1 Woe|strong="H1945" to the land|strong="H0776" shadowing|strong="H6767" with wings|strong="H3671", which is beyond|strong="H5676" the rivers|strong="H5104" of Ethiopia|strong="H3568":
1 Ai da terra onde há o roçar de muitas asas de insetos, que está além dos rios da Etiópia,
2 That sendeth|strong="H7971" ambassadors|strong="H6735" by the sea|strong="H3220", even in vessels|strong="H3627" of bulrushes|strong="H1573" upon|strong="H6440" the waters|strong="H4325", saying, Go|strong="H3212", ye swift|strong="H7031" messengers|strong="H4397", to a nation|strong="H1471" scattered|strong="H4900" and peeled|strong="H4178", to a people|strong="H5971" terrible|strong="H3372" from their beginning hitherto|strong="H1973"; a nation|strong="H1471" meted out|strong="H6978" and trodden down|strong="H4001", whose land|strong="H0776" the rivers|strong="H5104" have spoiled|strong="H0958"!
2 que envia embaixadores por mar em navios de papiro sobre as águas. Vão, mensageiros velozes, a uma nação de homens altos e de pele lustrosa, a um povo que é temido pelos de perto e de longe, a uma nação poderosa e esmagadora, cuja terra é dividida por rios.
3 All ye inhabitants|strong="H3427" of the world|strong="H8398", and dwellers|strong="H7931" on the earth|strong="H0776", see|strong="H7200" ye, when he lifteth up|strong="H5375" an ensign|strong="H5251" on the mountains|strong="H2022"; and when he bloweth|strong="H8628" a trumpet|strong="H7782", hear|strong="H8085" ye.
3 Todos vocês, habitantes do mundo, os moradores da terra, olhem bem quando a bandeira for levantada nos montes. Quando a trombeta soar, escutem!
4 For so|strong="H3541" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* said|strong="H0559" unto me, I will take my rest|strong="H8252", and I will consider|strong="H5027" in my dwelling place|strong="H4349" like a clear|strong="H6703" heat|strong="H2527" upon herbs|strong="H0216", and like a cloud|strong="H5645" of dew|strong="H2919" in the heat|strong="H2527" of harvest|strong="H7105".
4 Porque o Senhor me disse: “Olhando da minha morada, estarei calmo como o ardor do sol resplandecente, como a nuvem do orvalho no tempo quente da colheita.”
5 For afore|strong="H6440" the harvest|strong="H7105", when the bud|strong="H6525" is perfect|strong="H8552", and the sour grape|strong="H1155" is ripening|strong="H1580" in the flower|strong="H5328", he shall both cut off|strong="H3772" the sprigs|strong="H2150" with pruning hooks|strong="H4211", and take away|strong="H5493" and cut down|strong="H8456" the branches|strong="H5189".
5 Porque antes da vindima, caída já a flor, e quando as uvas amadurecem, então podará os brotos com a foice e cortará os ramos que se estendem.
6 They shall be left|strong="H5800" together|strong="H3162" unto the fowls|strong="H5861" of the mountains|strong="H2022", and to the beasts|strong="H0929" of the earth|strong="H0776": and the fowls|strong="H5861" shall summer|strong="H6972" upon them, and all the beasts|strong="H0929" of the earth|strong="H0776" shall winter|strong="H2778" upon them.
6 Todos serão deixados para as aves dos montes e para os animais selvagens; sobre eles as aves de rapina passarão o verão, e todos os animais selvagens passarão o inverno sobre eles.
7 In that time|strong="H6256" shall the present|strong="H7862" be brought|strong="H2986" unto the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* of hosts|strong="H6635" of a people|strong="H5971" scattered|strong="H4900" and peeled|strong="H4178", and from a people|strong="H5971" terrible|strong="H3372" from their beginning hitherto|strong="H1973"; a nation|strong="H1471" meted out|strong="H6978" and trodden under foot|strong="H4001", whose land|strong="H0776" the rivers|strong="H5104" have spoiled|strong="H0958", to the place|strong="H4725" of the name|strong="H8034" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* of hosts|strong="H6635", the mount|strong="H2022" Zion|strong="H6726".
7 Naquele tempo, será levado um presente ao por um povo de homens altos e de pele lustrosa, povo que é temido pelos de perto e de longe, por uma nação poderosa e esmagadora, cuja terra é dividida por rios. Esse presente será levado ao lugar do nome do ao monte Sião.
