1 And these are the Kings of the land, which the children of Israel smote and possessed their land, on the other side Iorden toward the rising of the sunne, from the riuer Arnon, vnto mount Hermon, and all the plaine Eastward.
1 São estes os reis que os israelitas derrotaram, e de cujo território se apossaram a leste do Jordão, desde o ribeiro do Arnom até o monte Hermom, inclusive todo o lado leste da Arabá:
2 Sihon King of the Amorites, that dwelt in Heshbon, hauing dominion from Aroer, which is beside the riuer of Arnon, and from the middle of the riuer, and from halfe Gilead vnto the riuer Iabbok, in the border of the children of Ammon.
2 Seom, rei dos amorreus, que reinou em Hesbom. Governou desde Aroer, na borda do ribeiro do Arnom, desde o meio do ribeiro, até o rio Jaboque, que é a fronteira dos amonitas. Esse território incluía a metade de Gileade.
3 And from the plaine vnto the sea of Cinneroth Eastward, and vnto the Sea of the plaine, euen the salt sea Eastward, the way to Beth-ieshimoth, and from the South vnder the springs of Pisgah.
3 Também governou a Arabá oriental, desde o mar de Quinerete até o mar da Arabá, o mar Salgado, até Bete-Jesimote, e mais ao sul, ao pé das encostas do Pisga.
4 They conquered also the coast of Og King of Bashan of the remnant of the gyants, which dwelt at Ashtaroth, and at Edrei,
4 Tomaram o território de Ogue, rei de Basã, um dos últimos refains, que reinou em Asterote e Edrei.
5 And reigned in mount Hermon, and in Salcah, and in all Bashan, vnto the border of the Geshurites, and the Maachathites, and halfe Gilead, euen the border of Sihon King of Heshbon.
5 Ele governou o monte Hermom, Salcá, toda a Basã, até a fronteira do povo de Gesur e de Maaca, e metade de Gileade, até a fronteira de Seom, rei de Hesbom.
6 Moses the seruant of the Lord, and the children of Israel smote them: Moses also the seruant of the Lord gaue their land for a possession vnto the Reubenites, and vnto the Gadites, and to halfe the tribe of Manasseh.
6 Moisés, servo do Senhor, e os israelitas os derrotaram. E Moisés, servo do Senhor, deu a terra deles como propriedade às tribos de Rúben, de Gade e à metade da tribo de Manassés.
7 These also are the Kings of the countrey, which Ioshua and the children of Israel smote on this side Iorden, Westward, from Baal-gad in the valley of Lebanon, euen vnto the mount Halak that goeth vp to Seir, and Ioshua gaue it vnto the tribes of Israel for a possession, according to their portions:
7 São estes os reis que Josué e os israelitas derrotaram no lado ocidental do Jordão, desde Baal-Gade, no vale do Líbano, até o monte Halaque, que se ergue na direção de Seir. Josué deu a terra deles por herança às tribos de Israel, repartindo-a entre elas —
8 In the mountaines, and in the valleys, and in the plaines, and in the hill sides, and in the wildernes, and in the South, where were the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hiuites, and the Iebusites.
8 a serra central, a Sefelá, a Arabá, as encostas das montanhas, o deserto e o Neguebe — as terras dos hititas, dos amorreus, dos cananeus, dos ferezeus, dos heveus e dos jebuseus:
9 The King of Iericho was one: the King of Ai, which is beside Beth-el, one:
9 o rei de Jericó, o rei de Ai, próxima a Betel,
10 The King of Ierusalem, one: the King of Hebron, one:
10 o rei de Jerusalém, o rei de Hebrom,
11 The King of Iarmuth, one: the King of Lachish, one:
11 o rei de Jarmute, o rei de Láquis,
12 The King of Eglon, one: the King of Gezer, one:
12 o rei de Eglom, o rei de Gezer,
13 The King of Debir, one: the King of Geder, one:
13 o rei de Debir, o rei de Geder,
14 The King of Hormah, one: the King of Arad, one:
14 o rei de Hormá, o rei de Arade,
15 The King of Libnah, one: the King of Adullam, one:
15 o rei de Libna, o rei de Adulão,
16 The King of Makkedah, one: the King of Beth-el, one:
16 o rei de Maquedá, o rei de Betel,
17 The King of Tappuah, one: the King of Hepher, one:
17 o rei de Tapua, o rei de Héfer,
18 The King of Aphek, one: the King of Lasharon, one:
18 o rei de Afeque, o rei de Lasarom,
19 The King of Madon, one: the King of Hazor, one:
19 o rei de Madom, o rei de Hazor,
20 The king of Shimron-meron, one: the King of Achshaph, one:
20 o rei de Sinrom-Merom, o rei de Acsafe,
21 The King of Taanach, one: the King of Megiddo, one:
21 o rei de Taanaque, o rei de Megido,
22 The King of Kedesh, one: the King of Iokneam of Carmel, one:
22 o rei de Quedes, o rei de Jocneão do Carmelo,
23 The King of Dor, in the countrey of Dor, one: the King of the nations of Gilgal, one:
23 o rei de Dor em Nafote-Dor, o rei de Goim de Gilgal,
24 The King of Tirzah, one. all the Kings were thirtie and one.
24 e o rei de Tirza. Trinta e um reis ao todo.
