1 No que diz respeito à vinda de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo e nossa reunião com ele, rogamo-vos, irmãos,
2 into the not speedily to-be-shaken, you, from of{the mind/thinking} nor to-be-being-perturbed nor through of{spirit} nor through of{word} nor through of{send-upon[i.e. communication]} as through of{us} as that the day of{the Lord} has-stood-in/instituted.
2 não vos deixeis facilmente perturbar o espírito e alarmar-vos, nem por alguma pretensa revelação nem por palavra ou carta tidas como procedentes de nós e que vos afirmassem estar iminente o dia do Senhor.
3 No anyone may-deceive/defraud-out you according-to not-one manner, that if-supposing the stand-off/away-ia would_not_come first and the man of{the sin}, the son of{the destruction-off/away-ia}, may-be-off-covered/uncovered,
3 Ninguém de modo algum vos engane. Porque primeiro deve vir a apostasia, e deve manifestar-se o homem da iniqüidade, o filho da perdição,
4 the being-lain-opposed and being-lifted-over upon every being-said "God" or devotion-effect, such-as same to-sit-down into the temple of{the God}, showing-off/away sameself that he-is-being God.
4 o adversário, aquele que se levanta contra tudo o que é divino e sagrado, a ponto de tomar lugar no templo de Deus, e apresentar-se como se fosse Deus.
5 You-are_not_remembering that, still being toward you, I-have-been-saying the-same to{you},
5 Não vos lembrais de que vos dizia estas coisas, quando estava ainda convosco?
6 and now you-have-beheld the holding-down/against/according-to[neuter] into the to-be-off-covered/uncovered, same, in to{the season} of{sameself},
6 Agora, sabeis perfeitamente que algo o detém, de modo que ele só se manifestará a seu tempo.
7 for the mystery already is-being-worked-in of{the lawless-ia}; only the holding-down/against/according-to[masculine] presently until/while out of{midst} it/he-may-become,
7 Porque o mistério da iniqüidade já está em ação, apenas esperando o desaparecimento daquele que o detém.
8 and then the lawless will-be-off-covered/uncovered, whom the Lord Jesus will-devour to{the Spirit/breathe-effect} of{the mouth} of{same} and will-unemploy/idle/disuse to{the reveal-upon-ia} of{the presence} of{same},
8 Então o tal ímpio se manifestará. Mas o Senhor Jesus o destruirá com o sopro de sua boca e o aniquilará com o resplendor da sua vinda.
9 of{whom} the presence is-being according-to work-in-ia of{the Satan/adversary} in to{every enablement/empowerment} and to{signs} and to{miracles} of{falsehood},
9 A manifestação do ímpio será acompanhada, graças ao poder de Satanás, de toda a sorte de portentos, sinais e prodígios enganadores.
10 and in to{every deceit} of{the injustice} in to{the[plural] perishing-off/away} in-place-of of{whom} they-do_not_receive the love of{the truth} into the same[plural] to-be-saved,
10 Ele usará de todas as seduções do mal com aqueles que se perdem, por não terem cultivado o amor à verdade que os teria podido salvar.
11 and through the-same the God will-dispatch to{same} work-in-ia of{[the] astray} into the same[plural] to-believe to{the falsehood},
11 Por isso, Deus lhes enviará um poder que os enganará e os induzirá a acreditar no erro.
12 in-which-place all the not believe[ing] may-be-judged to{the truth}, contrariwise well-esteem[ing] in to{the injustice}.
12 Desse modo, serão julgados e condenados todos os que não deram crédito à verdade, mas consentiram no mal.
13 Moreover, we are-owing to-be-well-favoring/giving-thanks to{the God} always about of{you}, brothers, having-been-loved under of{[the] Lord}, that the God lifts-such-as-to-be-lifted you from of{origin/original} into salvation in to{holy-ization} of{spirit} and to{faith} of{truth},
13 Nós, porém, sentimo-nos na obrigação de incessantemente dar graças a Deus a respeito de vós, irmãos queridos de Deus, porque desde o princípio vos escolheu Deus para vos dar a salvação, pela santificação do Espírito e pela fé na verdade.
14 into which he-calls you through of{the good-message} of{us} into acquisition/possession/preservation of{esteem/glory} of{the Lord of{us}, Jesus Anointed}.
14 E pelo anúncio do nosso Evangelho vos chamou para tomardes parte na glória de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo.
15 So, consequently, brothers, be-standing and be-seizing/holding the give-asides/deliveries which you-are-taught, if-of through of{word}, if-of through of{send-upon[i.e. communication]} of{us}.
15 Assim, pois, irmãos, ficai firmes e conservai os ensinamentos que de nós aprendestes, seja por palavras, seja por carta nossa.
16 Moreover, the same Lord of{us}, Jesus Anointed, and the God and Father of{us}, the love[ing] us and give[ing] eternal call-aside-sis[i.e. state of calling aside] and beneficial expectation in to{grace/favor},
16 Nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo e Deus, nosso Pai, que nos amou e nos deu consolação eterna e boa esperança pela sua graça,
17 might-call-aside the hearts of{you} and might-establish in to{every work} and to{beneficial word}.
17 consolem os vossos corações e os confirmem para toda boa obra e palavra!
