Salmos 22

1 “For the leader of the music. To the tune of “The hind of the morning.” A psalm of David.” My God, my God! why hast thou forsaken me? Why so far from mine aid, and from the words of my cry?
1 Meu Deus! Meu Deus! Por que me abandonaste? Por que estás tão longe de salvar-me, tão longe dos meus gritos de angústia?
2 O my God! I cry during the day, but thou hearest not; In the night also, but I have no rest.
2 Meu Deus! Eu clamo de dia, mas não respondes; de noite, e não recebo alívio!
3 And yet thou art holy, Dwelling amid the praises of Israel!
3 Tu, porém, és o Santo, és rei, és o louvor de Israel.
4 Our fathers trusted in thee; They trusted, and thou didst save them.
4 Em ti os nossos antepassados puseram a sua confiança; confiaram, e os livraste.
5 They called upon thee, and were delivered; They trusted in thee, and were not put to shame.
5 Clamaram a ti, e foram libertos; em ti confiaram, e não se decepcionaram.
6 But I am a worm, and not a man; The reproach of men, and the scorn of the people.
6 Mas eu sou verme, e não homem, motivo de zombaria e objeto de desprezo do povo.
7 All who see me scoff at me; They open wide the lips; they shake the head.
7 Caçoam de mim todos os que me vêem; balançando a cabeça, lançam insultos contra mim, dizendo:
8 “He trusted in the LORD, let him help him; Let him deliver him, since he delighted in him!”
8 "Recorra ao Senhor! Que o Senhor o liberte! Que ele o livre, já que lhe quer bem! "
9 Surely thou art he that didst bring me into the world; Thou didst make me lie secure upon my mother's breast!
9 Contudo, tu mesmo me tiraste do ventre; deste-me segurança junto ao seio de minha mãe.
10 Upon thee have I cast myself from my birth; Thou hast been my God from my earliest breath!
10 Desde que nasci fui entregue a ti; desde o ventre materno és o meu Deus.
11 Oh, be not far from me, for trouble is near; For there is none to help!
11 Não fiques distante de mim, pois a angústia está perto e não há ninguém que me socorra.
12 Many bulls surround me; Strong bulls of Bashan close me in on every side.
12 Muitos touros me cercam, sim, rodeiam-me os poderosos de Basã.
13 They open their mouths wide against me, Like a ravening and roaring lion.
13 Como leão voraz rugindo escancaram a boca contra mim.
14 I am poured out like water, And all my bones are out of joint; My heart is become like wax; It melteth in my bosom.
14 Como água me derramei, e todos os meus ossos estão desconjuntados. Meu coração se tornou como cera; derreteu-se no meu íntimo.
15 My strength is dried up like an earthen vessel, And my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; Thou hast brought me to the dust of death!
15 Meu vigor secou-se como um caco de barro, e a minha língua gruda no céu da boca; deixaste-me no pó, à beira da morte.
16 For dogs have surrounded me; Bands of evil-doers have encompassed me,—Like lions my hands and my feet.
16 Cães me rodearam! Um bando de homens maus me cercou! Perfuraram minhas mãos e meus pés.
17 I can count all my bones; They gaze, and feast their eyes upon me.
17 Posso contar todos os meus ossos, mas eles me encaram com desprezo.
18 They divide my garments among them, And for my vesture they cast lots.
18 Dividiram as minhas roupas entre si, e tiraram sortes pelas minhas vestes.
19 But be not thou far from me, O LORD! O my strength! make haste to mine aid!
19 Tu, porém, Senhor, não fiques distante! Ó minha força, vem logo em meu socorro!
20 Deliver my life from the sword; My blood from the power of the dog;
20 Livra-me da espada, livra a minha vida do ataque dos cães.
21 Save me from the lion's mouth; Shield me from the horns of the buffaloes!
21 Salva-me da boca dos leões, e dos chifres dos bois selvagens. E tu me respondeste.
22 I will proclaim thy name to my brethren; In the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.
22 Proclamarei o teu nome a meus irmãos; na assembléia te louvarei.
23 Praise him, ye worshippers of Jehovah! Extol him, all ye race of Jacob. And fear him, all ye race of Israel!
23 Louvem-no, vocês que temem o Senhor! Glorifiquem-no, todos vocês, descendentes de Jacó! Tremam diante dele, todos vocês, descendentes de Israel!
24 For he hath not despised nor abhorred the misery of the afflicted. Nor hath he hid his face from him; But when he cried unto him, he heard.
24 Pois não menosprezou nem repudiou o sofrimento do aflito; não escondeu dele o rosto, mas ouviu o seu grito de socorro.
25 My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation; I will pay my vows before them that fear him!
25 De ti vem o tema do meu louvor na grande assembléia; na presença dos que te temem cumprirei os meus votos.
26 The afflicted shall eat, and be satisfied; They that seek the LORD shall praise him; Your hearts shall be glad for ever and ever!
26 Os pobres comerão até ficarem satisfeitos; aqueles que buscam o Senhor o louvarão! Que vocês tenham vida longa!
27 All the ends of the earth shall remember, and turn to Jehovah; All the families of the nations shall worship before thee!
27 Todos os confins da terra se lembrarão e se voltarão para o Senhor, e todas as famílias das nações se prostrarão diante dele,
28 For the kingdom is Jehovah's; He is the governor of the nations.
28 pois do Senhor é o reino; ele governa as nações.
29 All the rich of the earth shall eat and worship; Before him shall they also bow, who are going down to the dust, Who cannot keep themselves alive.
29 Todos os ricos da terra se banquetearão e o adorarão; haverão de ajoelhar-se diante dele todos os que descem ao pó, cuja vida se esvai.
30 The future generation shall serve him; The race which is to come shall hear of Jehovah.
30 A posteridade o servirá; gerações futuras ouvirão falar do Senhor,
31 They shall come, and declare his righteousness; His mighty deeds to the people that shall be born.
31 e a um povo que ainda não nasceu proclamarão seus feitos de justiça, pois ele agiu poderosamente.
