1 But now thus saith|strong="H0559" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* that created|strong="H1254" thee, O Jacob|strong="H3290", and he that formed|strong="H3335" thee, O Israel|strong="H3478", Fear|strong="H3372" not: for I have redeemed|strong="H1350" thee, I have called|strong="H7121" thee by thy name|strong="H8034"; thou art mine.
1 Porém, agora, assim diz o SENHOR que te criou, ó Jacó; e aquele que te formou, ó Israel: Não temas, porque eu te redimi. Eu te chamei pelo teu nome. Tu és meu.
2 When thou passest through|strong="H5674" the waters|strong="H4325", I will be with thee; and through the rivers|strong="H5104", they shall not overflow|strong="H7857" thee: when thou walkest|strong="H3212" through|strong="H1119" the fire|strong="H0784", thou shalt not be burned|strong="H3554"; neither shall the flame|strong="H3852" kindle|strong="H1197" upon thee.
2 Quando tu passares através das águas, eu estarei contigo. E através dos rios, eles não te submergirão. Quando caminhares através do fogo, tu não serás queimado, nem a chama acenderá sobre ti.
3 For I am the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* thy God|strong="H0430", the Holy One|strong="H6918" of Israel|strong="H3478", thy Saviour|strong="H3467": I gave|strong="H5414" Egypt|strong="H4714" for thy ransom|strong="H3724", Ethiopia|strong="H3568" and Seba|strong="H5434" for thee.
3 Porque eu sou o SENHOR teu Deus, o Santo de Israel, teu Salvador. Eu dei o Egito por teu resgate, a Etiópia e Seba por ti.
4 Since thou wast precious|strong="H3365" in my sight|strong="H5869", thou hast been honourable|strong="H3513", and I have loved|strong="H0157" thee: therefore will I give|strong="H5414" men|strong="H0120" for thee, and people|strong="H3816" for thy life|strong="H5315".
4 Visto que tu foste precioso aos meus olhos, tu tens sido honrado e eu tenho te amado. Portanto, darei homens por ti e povos pela tua vida.
5 Fear|strong="H3372" not: for I am with thee: I will bring|strong="H0935" thy seed|strong="H2233" from the east|strong="H4217", and gather|strong="H6908" thee from the west|strong="H4628";
5 Não temas, porque eu estou contigo. Eu trarei a tua semente do Leste e ajuntar-te-ei do Oeste.
6 I will say|strong="H0559" to the north|strong="H6828", Give up|strong="H5414"; and to the south|strong="H8486", Keep not back|strong="H3607": bring|strong="H0935" my sons|strong="H1121" from far|strong="H7350", and my daughters|strong="H1323" from the ends|strong="H7097" of the earth|strong="H0776";
6 Eu direi ao Norte: Entregue! E ao Sul: Não retenhas! Traze meus filhos de um lugar remoto, e minhas filhas dos confins da terra.
7 Even every one|strong="H3605" that is called|strong="H7121" by my name|strong="H8034": for I have created|strong="H1254" him for my glory|strong="H3519", I have formed|strong="H3335" him; yea, I have made|strong="H6213" him.
7 Todo o que é chamado pelo meu nome, eu criei para minha glória, eu o formei; sim, eu o fiz.
8 Bring forth|strong="H3318" the blind|strong="H5787" people|strong="H5971" that have|strong="H3426" eyes|strong="H5869", and the deaf|strong="H2795" that have ears|strong="H0241".
8 Traga o povo cego que tem olhos, e os surdos que têm ouvidos.
9 Let all the nations|strong="H1471" be gathered|strong="H6908" together|strong="H3162", and let the people|strong="H3816" be assembled|strong="H0622": who among them can declare|strong="H5046" this, and shew|strong="H8085" us former things|strong="H7223"? let them bring forth|strong="H5414" their witnesses|strong="H5707", that they may be justified|strong="H6663": or let them hear|strong="H8085", and say|strong="H0559", It is truth|strong="H0571".
