1 Pedro 2
A Nãaŋmɩn Nɛtɩr Oaalaa Gãn, Bɩrfʊɔr (BIV) vs VC
1 A lɛ jũu, yɩ ir yɩ mãɛ yin a yosɔ̃ɔ 'yɛr, bɛlfʊ, nɛɛr ayi tarfʊ, nyuur, nɩ kporfʊ jaa bʊrɔ pɔ.
1 Deponde, pois, toda malícia, toda astúcia, fingimentos, invejas e toda espécie de maledicência.
2 Yɩ kaara fɩka bipɩlɛ, na yɩ bʊɔrɔ a Nãaŋmɩn 'yɛr ka ɩ yɩ vɔlaa a bɩr kaar, a yɩn tʊ̃ɔ nʊ̃ɔ a yɩ faafʊ pɔ,
2 as newborn babes desire earnestly the pure mental milk of the word, that by it ye may grow up to salvation,
3 bojũu an ɩ yɩ lɛm kaa lɛ a sɩ Soro na nʊ̃mɔ̃.
3 if indeed ye have tasted that the Lord {is} good.
4 An ɩ yɩ wa naa a wʊ sɛ̃ na ɩ a Kʊsɩr vʊr a nɩsaal na tɔr bar, tɩchɛ ka a Nãaŋmɩn ir wʊ a wʊ ɩ bʊ̃sʊ̃,
4 — ausente —
5 yɩn mɩ na ɩ fɩka a kʊsɩvʊɛ a ba mɛn yɩ, nɩ a Nãaŋmɩn yir ka yɩ ɩ a wʊ bɔɔrlo chɛchɛsɩ, na yɩ loro a wʊ bɔɔr wʊn sɔɔ tu a Yesu Kɩrɩsɩto 'yɔ̃ɔ.
5 yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
6 A sɛb a Nãaŋmɩn gãn pɔ ɩka, “Nyɛ, n bin a kʊsɩr be a Jiyon tẽe pɔ, a kʊsɩr vɩla 'lɔ ɩn kaa ir ka wʊ ɩ a kʊsɩr ju, ka nɩrɛ 'lɔ jaa na sɔɔ de wʊ, vã kʊ̃ di wʊ ɛ.” (Isaiya 28:16)
6 Because it is contained in the scripture: Behold, I lay in Zion a corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be put to shame.
7 Pʊ̃pãanyã a yɩn bala na sɔɔ de wʊ, wʊ ɩn kʊsɩr sʊ̃. Tɩchɛ a bala na ba sɔɔ de wʊ ɛ, “A kʊsɩr 'lɔ a mɩmɩɛrbɛ na tɔr bar, 'lɔ lɛ ɩ a kʊsɩr ju,” (Yiel Gãn 118:22)
7 To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,
8 na, “Wʊ ɩ a kʊsɩr 'lɔ a nɩbɛ na ŋmiere a gbɛɛ, na wʊ ɩ a pie 'lɔ ban bãra loro.” (Isaiya 8:14) Ba ŋmiere naa ba gbɛɛ bojũu ba tɔr naa a 'yɛr 'lɔ 'yɔ̃ɔ a Nãaŋmɩn na dɔ̃ɔ bin ba.
8 and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.
9 Tɩchɛ yɩn 'lɔ, Nãaŋmɩn lɛ ir yɩ a yɩ ɩ a wʊ bɔɔrlo nãmɩne, na yɩ ɩ nɩchɛchɛsɩ, na yɩ ɩ a Nãaŋmɩn sofʊ, ka yɩ na pɛɛrɛ wʊ, an ɩ 'lɔ lɛ bʊɔl yɩ yin a libe pɔ waan a wʊ chãa herete pɔ.
9 But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;
10 Yaa dɔ̃ɔ ɩ a wʊ nɩbɛ ɛ, tɩchɛ pʊ̃pãanyã yɩ ɩ naa a Nãaŋmɩn nɩbɛ. Yaa dɔ̃ɔ tara a Nãaŋmɩn nɩbaal ɛ, tɩchɛ pʊ̃pãanyã yɩ tara wʊ naa.
10 who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.
11 N barmɩne, n sʊɔrɔ yɩ naa nɩtãa nɩyʊɔrsɩ nɩ sãanba ka a wɛr pɔ ɩka, yɩ ir yɩ mãɛ yin a ãgãn vɔlaa na ma jɛɛrɛ nɩ a yɩ sɩɩr.
