได้ปิ๊กมาหาคนเลี้ยงแกะตี้เป๋นผู้ผ่อกอยจิตวิญญาณของหมู่ต้านแล้ว

²⁵ For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
