1 [To the chief Musician. Of David. A Psalm: a Song.] Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered, and let them that hate him flee before him.
1 Ao Músico-chefe, Salmo ou Canção de Davi. Que Deus se levante, que seus inimigos sejam dispersados; que aqueles que o odeiam fujam diante dele.
2 As smoke is driven, thou wilt drive them away; as wax melteth before the fire, the wicked shall perish at the presence of God.
2 Assim como a fumaça é levada para longe, leva-os para longe; assim como a cera derrete diante do fogo, que os perversos também pereçam na presença de Deus.
3 But the righteous shall rejoice: they shall exult before God and be glad with joy.
3 Mas alegrem-se os justos, se regozijem diante de Deus; sim, regozijem-se extremamente.
4 Sing unto God, sing forth his name; cast up a way for him that rideth in the deserts: his name is Jah; and rejoice before him.
4 Cantai a Deus, cantai louvores ao seu nome; exaltai aquele que monta sobre os céus, pelo seu nome JAH, e regozijai diante dele.
5 A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.
5 Pai dos órfãos, e juiz das viúvas é Deus em sua santa habitação.
6 God maketh the solitary into families; those that were bound he bringeth out into prosperity: but the rebellious dwell in a parched {land}.
6 Deus põe os solitários em famílias; ele liberta aqueles que estão presos em correntes; mas os rebeldes habitam em terra seca.
7 O God, when thou wentest forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness-(Selah) -
7 Ó Deus, quando foste diante do teu povo; quando marchaste pelo deserto, Selá;
8 The earth trembled, the heavens also dropped at the presence of God, yon Sinai, at the presence of God, the God of Israel.
8 A terra sacudiu, os céus também caíram na presença de Deus; até o próprio Sinai foi movido da presença de Deus, o Deus de Israel.
9 Thou, O God, didst pour a plentiful rain upon thine inheritance, and when it was weary thou strengthenedst it.
9 Tu, ó Deus, enviaste uma chuva abundante, por meio da qual confirmaste a tua herança, quando ela estava cansada.
10 Thy flock hath dwelt therein: thou hast prepared in thy goodness, for the afflicted, O God!
10 Tua congregação habitou lá; tu, ó Deus, preparaste da tua bondade para os pobres.
11 The Lord gives the word: great the host of the publishers.
11 O Senhor deu a palavra; grande foi a companhia daqueles que a publicaram.
12 Kings of armies flee; they flee, and she that tarrieth at home divideth the spoil.
12 Reis de exércitos fugiram rapidamente, e aquela que ficou em casa dividiu o despojo.
13 Though ye have lain among the sheepfolds, {ye shall be as} wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with green gold.
13 Vós tendes garantias entre os vasos, vós sereis como as asas de uma pomba coberta de prata, e as suas penas de ouro amarelo.
14 When the Almighty scattered kings in it, it became snow-white as Zalmon.
14 Quando o Todo-Poderoso dispersou reis, estava branco como a neve em Salmom.
15 {As} mount Bashan is the mount of God, a many-peaked mountain, {as} mount Bashan.
15 O monte de Deus é como o monte de Basã; um monte tão alto quanto o monte de Basã.
16 Why do ye look with envy, ye many-peaked mountains, upon the mount that God hath desired for his abode? yea, Jehovah will dwell {there} for ever.
16 Por que vós saltais, altos montes? Este é o monte no qual Deus deseja habitar; sim, o SENHOR habitará nele para sempre.
17 The chariots of God are twenty thousand, thousands upon thousands; the Lord is among them: it is a Sinai in holiness.
17 As carruagens de Deus são vinte mil, milhares de anjos; o Senhor está entre eles, como no Sinai, no lugar santo.
18 Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts in Man, and even {for} the rebellious, for the dwelling {there} of Jah Elohim.
