1 The Spirit|strong="H7307" of the Lord|strong="H0136" \+w GOD|strong="H3069"\+w* is upon me; because the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* hath anointed|strong="H4886" me to preach good tidings|strong="H1319" unto the meek|strong="H6035"; he hath sent|strong="H7971" me to bind up|strong="H2280" the brokenhearted|strong="H7665", to proclaim|strong="H7121" liberty|strong="H1865" to the captives|strong="H7617", and the opening of the prison|strong="H6495" to them that are bound|strong="H0631";
1 O Espírito do Senhor DEUS está sobre mim, porque o SENHOR tem me ungido para pregar boas novas ao pobre. Ele tem me enviado para atar as feridas do dilacerado, para proclamar liberdade aos cativos e a abertura da prisão para aqueles que estão encarcerados.
2 To proclaim|strong="H7121" the acceptable|strong="H7522" year|strong="H8141" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, and the day|strong="H3117" of vengeance|strong="H5359" of our God|strong="H0430"; to comfort|strong="H5162" all that mourn|strong="H0057";
2 Para proclamar o ano aceitável do SENHOR, e o dia da vingança do nosso Deus, para confortar todos que pranteiam.
3 To appoint|strong="H7760" unto them that mourn|strong="H0057" in Zion|strong="H6726", to give|strong="H5414" unto them beauty|strong="H6287" for ashes|strong="H0665", the oil|strong="H8081" of joy|strong="H8342" for mourning|strong="H0060", the garment|strong="H4594" of praise|strong="H8416" for the spirit|strong="H7307" of heaviness|strong="H3544"; that they might be called|strong="H7121" trees|strong="H0352" of righteousness|strong="H6664", the planting|strong="H4302" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, that he might be glorified|strong="H6286".
3 Para nomear aqueles que pranteiam em Sião, para dar-lhes beleza em lugar de cinzas, o óleo de alegria em lugar de pranto, a veste de louvor em lugar de espírito de opressão, para que eles possam ser chamados árvores de justiça, a plantação do SENHOR, para que ele possa ser glorificado.
4 And they shall build|strong="H1129" the old|strong="H5769" wastes|strong="H2723", they shall raise up|strong="H6965" the former|strong="H7223" desolations|strong="H8074", and they shall repair|strong="H2318" the waste|strong="H2721" cities|strong="H5892", the desolations|strong="H8074" of many|strong="H1755" generations|strong="H1755".
4 E eles edificarão as ruínas antigas. Eles irão levantar escombros do passado e repararão as cidades devastadas, os escombros de muitas gerações.
5 And strangers|strong="H2114" shall stand|strong="H5975" and feed|strong="H7462" your flocks|strong="H6629", and the sons|strong="H1121" of the alien|strong="H5236" shall be your plowmen|strong="H0406" and your vinedressers|strong="H3755".
5 E estrangeiros levantar-se-ão e alimentarão vossos rebanhos, e os filhos do estrangeiro serão os vossos fazendeiros e os vossos vinhateiros.
6 But ye shall be named|strong="H7121" the Priests|strong="H3548" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*: men shall call|strong="H0559" you the Ministers|strong="H8334" of our God|strong="H0430": ye shall eat|strong="H0398" the riches|strong="H2428" of the Gentiles|strong="H1471", and in their glory|strong="H3519" shall ye boast|strong="H3235" yourselves.
6 Mas vós sereis denominados, os sacerdotes do SENHOR. Homens vos chamarão, os ministros de nosso Deus. Vós comereis as riquezas dos gentios e na glória deles vos vangloriareis.
7 For your shame|strong="H1322" ye shall have double|strong="H4932"; and for confusion|strong="H3639" they shall rejoice|strong="H7442" in their portion|strong="H2506": therefore in their land|strong="H0776" they shall possess|strong="H3423" the double|strong="H4932": everlasting|strong="H5769" joy|strong="H8057" shall be unto them.
7 No lugar da vossa vergonha, vós tereis dupla honra, e no lugar de humilhação eles regozijarão na sua herança; portanto, na terra deles eles possuirão dupla honra. Alegria eterna estará sobre eles.
8 For I the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* love|strong="H0157" judgment|strong="H4941", I hate|strong="H8130" robbery|strong="H1498" for burnt offering|strong="H5930"; and I will direct|strong="H5414" their work|strong="H6468" in truth|strong="H0571", and I will make|strong="H3772" an everlasting|strong="H5769" covenant|strong="H1285" with them.
8 Porque eu, o SENHOR, amo a justiça. Eu odeio o roubo, como oferta queimada. E eu dar-lhes-ei seu salário fielmente, e farei um pacto eterno com eles.
9 And their seed|strong="H2233" shall be known|strong="H3045" among the Gentiles|strong="H1471", and their offspring|strong="H6631" among|strong="H8432" the people|strong="H5971": all that see|strong="H7200" them shall acknowledge|strong="H5234" them, that they are the seed|strong="H2233" which the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* hath blessed|strong="H1288".
9 E a posteridade deles será conhecida entre os gentios, e a descendência deles entre os povos. Todos que os veem irão admitir que eles são a semente que o SENHOR tem abençoado.
10 I will greatly|strong="H7797" rejoice|strong="H7797" in the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, my soul|strong="H5315" shall be joyful|strong="H1523" in my God|strong="H0430"; for he hath clothed|strong="H3847" me with the garments|strong="H0899" of salvation|strong="H3468", he hath covered|strong="H3271" me with the robe|strong="H4598" of righteousness|strong="H6666", as a bridegroom|strong="H2860" decketh|strong="H3547" himself with ornaments|strong="H6287", and as a bride|strong="H3618" adorneth|strong="H5710" herself with her jewels|strong="H3627".
10 Eu me regozijarei grandemente no SENHOR, minha alma estará exultante no meu Deus, porque ele me tem vestido com as vestes de salvação. Ele tem-me coberto com o manto de justiça, como um noivo no dia do casamento adorna a si mesmo com ornamentos e como uma noiva no dia do casamento adorna a si mesma com as suas joias.
11 For as the earth|strong="H0776" bringeth forth|strong="H3318" her bud|strong="H6780", and as the garden|strong="H1593" causeth the things that are sown|strong="H2221" in it to spring forth|strong="H6779"; so the Lord|strong="H0136" \+w GOD|strong="H3069"\+w* will cause righteousness|strong="H6666" and praise|strong="H8416" to spring forth|strong="H6779" before all the nations|strong="H1471".
11 Porque, como a terra produz seu renovo, e como o jardim faz brotar suas sementes, assim, o Senhor DEUS fará surgir justiça e louvor perante todas as nações.