11 Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
12 Yɩ kpɩɛrɛ vɩla a bala na ba puoro sɛ̃, ban sɔɔ gba kpɛrɛ yɩ ɩka dɛɛr lɛ yɩ maala, bala wa nyɛ a yɩ vɩla maalfʊ ban 'yɔ̃ɔn Nãaŋmɩn tɩɩr a wʊ waa bɩbir.
12 having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.
13 A sɩ Soro jũu, yɩ siir yɩ mãɛ kʊ a tʊ̃ɔfʊ dẽme, ala sɔɔ ɩ a nãkpɛ̃ɛ 'lɔ lɛ,
13 — ausente —
14 bɩɩ a nãbil bala wʊn ir bin a tẽn tẽn ka ba kpãana a bala na maala dɛɛr tɩ pɛɛrɛ a bala mɩ na maala a lɛ na tor.
14 or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.
15 Bojũu Nãaŋmɩn bɔfʊ lɛ ɩka yɩn maala vɩla na yɩ pɔɔ a ba bɔ̃ɔ dẽme na ɩ a jɔlɔ nɛɛr.
15 Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;
16 Yɩ kpɩɛrɛ nɩtãa sumɩne, tɩchɛ yɩ taa de a mãɛ sofʊ nyã pɔɔn yelbier ɛ, tɩ yɩ kpɩɛrɛ fɩka Nãaŋmɩn gbãgbaar.
16 as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.
17 Yɩ 'yɔ̃ɔnɔ̃ nɩrɛ jaa na yɩ nʊ̃ a yɩ taa Yesu turbo, na yɩ joro Nãaŋmɩn dãbãɛ, tɩ 'yɔ̃ɔnɔ̃ a nãa.
17 Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.
18 Gbãgbaar, yɩ siir yɩ mãɛ kʊ a yɩ tʊ̃nbɔ nɩ 'yɔ̃ɔfʊ, a ta ɩ a bala na bal nɩbir maala yɩ vɩla tɛɛ ɛ, tɩchɛ a bala mɩ na kpɛ̃mɛ a nɩbir.
18 Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.
19 Bojũu a Nãaŋmɩn na maal vɩla kʊ nɩrɛ 'lɔ na tara tɩɛr vɩla, na wʊ di dɔɔyɛ na ba tara sɔr ɛ, bojũu wʊ tara na Nãaŋmɩn tɩɛr.
19 For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.
20 Tɩchɛ bo lɛ na ɩ a yɩ tɔ̃nɔ̃, ala ɩ ba ŋme yɩ naa yɩn tʊ̃ dɛɛr jũu? Tɩchɛ ala ɩ yɩ din dɔɔyɛ yɩn maal vɩla jũu, an ɩn tɔ̃nɔ̃ kʊ yɩ Nãaŋmɩn niem.
20 For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.
21 A anyãna jũu lɛ a Nãaŋmɩn bʊɔl yɩ, bojũu Kɩrɩsɩto mɩ dɔ̃ɔ di dɔɔyɛ, na wʊ maal wiil yɩ ɩka yɩ turo a wʊ pala.
21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
22 “Ka waa dɔ̃ɔ maal dɛɛr jaa ɛ, bɩɩ ka bɛlfʊ yi a wʊ nɛɛ pɔ ɛ.” (Isaiya 53:9)
22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;
23 A lɛ ban dɔ̃ɔ tʊrɔ wʊ, waa mɩ tʊ yaa a sãn ɛ. A dɔɔyɛ na pɔɔ wʊ, waa jo dãbãɛ ɛ. Tɩchɛ wʊ den a wʊ mãɛ kʊ a Nãaŋmɩn na tɔɔrɔ a 'yɛr jaa dẽ dẽ.
23 who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;
24 A wʊ mãɛ lɛ tuo a sɩ yeldɛbɛ a wʊ ãgãn pɔ a daa ju, ka sɩ mɩ na kpi kʊ yelbier tɩ be be kʊ yeltorsɩ. A wʊ fɛlɛ ala jũu lɛ sãa sɩ.
24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 Na yɩ kaara fɩka piir na dɔ̃ɔ bɔrɔ, tɩchɛ pʊ̃pãanyã yɩ lɩɛb wa a pɛchinɛ na kaara a yɩ sɩɩr sɛ̃.
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
