1 Hear|strong="H8085" this word|strong="H1697" that the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* hath spoken|strong="H1696" against you, O children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478", against the whole family|strong="H4940" which I brought up|strong="H5927" from the land|strong="H0776" of Egypt|strong="H4714", saying|strong="H0559",
1 Ouvi esta palavra que o Senhor fala contra vós, filhos de Israel, contra toda a família que fiz subir da terra do Egito, dizendo:
2 You only have I known|strong="H3045" of all the families|strong="H4940" of the earth|strong="H0127": therefore I will punish|strong="H6485" you for all your iniquities|strong="H5771".
2 De todas as famílias da terra só a vós vos tenho conhecido; portanto eu vos punirei por todas as vossas iniqüidades.
3 Can two|strong="H8147" walk|strong="H3212" together|strong="H3162", except|strong="H1115" they be agreed|strong="H3259"?
3 Acaso andarão dois juntos, se não estiverem de acordo?
4 Will a lion|strong="H0738" roar|strong="H7580" in the forest|strong="H3293", when he hath no prey|strong="H2964"? will a young lion|strong="H3715" cry out|strong="H5414" of his den|strong="H4585", if he have taken|strong="H3920" nothing|strong="H1115"?
4 Bramirá o leão no bosque, sem que tenha presa? Fará ouvir a sua voz o leão novo no seu covil, se nada tiver apanhado?
5 Can a bird|strong="H6833" fall|strong="H5307" in a snare|strong="H6341" upon the earth|strong="H0776", where no gin|strong="H4170" is for him? shall one take up|strong="H5927" a snare|strong="H6341" from the earth|strong="H0127", and have taken|strong="H3920" nothing at all|strong="H3920"?
5 Cairá a ave no laço em terra, se não houver armadilha para ela? levantar-se-á da terra o laço, sem que tenha apanhado alguma coisa?
6 Shall a trumpet|strong="H7782" be blown|strong="H8628" in the city|strong="H5892", and the people|strong="H5971" not be afraid|strong="H2729"? shall there be evil|strong="H7451" in a city|strong="H5892", and the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* hath not done|strong="H6213" it?
6 Tocar-se-á a trombeta na cidade, e o povo não estremecerá? Sucederá qualquer mal à cidade, sem que o Senhor o tenha feito?
7 Surely the Lord|strong="H0136" \+w GOD|strong="H3069"\+w* will do|strong="H6213" nothing|strong="H1697", but he revealeth|strong="H1540" his secret|strong="H5475" unto his servants|strong="H5650" the prophets|strong="H5030".
7 Certamente o Senhor Deus não fará coisa alguma, sem ter revelado o seu segredo aos seus servos, os profetas.
8 The lion|strong="H0738" hath roared|strong="H7580", who will not|strong="H3808" fear|strong="H3372"? the Lord|strong="H0136" \+w GOD|strong="H3069"\+w* hath spoken|strong="H1696", who can but prophesy|strong="H5012"?
8 Bramiu o leão, quem não temerá? Falou o Senhor Deus, quem não profetizará?
9 Publish|strong="H8085" in the palaces|strong="H0759" at Ashdod|strong="H0795", and in the palaces|strong="H0759" in the land|strong="H0776" of Egypt|strong="H4714", and say|strong="H0559", Assemble|strong="H0622" yourselves upon the mountains|strong="H2022" of Samaria|strong="H8111", and behold|strong="H7200" the great|strong="H7227" tumults|strong="H4103" in the midst|strong="H7130" thereof, and the oppressed|strong="H6217" in the midst|strong="H8432" thereof.
9 Proclamai nos palácios de Asdode, e nos palácios da terra do Egito, e dizei: Ajuntai-vos sobre os montes de Samária, e vede que grandes alvoroços nela há, e que opressões no meio dela.
10 For they know|strong="H3045" not to do|strong="H6213" right|strong="H5229", saith|strong="H5002" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, who store|strong="H0686" up violence|strong="H2555" and robbery|strong="H7701" in their palaces|strong="H0759".
10 Pois não sabem fazer o que é reto, diz o Senhor, aqueles que entesouram nos seus palácios a violência e a destruição.
11 Therefore thus saith|strong="H0559" the Lord|strong="H0136" \+w GOD|strong="H3069"\+w*; An adversary|strong="H6862" there shall be even round about|strong="H5439" the land|strong="H0776"; and he shall bring down|strong="H3381" thy strength|strong="H5797" from thee, and thy palaces|strong="H0759" shall be spoiled|strong="H0962".
11 Portanto, o Senhor Deus diz assim: um inimigo cercará a tua terra; derrubará a tua fortaleza, e os teus palácios serão saqueados.
12 Thus saith|strong="H0559" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*; As the shepherd|strong="H7462" taketh out|strong="H5337" of the mouth|strong="H6310" of the lion|strong="H0738" two|strong="H8147" legs|strong="H3767", or a piece|strong="H0915" of an ear|strong="H0241"; so shall the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478" be taken out|strong="H5337" that dwell|strong="H3427" in Samaria|strong="H8111" in the corner|strong="H6285" of a bed|strong="H4296", and in Damascus|strong="H1833" in a couch|strong="H6210".
12 Assim diz o Senhor: Como o pastor livra da boca do leão as duas pernas, ou um pedacinho da orelha, assim serão livrados os filhos de Israel que habitam em Samária, junto com um canto do leito e um pedaço da cama.
13 Hear|strong="H8085" ye, and testify|strong="H5749" in the house|strong="H1004" of Jacob|strong="H3290", saith|strong="H5002" the Lord|strong="H0136" \+w GOD|strong="H3069"\+w*, the God|strong="H0430" of hosts|strong="H6635",
13 Ouvi, e protestai contra a casa de Jacó, diz o Senhor Deus, o Deus dos exércitos:
14 That in the day|strong="H3117" that I shall visit|strong="H6485" the transgressions|strong="H6588" of Israel|strong="H3478" upon him I will also visit|strong="H6485" the altars|strong="H4196" of Beth-el|strong="H1008": and the horns|strong="H7161" of the altar|strong="H4196" shall be cut off|strong="H1438", and fall|strong="H5307" to the ground|strong="H0776".
14 Pois no dia em que eu punir as transgressões de Israel, também castigarei os altares de Betel; e as pontas do altar serão cortadas, e cairão por terra.
15 And I will smite|strong="H5221" the winter|strong="H2779" house|strong="H1004" with the summer|strong="H7019" house|strong="H1004"; and the houses|strong="H1004" of ivory|strong="H8127" shall perish|strong="H0006", and the great|strong="H7227" houses|strong="H1004" shall have an end|strong="H5486", saith|strong="H5002" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.
15 Derribarei a casa de inverno juntamente com a casa de verão; as casas de marfim perecerão, e as grandes casas terão fim, diz o Senhor.
