1 አናካርንከረ የሱስ ካምስካ ኤድንከስካንታ ኩንጋየሮ ኬዛ የጄ፥
1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:
2 “ጭላ ባንችምና ይንታ ይንችንካንታ እሰታ እችምን ግክስባብ ባንችንም ካምዴ።
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,
3 ባንችነረ ኤልምሳን ኤድንከስም እሰናር ከት Ꮊድንግንዳ ገቀርስካንታ ይንታ ፍክስንባብከስም ከደር ኦይቼ”፥ ኤድንከስ ማቼ እሰናር Ꮊድካንታ ዝጋከኬ።
3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.
4 ባንችና አብ ይንታ ፍክስንባብከስም አናካርንካ ኩንጋየሮ ኦይቼ፥ ኤልምስባብ ኤድንከዝደር አይሰቶ፥ ይና እሰታ እችምን ግክስትቴ፥ ገዝምንከስምኬ ሞረርስባብ መሔንከስ ማችምተ ሙዳ ሪየረ ግግምቴ ኮካንታ እስታ እችምንደር Ꮊድከቴ! ጋይሰቶ ከትካንታ ኬዝከቴ ጋይሴ።
4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.
5 ከታ ኤልምስባብከስ ማቼ ኬዘንም በህ ጋይሶ ዋልቃባብና ይንታ ዎንደር፥ አብነረ ይንታ ዛለንደር አይሴ፥
5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.
6 ነገድባብከሰረ ፍክስንባብከስም የድሰኮ ጉጵት ደይሰኬ።
6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.
7 ኮካንታ ባንችና ዋጭሶ ይንታ ዳምንባብከስም ኦይትሶ ከትከ ደይስባብከስም ደይስሴ፥ ከታ ካተመንመረ ኖሄካ አችዝድንግንዳ ይስሴ፥
7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
8 ኮታ ቡር ይንታ ፍክስንባብከስመረ፥ ይና እሰንታ እችምና ግግምቴ፥ ኬዛርካ ማቼ ኤልምስባብከስ እሳ እችምንካንታ ዝግዝድባብ ማትሶ Ꮊፈራከኬ።
8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 ኮካንታ ጎግን ባስንዘን አይሰቶ የ Ꮊፍስባብ ኤድንከስም ሙዳ ፈንክ እሰንታ እችምናር ኤልከቴ። ኩን ከትም ጋይሴ።
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 ክታ ፍክስንባብከሰረ ጎግንዘን ዉትሰኮ፥ ከታ ይ Ꮊፍስባብ ኤድንከስም ሙዳ ዳቅልንከስመረ፥ ኡርመንከስመረ ሳንሰኬ፥ ኮካንታ እሰንታ ጋይምሳን ኤሄን ዳልግናር ኤልምሳን ኤድንክስ ጮጨኬ።
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.
11 “ኬዛርንካ ማቼ ባንችና ኤልምስባብከስም ሰድንካንታ ኤሄን ዳልግናር ክት አርደዳንደትካ፥ እሰንታ አፍለንም ቆበራክባብ ዋልቃ ኤችም ዋር ሰዴ።
11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.
12 ኩነረ ክትም ጋይሴ፥ ‘እስታ ገርነኖ፥ እሰንታ አፍለንም ቆበርክሳ Ꮊስግንደስ አርድካንተስ ማቻረ?’ ኤችና ማቼ ጫምንጋይሴ።
12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.
