1 Deponde, pois, toda malícia, toda astúcia, fingimentos, invejas e toda espécie de maledicência.
2 Enim kangambuⱡa nana mel molk, rʉk rʉk Got nga ik ei, enim nga min orunga, aim nuing ei nga, waka kulk muⱡʉi! Ei nok kʉn, ou etʉk moⱡangina kʉn, enim etpa tʉmba.
2 as newborn babes desire earnestly the pure mental milk of the word, that by it ye may grow up to salvation,
3 Buk Wingti ila, nimba mel,
3 if indeed ye have tasted that the Lord {is} good.

I etʉk, enim ok, wu pris rʉⱡaip wingti mbʉ molk, wote Jisas Kraist nga mbi ila, enim nga muⱡnga ei nga, Got kʉn angge nʉk, rukʉr ndangina, tindiⱡim ei, Got kʉn oⱡa pangga, elim kai pilpa, angge nʉk nguing mel mbʉ, kapⱡa nimba tʉmba.
5 yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
6 Buk Wingti ei ndi, nimba mel,
6 Because it is contained in the scripture: Behold, I lay in Zion a corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be put to shame.

7 To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,
8 Wote, Buk Wingti ila, ik kat nimba mel,
8 and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.
9 Wote, enim, Got ndi, wi ropa titim wamp kʉⱡ. Ei nga, enim elim nga wamp rʉⱡaip mendpʉⱡ kʉⱡ mormin. Enim Wu Nuim Mumuk ei nga pris rʉⱡaip kʉⱡ mormin. Wamp wingti kʉⱡ mormin. Got elim nga wamp mendpʉⱡ kʉⱡ, enim unt rumbʉⱡ ila moⱡnga, wote elim ndi, enim etpa tʉpa rʉngaⱡ kai ila mundrum. Uⱡ mbʉ nga, elim nga mbi paka rundeing nimba, enim wi ropa rukʉr titim.
9 But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;
10 Enim unt Got nga wamp rʉⱡaip kat muⱡi nambʉrʉng. Wote, akup enim Got nga wamp rʉⱡaip mendpʉⱡ kʉⱡ mormin. Enim unt Got nga wamp kont kul uⱡ ei, pilik mbi ndui nandʉrʉng. Wote, akup enim ndi, elim nga wamp kont kul uⱡ ei, rukʉr tʉtʉng.
10 who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.
11 Na nga wamp puⱡ mendpʉⱡ kʉⱡ, enim ya mʉi kona ila wamp tʉma mel, ralk ok mormin. Ei nga, enim man ngump nʉnt ei, enim unt etʉng uⱡ kit mbʉ, tʉk mbuⱡ ngʉi. Uⱡ kit unt nga etʉng mbʉ, enim nga numan ila pepa oⱡa omba, min ei kʉn el rorum.
11 Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
12 Enim wamp rʉⱡaip ekit orunga mbʉ kʉn, moⱡpa kundi orunga, uⱡ kun kai mbʉ itʉi! Wote enim kʉn, ik nʉk kit mondʉk, eng ei kʉn, tʉnggʉt Got om Ui Ou ei kʉn, enim nga uⱡ kai etʉng mbʉ, kandʉk mbi nduk, wote Got nga mbi paka runding.
12 having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.

14 or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.

15 Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;
16 Ei kʉn, enim wamp mat, numan kun kai pendʉk, wei mormun ei mel muⱡʉi! Wote, en enim nga wei mul uⱡ ei, tʉk wal pʉki mel pakʉk, uⱡ kit mbʉ, etʉk mo rui nʉrʉi! Got nga kongun kindmant wamp kupa kʉⱡ muⱡʉi!
16 as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.
17 Enim ndi, wamp mbʉ pora, tʉk ou ndʉi! Enim nga wung ila mondpa pili angmʉn mbʉ, numan nguk, Got tʉk ou nduk mbi paka rondʉk itʉi! Wote, wamp nga wu peng mumuk morum ei, tʉk ou nduk itʉi!
17 Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.
18 Enim kongun kindmant wamp mbʉ pilik, enim nga wu ou mbʉ nga mana orunga molk, tʉk ou minal ndʉi. Uⱡ kai etʉm ti kep, kit etʉm ti kep, tʉk ou mint ndʉi.
18 Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.
19 Ei nambuⱡ emel, enim Got nga numan pʉtʉm uⱡ ei pep rok molk, mbun mindil ti natʉlmina mbʉ, tʉng ndam, Got ndi, enim memp pendʉmba.
19 For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.
20 Enim uⱡ ⱡawa ti, elingina rormin ei kʉn, mindil ting mel tʉtmin. Ei kʉn, mbi kai ti natʉtmin. Wote, enim uⱡ kun kai ti itangina, mbun mindil nguk eng ndam, Got ndi, enim memp pendʉmba.
20 For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.
21 Uⱡ ei nga, Got ndi, enim wi ropa titim. Nambuⱡ emel, Kraist ei, enim nga nimba mindil nurum ei mel, akup enim ndi tʉk ou nduk molk, elim nga kʉmp ei pep rʉi!
21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
22 “Kraist ndi, uⱡ kit ti iti nʉtʉtʉm! Wamp ndi, elim nga keta ila ik kol ti pili napʉtʉng,” nʉtʉm.
22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;
23 Elim ik mura ngurung ndam, ik ti punt ropa, ni nʉndʉtʉm. Elim mindil ngurum ei kʉn, punt rop timp nimba uⱡ ti iti nʉtʉtʉm. Ei kelpa, elim nga numan ei mepa mba, elim nga Got wu kupa ei kʉn titim.
23 who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;
24 Kraist ndi, tʉn nga uⱡ kit mbʉ tʉpa, elim nga kʉng ila koma ropa mba, nde peta ila pitim. Uⱡ ei ndi, ora ndupa, tʉn nga uⱡ kit etmin mbʉ pora, wak ropʉn koⱡpʉn kʉn, kont mul peng ei kandʉp tʉpʉn, uⱡ kun kai mbʉ pep rʉmin. Elim nga kʉng ila, kip mundrum mbʉ ndi, enim aldpa etpa kai mundrum.
24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 Unt enim kng sipsip mel, nombuⱡa mam tiki purung. Wote akup, enim numan ropʉl rok, wamp min nga Rʉp Etʉm Wu ei, pep reing nimba, mepa yant urum.
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