18 Tu ascendeste ao alto; tu fizeste cativo o cativeiro; tu recebeste presentes para os homens; sim, também para os rebeldes, para que o SENHOR Deus pudesse habitar entre eles.
19 Blessed be the Lord: day by day doth he load us {with good}, the *God who is our salvation. Selah.
19 Bendito seja o Senhor, que diariamente nos carrega com benefícios, o Deus da nossa salvação. Selá.
20 Our *God is the *God of salvation; and with Jehovah, the Lord, are the goings forth {even} from death.
20 Aquele que é o nosso Deus é o Deus da salvação, e a DEUS, o Senhor, pertencem as questões da morte.
21 Verily God will smite the head of his enemies, the hairy scalp of him that goeth on still in his trespasses.
21 Mas Deus ferirá a cabeça dos seus inimigos, e o couro cabeludo daquele que anda quieto em suas transgressões.
22 The Lord said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring {them} again from the depth of the sea;
22 O Senhor disse: Eu trarei novamente de Basã, eu trarei o meu povo novamente das profundezas do mar.
23 That thou mayest dip thy foot in blood: the tongue of thy dogs has its portion from enemies.
23 Que o teu pé possa ser mergulhado no sangue dos teus inimigos, e no mesmo a língua dos seus cães.
24 They have seen thy goings, O God, the goings of my *God, my King, in the sanctuary.
24 Eles viram as tuas idas, ó Deus; as idas do meu Deus, meu Rei, no santuário.
25 The singers went before, the players on stringed instruments after, in the midst of maidens playing on tabrets.
25 Os cantores foram antes, os tocadores dos instrumentos seguiram após; entre eles havia donzelas tocando tamborins.
26 In the congregations bless ye God, the Lord, -{ye} from the fountain of Israel.
26 Bendizei a Deus nas congregações, ao Senhor, desde a fonte de Israel.
27 There is little Benjamin, their ruler; the princes of Judah, their company; the princes of Zebulun, the princes of Naphtali.
27 Lá está o pequeno Benjamim com o seu governante, os príncipes de Judá e o seu conselho, os príncipes de Zebulom, e os príncipes de Naftali.
28 Thy God hath commanded thy strength: strengthen, O God, that which thou hast wrought for us.
28 Teu Deus comandou a tua força; fortalece, ó Deus, aquilo que forjaste para nós.
29 Because of thy temple at Jerusalem shall kings bring presents unto thee.
29 Por causa do teu templo em Jerusalém, reis trarão presentes a ti.
30 Rebuke the beast of the reeds, the assembly of the strong, with the calves of the peoples: {every one} submitteth himself with pieces of silver. Scatter the peoples that delight in war.
30 Repreende a companhia de lanceiros, a multidão dos touros, com os novilhos do povo, até que cada um deles se submeta com peças de prata; dispersa tu os povos que se deleitam com a guerra.
31 Great ones shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall quickly stretch out her hands unto God.
31 Príncipes sairão do Egito; a Etiópia logo estenderá as suas mãos a Deus.
32 Ye kingdoms of the earth, sing unto God; sing psalms of the Lord, (Selah,)
32 Cantai a Deus, vós reinos da terra; ó, cantai louvores ao Senhor. Selá.
33 Of him that rideth upon the heavens, the heavens which are of old: lo, he uttereth his voice, a mighty voice.
33 Àquele que monta sobre os céus dos céus, que eram desde a antiguidade; eis que ele envia sua voz, e ela é uma poderosa voz.
34 Ascribe ye strength unto God: his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the clouds.
34 Atribuí vós força a Deus; sua excelência está sobre Israel, e a sua força está nas nuvens.
35 Terrible art thou, O God, out of thy sanctuaries, -the *God of Israel! He it is that giveth strength and might unto the people. Blessed be God!
35 Ó Deus, tu és terrível fora dos teus lugares santos; o Deus de Israel é aquele que dá força e poder ao seu povo. Bendito seja Deus.
