1 The word|strong="H1697" that came to Jeremiah|strong="H3414" from the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, saying|strong="H0559",
1 Palavra que veio a Jeremias da parte do SENHOR, dizendo:
2 Hear|strong="H8085" ye the words|strong="H1697" of this covenant|strong="H1285", and speak|strong="H1696" unto the men|strong="H0376" of Judah|strong="H3063", and to the inhabitants|strong="H3427" of Jerusalem|strong="H3389";
2 Ouvi vós as palavras deste pacto, e falai aos homens de Judá e aos habitantes de Jerusalém.
3 And say|strong="H0559" thou unto them, Thus saith|strong="H0559" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* God|strong="H0430" of Israel|strong="H3478"; Cursed|strong="H0779" be the man|strong="H0376" that obeyeth|strong="H8085" not the words|strong="H1697" of this covenant|strong="H1285",
3 E dize-lhes: Assim diz o SENHOR Deus de Israel: Amaldiçoado seja o homem que não obedecer as palavras deste pacto.
4 Which I commanded|strong="H6680" your fathers|strong="H0001" in the day|strong="H3117" that I brought them forth|strong="H3318" out of the land|strong="H0776" of Egypt|strong="H4714", from the iron|strong="H1270" furnace|strong="H3564", saying|strong="H0559", Obey|strong="H8085" my voice|strong="H6963", and do|strong="H6213" them, according to all which I command|strong="H6680" you: so shall ye be my people|strong="H5971", and I will be your God|strong="H0430":
4 Que ordenei aos vossos pais no dia em que eu os tirei da terra do Egito, da fornalha de ferro, dizendo: Obedecei à minha voz, e fazei conforme tudo que eu vos ordenei. Então vós sereis meu povo, e eu serei vosso Deus.
5 That I may perform|strong="H6965" the oath|strong="H7621" which I have sworn|strong="H7650" unto your fathers|strong="H0001", to give|strong="H5414" them a land|strong="H0776" flowing|strong="H2100" with milk|strong="H2461" and honey|strong="H1706", as it is this day|strong="H3117". Then answered|strong="H6030" I, and said|strong="H0559", So be it|strong="H0543", O \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.
5 Para que eu possa realizar completamente o juramento que fiz aos vossos pais, de dar-lhes uma terra que mana leite e mel, como é neste dia. Então eu respondi, e disse: Que assim seja, ó SENHOR.
6 Then the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* said|strong="H0559" unto me, Proclaim|strong="H7121" all these words|strong="H1697" in the cities|strong="H5892" of Judah|strong="H3063", and in the streets|strong="H2351" of Jerusalem|strong="H3389", saying|strong="H0559", Hear|strong="H8085" ye the words|strong="H1697" of this covenant|strong="H1285", and do|strong="H6213" them.
6 Então o SENHOR me disse: Proclama todas estas palavras nas cidades de Judá, e nas ruas de Jerusalém, dizendo: Ouvi vós as palavras deste pacto, e cumpri-as.
7 For I earnestly|strong="H5749" protested|strong="H5749" unto your fathers|strong="H0001" in the day|strong="H3117" that I brought them up|strong="H5927" out of the land|strong="H0776" of Egypt|strong="H4714", even unto this day|strong="H3117", rising early|strong="H7925" and protesting|strong="H5749", saying|strong="H0559", Obey|strong="H8085" my voice|strong="H6963".
7 Pois eu seriamente adverti a vossos pais no dia em que eu os tirei da terra do Egito, até este dia, madrugando e advertindo, dizendo: Obedecei à minha voz.
8 Yet they obeyed|strong="H8085" not, nor inclined|strong="H5186" their ear|strong="H0241", but walked|strong="H3212" every one|strong="H0376" in the imagination|strong="H8307" of their evil|strong="H7451" heart|strong="H3820": therefore I will bring|strong="H0935" upon them all the words|strong="H1697" of this covenant|strong="H1285", which I commanded|strong="H6680" them to do|strong="H6213"; but they did|strong="H6213" them not.
8 Contudo eles não obedeceram, nem inclinaram os seus ouvidos, porém andaram cada um na imaginação do seu coração malvado. Portanto eu trarei sobre eles todas as palavras deste pacto, as quais eu ordenei que lhes cumprissem, porém eles não o fizeram.