9 Que todas as nações sejam reunidas, e que os povos sejam congregados; quem dentre eles pode declarar isto e nos mostrar coisas do passado? Que apresentem suas testemunhas para que possam ser justificados; ou que ouçam, e digam: Isto é verdade.
10 Ye are my witnesses|strong="H5707", saith|strong="H5002" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, and my servant|strong="H5650" whom I have chosen|strong="H0977": that ye may know|strong="H3045" and believe|strong="H0539" me, and understand|strong="H0995" that I am he: before|strong="H6440" me there was no God|strong="H0410" formed|strong="H3335", neither shall there be after|strong="H0310" me.
10 Vós sois minhas testemunhas, diz o SENHOR, e meu servo a quem eu escolhi, para que possais saber e acreditar em mim e entender que Eu Sou Ele. Antes de mim não houve nenhum Deus formado, nem haverá depois de mim.
11 I, even I, am the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*; and beside|strong="H1107" me there is no saviour|strong="H3467".
11 Eu, eu sou o SENHOR e fora de mim não há salvador.
12 I have declared|strong="H5046", and have saved|strong="H3467", and I have shewed|strong="H8085", when there was no strange|strong="H2114" god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses|strong="H5707", saith|strong="H5002" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, that I am God|strong="H0410".
12 Eu declarei, e eu salvei, e eu mostrei, quando não havia nenhum deus estranho entre vós; portanto, vós sois minhas testemunhas, diz o SENHOR, de que eu sou Deus.
13 Yea, before the day|strong="H3117" was I am he; and there is none that can deliver|strong="H5337" out of my hand|strong="H3027": I will work|strong="H6466", and who shall let|strong="H7725" it?
13 Sim, antes que houvesse dia Eu Sou Ele, e não há ninguém que possa livrar da minha mão. Eu irei operar e quem o impedirá?
14 Thus saith|strong="H0559" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, your redeemer|strong="H1350", the Holy One|strong="H6918" of Israel|strong="H3478"; For your sake I have sent|strong="H7971" to Babylon|strong="H0894", and have brought down|strong="H3381" all their nobles|strong="H1281", and the Chaldeans|strong="H3778", whose cry|strong="H7440" is in the ships|strong="H0591".
14 Assim diz o ­SENHOR, vosso Redentor, o Santo de Israel; por causa de vós eu enviei a Babilônia e derrubei todos os seus nobres e os caldeus, cujo grito está dentro dos navios.
15 I am the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, your Holy One|strong="H6918", the creator|strong="H1254" of Israel|strong="H3478", your King|strong="H4428".
15 Eu sou o SENHOR, vosso Santo, o Criador de Israel, vosso Rei.
16 Thus saith|strong="H0559" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, which maketh|strong="H5414" a way|strong="H1870" in the sea|strong="H3220", and a path|strong="H5410" in the mighty|strong="H5794" waters|strong="H4325";
16 Portanto, assim diz o SENHOR, o qual faz um caminho no mar e uma vereda nas poderosas águas.
17 Which bringeth forth|strong="H3318" the chariot|strong="H7393" and horse|strong="H5483", the army|strong="H2428" and the power|strong="H5808"; they shall lie down|strong="H7901" together|strong="H3162", they shall not rise|strong="H6965": they are extinct|strong="H1846", they are quenched|strong="H3518" as tow|strong="H6594".
17 O qual faz sair a carruagem de guerra e cavalo, o exército e o poder; eles se deitarão juntamente, e não se levantarão; eles estão extintos, estão apagados como o pavio.
18 Remember|strong="H2142" ye not the former things|strong="H7223", neither consider|strong="H0995" the things of old|strong="H6931".
