1 The psalm of David. The Lord said to my Lord; Sit thou on my right side. Till I put thine enemies a stool of thy feet. (\+em A song by David\+em*. The Lord said to my lord, Sit thou at my right hand; until I make thy enemies into thy footstool.)
1 Salmo de Davi. O SENHOR disse ao meu Senhor: Assenta tu à minha destra, até que eu faça teus inimigos o teu escabelo.
2 The Lord shall send out from Zion the rod of thy virtue; be thou lord in the midst of thine enemies. (The Lord shall send out from Zion the sceptre, \+em or the symbol\+em*, of thy strength; and thou shalt be the lord, \+em or the ruler\+em*, in the midst of thy enemies.)
2 O SENHOR enviará a vara da tua força para fora de Sião; governe tu no meio dos teus inimigos.
3 The beginning is with thee in the day of thy virtue, in the brightnesses of saints; I begat thee of the womb, before the day star. (From the beginning, thy strength was with thee, and from that day thou hast shone in the brightness of the saints; yea, I begat thee from the womb, before the day star.)
3 Teu povo estará se voluntariando no dia do teu poder, nas belezas da santidade desde o útero da manhã; tu tens o orvalho da tua juventude.
4 The Lord swore, and it shall not repent him; Thou art a priest [into] without end, by the order of Melchizedek. (The Lord swore, and he shall never repent for saying, Thou art a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.)
4 O SENHOR jurou, e não se arrependerá: Tu és sacerdote para sempre segundo a ordem de Melquisedeque.
5 The Lord on thy right side; hath broken kings in the day of his vengeance. (The Lord at thy right hand, hath broken kings in the day of his vengeance or shall break kings in the day of his vengeance.)
5 O Senhor, à tua mão direita, atingirá os reis no dia da sua ira.
6 He shall deem among nations, he shall fill (the land with) fallings; he shall shake heads in the land of many men. (He shall judge among the nations, he shall fill the land with the fallen; he shall wound those who be the chiefs, \+em or the leaders\+em*, in many lands.)
6 Ele julgará entre os pagãos, ele encherá os lugares com cadáveres; ele ferirá as cabeças através de muitos países.
7 He drank of the strand in the way; therefore he enhanced the head. (The king shall drink from the stream beside the way; and then he shall hold up his head in victory or and then he shall hold his head up high.)