9 And the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* said|strong="H0559" unto me, A conspiracy|strong="H7195" is found|strong="H4672" among the men|strong="H0376" of Judah|strong="H3063", and among the inhabitants|strong="H3427" of Jerusalem|strong="H3389".
9 E o SENHOR disse para mim: Há uma conspiração entre os homens de Judá, e entre os habitantes de Jerusalém.
10 They are turned back|strong="H7725" to the iniquities|strong="H5771" of their forefathers|strong="H7223", which refused|strong="H3985" to hear|strong="H8085" my words|strong="H1697"; and they went|strong="H1980" after|strong="H0310" other|strong="H0312" gods|strong="H0430" to serve|strong="H5647" them: the house|strong="H1004" of Israel|strong="H3478" and the house|strong="H1004" of Judah|strong="H3063" have broken|strong="H6565" my covenant|strong="H1285" which I made|strong="H3772" with their fathers|strong="H0001".
10 Eles retornaram às iniquidades dos seus antepassados, os quais se recusaram a ouvir minhas palavras, e eles se foram após outros deuses para os servirem. A casa de Israel e a casa de Judá quebraram o meu pacto, que estabeleci com os seus pais.
11 Therefore thus saith|strong="H0559" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, Behold, I will bring|strong="H0935" evil|strong="H7451" upon them, which they shall not be able|strong="H3201" to escape|strong="H3318"; and though they shall cry|strong="H2199" unto me, I will not hearken|strong="H8085" unto them.
11 Portanto assim diz o SENHOR: Eis que eu trarei o mal sobre eles, e não serão capazes de escapar. Ainda que eles clamem a mim, eu não os escutarei.
12 Then shall the cities|strong="H5892" of Judah|strong="H3063" and inhabitants|strong="H3427" of Jerusalem|strong="H3389" go|strong="H1980", and cry|strong="H2199" unto the gods|strong="H0430" unto whom they offer incense|strong="H6999": but they shall not save|strong="H3467" them at all|strong="H3467" in the time|strong="H6256" of their trouble|strong="H7451".
12 Então as cidades de Judá e os habitantes de Jerusalém, irão e clamarão aos deuses a quem eles oferecem incenso. Porém eles não os salvarão de modo algum no tempo da sua aflição.
13 For according to the number|strong="H4557" of thy cities|strong="H5892" were thy gods|strong="H0430", O Judah|strong="H3063"; and according to the number|strong="H4557" of the streets|strong="H2351" of Jerusalem|strong="H3389" have ye set up|strong="H7760" altars|strong="H4196" to that shameful thing|strong="H1322", even altars|strong="H4196" to burn incense|strong="H6999" unto Baal|strong="H1168".
13 Pois conforme o número de tuas cidades eram teus deuses, ó Judá, e conforme o número das ruas de Jerusalém levantaste altares para aquela coisa vergonhosa, até altares para queimar incenso a Baal.
14 Therefore pray|strong="H6419" not thou for this people|strong="H5971", neither lift up|strong="H5375" a cry|strong="H7440" or prayer|strong="H8605" for them: for I will not hear|strong="H8085" them in the time|strong="H6256" that they cry|strong="H7121" unto me for their trouble|strong="H7451".
14 Portanto, não ores por este povo, nem ergas um clamor ou oração por eles. Pois eu não os ouvirei quando clamarem a mim pela sua aflição.
15 What hath my beloved|strong="H3039" to do in mine house|strong="H1004", seeing she hath wrought|strong="H6213" lewdness|strong="H4209" with many|strong="H7227", and the holy|strong="H6944" flesh|strong="H1320" is passed|strong="H5674" from thee? when thou doest evil|strong="H7451", then thou rejoicest|strong="H5937".
15 O que minha amada faz em minha casa, visto que ela forjou lascívia com muitos? E a carne santa passou de ti? Quando tu fazes o mal, então tu te regozijas.