18 Não vos lembreis das coisas passadas, nem considereis as coisas dos tempos antigos.
19 Behold, I will do|strong="H6213" a new thing|strong="H2319"; now it shall spring forth|strong="H6779"; shall ye not know|strong="H3045" it? I will even make|strong="H7760" a way|strong="H1870" in the wilderness|strong="H4057", and rivers|strong="H5104" in the desert|strong="H3452".
19 Eis que Eu farei uma coisa nova, agora ela surgirá; vós não sabeis? Eu farei um caminho no ermo, e rios no deserto.
20 The beast|strong="H2416" of the field|strong="H7704" shall honour|strong="H3513" me, the dragons|strong="H8577" and the owls|strong="H1323": because I give|strong="H5414" waters|strong="H4325" in the wilderness|strong="H4057", and rivers|strong="H5104" in the desert|strong="H3452", to give drink|strong="H8248" to my people|strong="H5971", my chosen|strong="H0972".
20 O animal do campo me honrará, os chacais e as corujas, porque eu dei águas no ermo e rios no deserto para dar de beber ao meu povo, meu escolhido.
21 This|strong="H2098" people|strong="H5971" have I formed|strong="H3335" for myself; they shall shew forth|strong="H5608" my praise|strong="H8416".
21 Este povo eu formei para mim mesmo, eles proclamarão meu louvor.
22 But thou hast not called|strong="H7121" upon me, O Jacob|strong="H3290"; but thou hast been weary|strong="H3021" of me, O Israel|strong="H3478".
22 Porém, tu não tens me invocado, ó Jacó, mas tu estás cansado de mim, ó Israel.
23 Thou hast not brought|strong="H0935" me the small cattle|strong="H7716" of thy burnt offerings|strong="H5930"; neither hast thou honoured|strong="H3513" me with thy sacrifices|strong="H2077". I have not caused thee to serve|strong="H5647" with an offering|strong="H4503", nor wearied|strong="H3021" thee with incense|strong="H3828".
23 Tu não me trouxeste o gado miúdo de tuas ofertas queimadas, nem me honraste com teus sacrifícios. Eu não te fiz servir com uma oferta, nem te cansei com incenso.
24 Thou hast bought|strong="H7069" me no sweet cane|strong="H7070" with money|strong="H3701", neither hast thou filled|strong="H7301" me with the fat|strong="H2459" of thy sacrifices|strong="H2077": but thou hast made me to serve|strong="H5647" with thy sins|strong="H2403", thou hast wearied|strong="H3021" me with thine iniquities|strong="H5771".
24 Tu não compraste para mim cálamo aromático com dinheiro, nem me encheste com a gordura de teus sacrifícios; porém, me fizeste servir com teus pecados; tu me cansaste com tuas iniquidades.
25 I, even I, am he that blotteth out|strong="H4229" thy transgressions|strong="H6588" for mine own sake, and will not remember|strong="H2142" thy sins|strong="H2403".
25 Eu, eu sou o que apago completamente tuas transgressões por amor de mim mesmo, e não me lembrarei dos teus pecados.
26 Put me in remembrance|strong="H2142": let us plead|strong="H8199" together|strong="H3162": declare|strong="H5608" thou, that thou mayest be justified|strong="H6663".
26 Coloca-me na tua memória. Deixa que debatamos em juízo juntamente. Declara, para que tu possas ser justificado.
27 Thy first|strong="H7223" father|strong="H0001" hath sinned|strong="H2398", and thy teachers|strong="H3887" have transgressed|strong="H6586" against me.
27 Teu primeiro pai pecou; e teus mestres têm transgredido contra mim.
28 Therefore I have profaned|strong="H2490" the princes|strong="H8269" of the sanctuary|strong="H6944", and have given|strong="H5414" Jacob|strong="H3290" to the curse|strong="H2764", and Israel|strong="H3478" to reproaches|strong="H1421".
28 Portanto, eu tenho profanado os príncipes do santuário, e tenho dado Jacó para a maldição, e Israel para a desonra.