13 ባንችነረ ይንታ ፍክስንባብከስም፥ ‘ክታ አንንምኬ ዱትንም ዞክሰቶ ማል ዶቅድን ግልድድ ኡምናር ክትም ዉችት ኦይትከቴ፥ ኮታረረ ኤፍኬ አች ቅርጭካ ክትካንታ ማተረ’ ኖ ጋይሴ”።
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
14 ኮታዘንከረ የሱስ “ኮካንታ ኤልምስባብ በድንከሰኬ፥ እድምስባብከስ ማቼ ቶክመንከሰኬ” ጋይሴ።
14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
15 ኮታ ቡር ፈረሳውያንንከስ አይሰኮ Ꮊስ ይይሶ የሱሰም ክት ኬዝድን ኬዘንካ ከታ ይ የዳናንከረ ዞርምሰኬ፥

16 ከታ ይንታ ካርንካ ጎርስምድባብከስም ሄሮድሰታ ኤድንከስካ ክክን የሱሰደር ኦይትሰኮ፥ “የ ኤስስንባቦ! የስ ዶፈን ማቻንደትምከ ሳብታ ጎግንም ዶፈንካ የስ ኤስዝድንደትም ዎታ ኤዝዶቴ፥ ኤታ ባላካንታ ኦስንዳከየ” ከታ ይ ጋይሳንደታ ቡር፥ ኩን ጋይሶ ክትም ኦይሰኬ።
16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;
17 “ይና ዎም የስ ኬዝኔ Ꮊሮክ የስም ካምዳ? ሮማ ባንችንካንታ ግራ ናክ ዝግዝዶ ዝክሳዮ?” ጋይሰኬ።
17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
18 የሱስ ማቼ ከታ ዳቅል ገቅርንም ኤስሶ፥ “የታ ኦትረንባብከሶ! Ꮊረተንት እም ጰጭዳ?
18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?
19 ግረንካንታ ናከርድን ብረንም እካንታ የ ሰችነ!” ከትም ጋይሴ። ኮካንታ ከተረ ዋልቃ ብራ ጣገራ ተይᎺድሰኮ ክትም ሰችሰኬ።
19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.
20 ኖየረ፥ “ኮ ብረንዘን Ꮊፈርድንዳ ምስልንከ ጻፈርሳን ላምና Ꮊይተረ?” ጋየሮ ከትም ኦይሴ።
20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?
21 ከተረ፥ “ሮማ ባንችንቴ!” ክደር ጋይሰኬ፥ ኖየረ፥ “ኮናና ባንችንተን ባንችንካንታ ሳብትን ሳብካንታ እምከቴ” ከትም ጋይሴ።
21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.
22 ከተረ ክትም ይ ኤሰርሳንደታ ቡር ክታ ኬዘንካ በርእሰኮ ክትም ዛቅሶ አይሰኬ።
22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.
23 ኮታይካ፥ “ደእስባብከስታ አምንታ ካዬ” ጋይድባብ ሰዶቃዊያንንከስ የሱሰደር Ꮊድሰኮ ኩንጋየሮ ክትም ኦይሰኬ፥

24 “የ ኤስስንባቦ! ሙሴ ‘ዋልቃ ኤድ ይንች አጣክዶቆ ይንታ ኬነንዘንካ ደእካ ክት ፋስምሴ ክታ እስመና ደእስባብታ ኬነንም ማስሶ ክትካንታ ይንች አጣ’ ጋይቴ።
24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.
25 ኮትኮግንደረ ታብዛ እስመንከስ ዎንደር ዶቅደኬ፥ ከትሙደንተረ እስመነና ማና እንችሶ ይንች አጣክሳ ደእሴ፥ ኮካንታ ክታ ካንስና ደእስባብታ ኬነንም ማስሴ።
25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.
26 ኮትኮግንደረ፥ ቃስትምስነረ፥ ማክምስነረ ታብስን የለልታ ከታ ሙደነረ ኮትም እንችሰኮ ደእሰኬ።
26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
27 ከትሙደንተረ በእንተዘን ኤተና ይንታ ማታ ደእሴ።
27 And last of all the woman also died.
28 ይና፥ ከታ ታብዘነረ ኮትም እንቻንካንታ ደእናርንካ አምንተን ሰጨንካ Ꮊይቶክ ማና ማዳ?” ጋይሰኬ።
28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?
29 የሱስ ማቼ፥ “የታ ጭል ማጻፍንከስምኬ ሳብታ ዎልቀንም የንታ ኤስክሳ ነግንተንካ የታ ኮተርደቴ።
29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.
30 ደእስባብከስታ አምንተን Ꮊይካ ኤድንከስ ጭላር ዶቅድን ክታይንችንከስግንዳ ማደክ ዳት እንቻየኬ፥ ይአየኬ።
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.
