1 Pedro 2
Mattup ki Taasuwa ere Aware (MOZ) vs VC
1 Iŋkino maŋ kun di sebbo darguŋ ita sulɗi ɗoŋ ulpi pay, aakede: daggiya ɗuwo ti metiŋko, bize sire sire, zaapu kʼadde a munɗa wede, wo ɗekkiyo ɗuwo.
1 Deponde, pois, toda malícia, toda astúcia, fingimentos, invejas e toda espécie de maledicência.
2 Kun tʼiso aakede in̰n̰i ɗoŋ adda buɗɗiko, an dehu daayum uɗu ki meede daa kalsiya. Geŋ iŋkino kun deho ono Raa kono kun di tʼihira a urzizí, wo kun tʼoona uttiyo.
2 as newborn babes desire earnestly the pure mental milk of the word, that by it ye may grow up to salvation,
3 Ɗerec, ono eŋ an riiŋe ti kaaga adda mattup ki Raa, anʼde: «Kun suune adda kʼadduguŋ Galmeega Raa yoŋ beehiye a jiire.»
3 if indeed ye have tasted that the Lord {is} good.
4 Kun aa odo ki sirpa Galmeega yi dʼeliyo lekkiyo, yoŋ aa mokkolo ɗuwo an di ziɗɗe mentú, wo ɗe a ɗaana Raa mokkolo zooyatú oon̰e, yi biire a yode.
4 — ausente —
5 Wo kune ɗoŋ kun uune lekkiyo ere aware geŋ, kune toŋ kun tʼisa aa moŋgali ɗoŋ Raa yi zappu kʼoozige ɓoy ume lekkiyo kʼUnde Raa. Wo kun tʼisa ɗoŋ seɗeke ki Raa, kun i di naaba tʼadde soo, kun dʼisa seɗeke ere a urzi kʼUnde Raa, i-dʼisa uŋse a Raa kono kʼIsa Almasi geŋ me.
5 yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
6 Ɗerec, ono eŋ an riiŋe ti kaaga adda mattup ki Raa, anʼde:
6 Because it is contained in the scripture: Behold, I lay in Zion a corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be put to shame.
7 Mokkolo ette todʼte beehiye ɓaadaŋ a kune ɗoŋ i ziipe adduguŋ a Raa me, wo ɗe a kane ɗoŋ i ki ziipe addaŋ a Raa ye geŋ, iŋkino ye. Ɗerec, ono eŋ an riiŋe ti kaaga adda mattup ki Raa, anʼde:
7 To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,
8 Wo soŋ an riiŋe, anʼde:
8 and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.
9 Wo kune ita ɗuwo ɗoŋ Raa yi biire, ɗoŋ seɗeke ki Raa wede mozigo, ɗoŋ kamilen̰, ɗoŋ a yode ƴillak. Kune Raa yʼunni biire, yʼun diʼn uɗɗe tʼadda kʼume zimolo, yʼun diʼn tʼiide kʼume toorayí beehiye a jiire, kono kun kizite a ɗuwo sulɗi ɗoŋ majjanɗani Raa yʼize.
9 But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;
10 Ti kaaga kune ɗoŋ ki Raa ye, wo aŋken̰n̰o kun tʼize ɗoŋzí. Ti kaaga kun ki zuune ye Raa yʼisiyo adde koɗuwo, wo ɗe aŋken̰n̰o kun zuune yoŋ yʼisiyo adde koɗuwo a kune me.
10 who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.
11 Zemɓa ki nuŋ kune ɗoŋ ki geyyiso, kun suune adda duniya eŋ kune aa torgagi, ɗoŋ i lekkiyo a borkiyagi. Iŋkino maŋ kun ollo nʼun di rooto, kun ooli tudduguŋ a sulɗi ɗoŋ ulpi tudde ti dehu, i ɗeyyiso ti undiyaguŋ gen̰n̰o ye.
11 Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
12 Sooruguŋ ti koona beehiye a ɗaana ɗoŋ i ki suune Raa soo ɗaŋŋal ye me, kono aame ise kane an unni kalɗa kune ɗoŋ ulpi toŋ, an di wolla naabaguŋ ere beehiye gettiyo, wo an di tʼimma Raa a onniyo ere yʼetto gette.
12 having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.
13 Kun kili tʼeedaŋ ye ɗoŋ deero kʼakuuma pay a siiɗo me, aa Galmeega yi dehu. Kun kili tʼeedí ye mozigo goole ki Romeŋ me, kono yoŋ tʼekki ɗoŋ pay,
13 — ausente —
14 wo a ɗoŋ deero siiɗo, kane mozigo goole yiʼn agisa seɗɗu ɗoŋ isiyo naabo ere olɗo kʼeliyo daŋgay, wo ɗoŋ isiyo beehiyko an diʼn tamma.
14 or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.
15 Iŋkino en̰n̰o munɗa wede Raa yi dehu me, tʼurzi naabo ere beehiye kun isiyo, kane ɗoŋ elkisadaŋ umbo an ki suune munɗa yeʼŋ, bizaŋ an ki ti yʼ tʼihina ye.
15 Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;
16 Sooruguŋ tʼa koone aa ɗoŋ eedaŋ toore. Iŋkino maŋ a egguŋ toore gette, kun tʼise aa munɗa wede ki diibiyo a bundikaguŋ ye, wo kun oziro aakede ɗoŋ naabo Raa.
16 as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.
17 Kun an elo suma a ɗuwo pay, kun geyyo zemɓa ɗoŋ i ziipe addaŋ a Isa, kun orgiɗo a Raa, wo kun elo suma a mozigo goole ki Romeŋ.
17 Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.
18 Kune ɗoŋ naabo, galmaawuguŋ kun an orgiɗo kun kili tʼeedaŋ ye, kun olliga ono ki kane ɗoŋ beehiye tasse ɗaŋŋal ye, wo ki kane ɗoŋ unni dabirsa pây.
18 Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.
19 Ɗerec, gette beeko a ɗaana Raa, a wedusu yʼa omɓin̰a a dabar ere yʼooniyo a urzi ki diine ye, kono yoŋ yʼisiyo munɗa wede aa Raa yi dehu.
19 For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.
20 Aame kun iza olɗiko, iŋkino kun tʼoona kossiyo wo kun dʼomɓin̰a toŋ, un diʼn tʼimma wee wee? Wo aame kun iza beehiye, iŋkino an un diʼn dabira wo kun imɓin̰a maŋ, gette beeko a ɗaana Raa me.
20 For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.
21 Geŋ a urzi gen̰n̰o Raa yʼunni wiike me, kono yode Almasi batum yi dibire kono kune. Urzi geŋ yʼun iili a kune kono kun di wolle kun dʼamɓe zindí.
21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
22 Yoŋ olɗiko yi kʼize ye,
22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;
23 Aame an yi gilɗite, yoŋ yʼan kiʼn gilɗe ye.
23 who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;
24 Geŋ yode Almasi batum yʼa tʼumɓe olɗikadiŋ a tukki yode
24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 Ɗerec, kune ti kaaga aakede damɓami ɗoŋ i digge, wo aŋken̰n̰o kun ti gimo ki tukki yode wede yʼunni dokkiyo, aa wede kʼelso yi dokkiyo damɓamí.
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
