1 Eu, Paulo, chamado para ser apóstolo de Cristo Jesus pela vontade de Deus, escrevo esta carta, com nosso irmão Sóstenes,

2 à igreja de Deus em Corinto, àqueles que ele santificou por meio de Cristo Jesus. Vocês foram chamados por Deus para ser seu povo santo junto com todos que, em toda parte, invocam o nome de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo, Senhor deles e nosso.
3 Grace/favor to{you} and peace from of{God, Father} of{us} and of{Lord Jesus Anointed}.

10 Irmãos, suplico-lhes em nome de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo que vivam em harmonia uns com os outros e ponham fim às divisões entre vocês. Antes, tenham o mesmo parecer, unidos em pensamento e propósito.
11 for it-is-evident-ed to{me} about of{you}, brothers of{me}, under of{the[plural]} of{Chloe}, that quarrels are-being in to{you}.
11 Pois alguns membros da família de Cloe me informaram dos desentendimentos entre vocês, meus irmãos.
12 Moreover, I-am-saying the-same, that each of{you} is-saying, on-one-hand, "I am-being of{Paul}," on-the-other-hand, "I of{Apollos}," on-the-another-hand, "I of{Cephas}," on-the-another-hand, "I of{Anointed}."

19 Como dizem as Escrituras: “Destruirei a sabedoria dos sábios e rejeitarei a inteligência dos inteligentes”.
20 Where[?] [is the] wise[?] Where[?] [is the] scribe[?] Where[?] [is the] seek-together-er of{the eon, the-same}[?] Emphatically-not[?] the God makes-foolish the wisdom of{the world, the-same}[?],
20 Diante disso, onde ficam os sábios, os eruditos e os argumentadores desta era? Deus fez a sabedoria deste mundo parecer loucura.
21 for upon-beheld[conjunction] in to{the wisdom} of{the God} the world does_not_know the God through of{the wisdom}, the God well-esteems through of{the fool-ia/folly} of{the proclaim-effect} to-save the[plural] believing,

22 and upon-beheld[conjunction] Judeans are-giving-cause/requesting [a] sign and Greeks are-seeking wisdom.
22 Pois os judeus pedem sinais, e os gentios buscam sabedoria.
23 Moreover, we are-proclaiming Anointed having-been-crucified, on-one-hand to{Judeans} [a] scandal, on-the-other-hand to{nations} fool-ia/folly,
23 Assim, quando pregamos que o Cristo foi crucificado, os judeus se ofendem, e os gentios dizem que é tolice.
24 on-the-another-hand to{the[plural] same called[adjective]} both to{Judeans} and to{Greeks}, Anointed, enablement/empowerment of{God} and wisdom of{God},
24 Mas, para os que foram chamados para a salvação, tanto judeus como gentios, Cristo é o poder de Deus e a sabedoria de Deus.
25 that the foolish of{the God} is-being wiser-than of{the men}, and the weak of{the God} stronger-than of{the men},
25 Pois a “loucura” de Deus é mais sábia que a sabedoria humana, e a “fraqueza” de Deus é mais forte que a força humana.
26 for you-are-viewing the call-sis[i.e. state of calling] of{you}, brothers, that not many [are] wise according-to flesh, not many [are] enabled/empowered[adjective], not many [are] well-become[adjective];
26 Lembrem-se, irmãos, de que poucos de vocês eram sábios aos olhos do mundo ou poderosos ou ricos quando foram chamados.
27 contrariwise, the God chooses the foolish of{the world} in-which-place he-may-be-shaming-down the wise, and the God chooses the weak of{the world} in-which-place he-may-be-shaming-down the strong,

30 Foi por iniciativa de Deus que vocês estão em Cristo Jesus, que se tornou a sabedoria de Deus em nosso favor, nos declarou justos diante de Deus, nos santificou e nos libertou do pecado.