16 The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* called|strong="H7121" thy name|strong="H8034", A green|strong="H7488" olive tree|strong="H2132", fair|strong="H3303", and of goodly|strong="H8389" fruit|strong="H6529": with the noise|strong="H6963" of a great|strong="H1419" tumult|strong="H1999" he hath kindled|strong="H3341" fire|strong="H0784" upon it, and the branches|strong="H1808" of it are broken|strong="H7489".
16 O SENHOR chamou teu nome: Uma oliveira verde, bela e de fruto excelente. Com o barulho de um grande tumulto, ele ateou fogo ao redor dela, e se quebraram os seus ramos.
17 For the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* of hosts|strong="H6635", that planted|strong="H5193" thee, hath pronounced|strong="H1696" evil|strong="H7451" against thee, for|strong="H1558" the evil|strong="H7451" of the house|strong="H1004" of Israel|strong="H3478" and of the house|strong="H1004" of Judah|strong="H3063", which they have done|strong="H6213" against themselves to provoke me to anger|strong="H3707" in offering incense|strong="H6999" unto Baal|strong="H1168".
17 Pois o SENHOR dos Exércitos, que te plantou, pronunciou o mal contra ti, por causa do mal da casa de Israel, e da casa de Judá, o qual fazem contra si mesmos, para me provocar a ira ao oferecer incenso a Baal.
18 And the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* hath given me knowledge|strong="H3045" of it, and I know|strong="H3045" it: then thou shewedst|strong="H7200" me their doings|strong="H4611".
18 E o SENHOR deu-me conhecimento disto, e eu sei isto. Então me mostraste os seus feitos.
19 But I was like a lamb|strong="H3532" or an ox|strong="H0441" that is brought|strong="H2986" to the slaughter|strong="H2873"; and I knew|strong="H3045" not that they had devised|strong="H2803" devices|strong="H4284" against me, saying, Let us destroy|strong="H7843" the tree|strong="H6086" with the fruit|strong="H3899" thereof, and let us cut him off|strong="H3772" from the land|strong="H0776" of the living|strong="H2416", that his name|strong="H8034" may be no more remembered|strong="H2142".
19 Porém eu era como um cordeiro ou um boi que é levado ao matadouro, e eu não sabia que eles tinham planejado intentos malignos contra mim, dizendo: Destruamos a árvore com o seu fruto, e cortemo-lo da terra dos viventes, para que o nome não seja mais lembrado.
20 But, O \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* of hosts|strong="H6635", that judgest|strong="H8199" righteously|strong="H6664", that triest|strong="H0974" the reins|strong="H3629" and the heart|strong="H3820", let me see|strong="H7200" thy vengeance|strong="H5360" on them: for unto thee have I revealed|strong="H1540" my cause|strong="H7379".
20 Porém, ó SENHOR dos Exércitos, que julgas justamente, que provas os rins e o coração, permita-me ver a tua vingança sobre eles, pois a ti revelei minha causa.
21 Therefore thus saith|strong="H0559" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* of the men|strong="H0582" of Anathoth|strong="H6068", that seek|strong="H1245" thy life|strong="H5315", saying|strong="H0559", Prophesy|strong="H5012" not in the name|strong="H8034" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, that thou die|strong="H4191" not by our hand|strong="H3027":
21 Portanto assim diz o SENHOR acerca dos homens de Anatote, que buscam tua vida, dizendo: Não profetizes no nome do SENHOR, para que tu não morras por nossa mão.
22 Therefore thus saith|strong="H0559" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* of hosts|strong="H6635", Behold, I will punish|strong="H6485" them: the young men|strong="H0970" shall die|strong="H4191" by the sword|strong="H2719"; their sons|strong="H1121" and their daughters|strong="H1323" shall die|strong="H4191" by famine|strong="H7458":
22 Portanto assim diz o SENHOR dos Exércitos: Eis que eu os punirei; os homens jovens morrerão pela espada; os seus filhos e as suas filhas morrerão de fome.
23 And there shall be no remnant|strong="H7611" of them: for I will bring|strong="H0935" evil|strong="H7451" upon the men|strong="H0582" of Anathoth|strong="H6068", even the year|strong="H8141" of their visitation|strong="H6486".
23 E não haverá remanescente deles, pois eu trarei o mal sobre os homens de Anatote, até o ano de sua visitação.
