Darby Bible (DARBY) vs ARA
1 [To the chief Musician. On Jeduthun. Of Asaph. A Psalm.] My voice is unto God, and I will cry; my voice is unto God, and he will give ear unto me.
1 Elevo a Deus a minha voz e clamo, elevo a Deus a minha voz, para que me atenda.
2 In the day of my trouble, I sought the Lord: my hand was stretched out in the night, and slacked not; my soul refused to be comforted.
2 No dia da minha angústia, procuro o Senhor; erguem-se as minhas mãos durante a noite e não se cansam; a minha alma recusa consolar-se.
3 I remembered God, and I moaned; I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah.
3 Lembro-me de Deus e passo a gemer; medito, e me desfalece o espírito.
4 Thou holdest open mine eyelids; I am full of disquiet and cannot speak.
4 Não me deixas pregar os olhos; tão perturbado estou, que nem posso falar.
5 I consider the days of old, the years of ancient times.
5 Penso nos dias de outrora, trago à lembrança os anos de passados tempos.
6 I remember my song in the night; I muse in mine own heart, and my spirit maketh diligent search.
6 De noite indago o meu íntimo, e o meu espírito perscruta.
7 Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more?
7 Rejeita o Senhor para sempre? Acaso, não torna a ser propício?
8 Hath his loving-kindness ceased for ever? hath {his} word come to an end from generation to generation?
8 Cessou perpetuamente a sua graça? Caducou a sua promessa para todas as gerações?
9 Hath *God forgotten to be gracious? or hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah.
9 Esqueceu-se Deus de ser benigno? Ou, na sua ira, terá ele reprimido as suas misericórdias?
10 Then said I, This is my weakness: -the years of the right hand of the Most High
10 Então, disse eu: isto é a minha aflição; mudou-se a destra do Altíssimo.
11 Will I remember, -the works of Jah; for I will remember thy wonders of old,
11 Recordo os feitos do Senhor , pois me lembro das tuas maravilhas da antiguidade.
12 And I will meditate upon all thy work, and muse upon thy doings.
12 Considero também nas tuas obras todas e cogito dos teus prodígios.
13 O God, thy way is in the sanctuary: who is so great a *god as God?
13 O teu caminho, ó Deus, é de santidade. Que deus é tão grande como o nosso Deus?
14 Thou art the *God that doest wonders; thou hast declared thy strength among the peoples.
14 Tu és o Deus que operas maravilhas e, entre os povos, tens feito notório o teu poder.
15 Thou hast with {thine} arm redeemed thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.
15 Com o teu braço remiste o teu povo, os filhos de Jacó e de José.
16 The waters saw thee, O God, the waters saw thee; they trembled, yea, the depths were troubled:
16 Viram-te as águas, ó Deus; as águas te viram e temeram, até os abismos se abalaram.
17 The thick clouds poured out water; the skies sent out a sound, yea, thine arrows went abroad:
17 Grossas nuvens se desfizeram em água; houve trovões nos espaços; também as suas setas cruzaram de uma parte para outra.
18 The voice of thy thunder was in the whirlwind, lightnings lit up the world; the earth was troubled and it quaked.
18 O ribombar do teu trovão ecoou na redondeza; os relâmpagos alumiaram o mundo; a terra se abalou e tremeu.
19 Thy way is in the sea, and thy paths are in the great waters; and thy footsteps are not known.
19 Pelo mar foi o teu caminho; as tuas veredas, pelas grandes águas; e não se descobrem os teus vestígios.
20 Thou leddest thy people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
20 O teu povo, tu o conduziste, como rebanho, pelas mãos de Moisés e de Arão.