31 ጉጅሰረ ደእያርንካ አምንተንጎካ ሳብ የካንታ ኬዛንደትም ናበባከቴ?
31 Quanto à ressurreição dos mortos, não lestes o que Deus vos disse:
32 ክተረ ጋይሳንዳ ኩኔ፥ ‘እታ አብራሀመታ ሳብ፥ ይሳቀታ ሳብ፥ ያይቆበታ ሳብቴ።’ ኮካንታ ሳብ ሰንፔንክንባብከስታ ሳብ ዳት ደእስባብከስታ ሳብ ካዬ” ኩን ጋይሶ ማስሴ።
32 Eu sou o Deus de Abraão, o Deus de Isaac e o Deus de Jacó {Ex 3,6}? Ora, ele não é Deus dos mortos, mas Deus dos vivos.
33 ዎርሰነረ ኮም ይ ኤሰርሳንደትካ ክታ ኤስስንካ በርእሰኬ።
33 E, ouvindo esta doutrina, as turbas se enchiam de grande admiração.
34 የሱስ ሰዶቃዊያንንከስም ጫምሳ ይስሳንደትም ከታ ይ ኤሰርሳንደትካ ፈረሰዊያንንከስ ዋልቃትቸካ ሳንምሰኬ።
34 Sabendo os fariseus que Jesus reduzira ao silêncio os saduceus, reuniram-se
35 ከታርንከረ ዋልቃ ሙሴታ ህግንም ኤስዝድባብ፥ የሱሰም ጰጫካንታ ዝግሶ ኩን ጋይሶ ኦይሴ፥
35 e um deles, doutor da lei, fez-lhe esta pergunta para pô-lo à prova:
36 “ኤስስንባቦ! ሙሴታ ህግን ሙደናርንካ ስገድንዳ ክታ Ꮊምነረ?” ጋይሰኬ።
36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?
37 የሱሰረ፥ “የስታ ጮይስ ሳብን የስታ ቦድማ ቡዳርንካ፥ ቦድማ የስታ ሰንፔንካ፥ ቦድማ የስታ ገቅርንካ ሶልምካ፥
37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.
38 ሙደንዘንካ ስገድንደትከ እርንደና ክተና ኮኔ።
38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.
39 ኮትኮመረ ካምድንዳ ቃስትምስ ክተና፥ ‘የስታ የለንም የስታ ማታግንዳ ማስሳዮ ሶልምካ’ ጋይድንደኔ።
39 E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás teu próximo como a ti mesmo {Lv 19,18}.
40 ሙሴታ ህግንከ ሳብዘንካ ኤሰርሶ ኬዛቅባብከስታ ኤስስን ሙደንታ የድና ከትኬ ቃስተን ክቴን ኬዘንኬ” ኩንጋየሮ ከትካንታ ማስሴ።
40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.
41 ፈረሳውያንንከስ ሳንምሰኮ ዶቅድንካ የሱስ ኩን ጋይሶ ከትም ኦይሴ፥
41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 “ክርስቶስጎካ Ꮊረንት ገቀርዳ? Ꮊይታ ይንችምክ የንደር ካምዳ?” ከተረ “ዳውተታ ይንቼ” ጋይሰኮ ክትካንታ ማስሰኬ።
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 የሱሰረ፥ “ኮናና፥ ዳውት ሳብታ አያንካ ጎርስምሶ ክት ኬዛንደትካ Ꮊስግንድክ ‘ጮይስዮ’ ጋይሶ ኤልሳረ?
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 “ጮይስ እስታ ጮይስንካንታ፥
44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?
45 ይና ዳውት ይንታ ማታርንካ ‘ጮይስ’ ጋይሶ ክትም ኤልሳንካ ይና ክርስቶስ Ꮊስግንድክ ክታ ይንች ማዳ?” ኩን ከትም ጋይሴ።
45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?
46 ኮትኮ ኬዘንታ ዋልቃ ዎራ ኬዝት ማስስባብ Ꮊየነረ ኤድ ካዬ፥ ኮትኮ ሰጨንዘንካ የድሶ ክትም ኦይስካንታ ማችባብ Ꮊየነረ ካዬ።
46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
