18 Sempre que o espírito se apodera dele, joga-o no chão, e ele espuma pela boca, range os dentes e fica rígido. Pedi a seus discípulos que expulsassem o espírito impuro, mas eles não conseguiram”.
19 Moreover, the respond[ing] to{same} is-saying, "Oh generation, unbelieving[adjective], until at-what-time[?] I-will-be toward you[?] Until at-what-time[?] I-will-hold/be-held-up/anew of{you}[?] Be-carrying same toward me,"
19 Jesus lhes disse: “Geração incrédula! Até quando estarei com vocês? Até quando terei de suportá-los? Tragam o menino para cá”.

21 and he-asks-upon the father of{same}, "How-much[?] time is-being out of{which} the-same has-become to{same}[?]" Moreover, the says, "From-childly,"
21 Jesus perguntou ao pai do menino: “Há quanto tempo isso acontece com ele?”. “Desde que ele era pequeno”, respondeu o pai.
22 and often same also it-casts into fire and into waters in-which-place it-may-destroy-off/away same; contrariwise, if you-are-being-empowered any, help to{us}, affected-inwardly[i.e. feel[ing] compassion] upon us.
22 “Muitas vezes o espírito o lança no fogo ou na água e tenta matá-lo. Tenha misericórdia de nós e ajude-nos, se puder.”
23 Moreover, the Jesus says to{same}, "The 'if.' You-are-being-enabled/empowered to-believe all enabled/empowered[adjective] to{the believing},"
23 “Se puder?”, perguntou Jesus. “Tudo é possível para aquele que crê.”
24 and straightaway cry[ing]-out, the father of{the childling}, alongside of{tears}, has-been-saying, "I-am-believing, Lord, be-helping of{me} to{the unbelief}."
24 No mesmo instante, o pai respondeu: “Eu creio, mas ajude-me a superar minha incredulidade”.
25 Moreover, the Jesus behold[ing] that [a] crowd is-rushing-together-upon, he-adjudges-valuation-upon to{the spirit, the unclean}, saying to{same}, "The spirit, the un-speech and deaf/mute, I am-setting-upon to{you}, come-out out of{same} and no-still you-may-come-into into same,"
25 Quando Jesus viu que a multidão aumentava, repreendeu o espírito impuro, dizendo: “Espírito que impede este menino de ouvir e falar, ordeno que saia e nunca mais entre nele!”.
26 and, cry[ing]-out and much convulse[ing] same, it-comes-out, and he-becomes as-if dead, such-as many to-be-saying that he-dies-off/away.
26 O espírito gritou, causou outra convulsão intensa no menino e saiu dele. O menino parecia morto. Um murmúrio correu pela multidão: “Ele morreu”.
27 Moreover, the Jesus, seize[ing] same of{the hand}, rouses same, and he-stands-up/anew,
27 Mas Jesus o tomou pela mão e o ajudou a se levantar, e ele ficou em pé.
28 and the disciples of{same}, same come[ing]-into into [a] house, have-been-asking-upon same with self [i.e. in private] that "we are_not_enabled to-cast-out same,"
28 Depois, quando Jesus estava em casa com seus discípulos, eles perguntaram: “Por que não conseguimos expulsar aquele espírito impuro?”.
29 and he-says to{same}, "The-same, the become[noun], is-being-enabled in to{nothing} to-come-out if not in to{prayer} and to{fasting[noun]},"

40 Quem não é contra nós é a favor de nós.

42 “Mas, se alguém fizer um destes pequeninos que confiam em mim cair em pecado, seria melhor que lhe amarrassem ao pescoço uma grande pedra de moinho e fosse jogado ao mar.
43 and if-supposing the hand of{you} may-be-scandalizing you, cut-off/away same. It-is-being good to{you} to-come-into into the being-alive[noun] crippled than having the two hands to-come-off/away into the Gehenna, into the fire, the unquenchable,
43 Se sua mão o leva a pecar, corte-a fora. É melhor entrar na vida eterna com apenas uma das mãos que ser lançado no fogo inextinguível do inferno com as duas mãos.
44 which-where the worm of{same} is_not_deceasing and the fire is_not_being-quenched,
44 Lá os vermes nunca morrem e o fogo nunca se apaga.
45 and if-supposing the foot of{you} may-be-scandalizing you, cut-off/away same. It-is-being good to{you} to-come-into into the being-alive[noun] lame than having the two feet to-be-cast into the Gehenna, into the fire, the unquenchable,
45 Se seu pé o leva a pecar, corte-o fora. É melhor entrar na vida eterna com apenas um pé que ser lançado no inferno com os dois pés.
46 which-where the worm of{same} is_not_deceasing and the fire is_not_being-quenched,
46 Lá os vermes nunca morrem e o fogo nunca se apaga.
47 and if-supposing the eye of{you} may-be-scandalizing you, cast-out same. It-is-being good to{you} to-come-into into the kingdom of{the God} single-eyed than having two eyes to-be-cast into the Gehenna of{the fire},
47 E, se seu olho o leva a pecar, lance-o fora. É melhor entrar no reino de Deus com apenas um dos olhos que ter os dois olhos e ser lançado no inferno.
48 which-where the worm of{same} is_not_deceasing and the fire is_not_being-quenched,
48 Lá os vermes nunca morrem e o fogo nunca se apaga.
49 for every will-be-salted to{fire} and every sacrifice will-be-salted to{salt},
49 “Pois cada um será provado com fogo.
50 the good salt. Moreover, if-supposing the salt may-become saltless, in to{what}[?] you-will-prepare/season same[?] Be-having in to{sameselves} salt and be-being-at-peace in to{one-another},"
50 O sal é bom para temperar, mas, se perder o sabor, como torná-lo salgado outra vez? Tenham entre vocês as qualidades do bom sal e vivam em paz uns com os outros.”
