Ëhi jiëꞌe suvuoro bojamijëꞌoho God-ro garomo nimajeje.
5 yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

7 To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,
8 Röhu jabesi jö göho jajivoromo ëhi uvëꞌeje:
8 and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.
9 Aꞌi jemë God-ro baejëvëꞌe aribövie jëve. Huꞌo masije riravaruje priest ömoꞌöme jëve. Ma-maemu jëvëꞌe aribövie jëve. Hesiremu jëvaje hesi bëhoho jemëro hesi mu mabëhi hesi jöho ae majëhiꞌirarijego rabëni jemë ramoramore raromamu huhu baejëvoromo hesi aji mare bamëvadohuni ëhuni ae majëhiꞌirarijego.
9 But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;
10 Urimoho jemë iho rumoꞌe aribövie jëvadeje. Jaruvoho God-are aribövie jëve. Urimoho God-are huë maho bogo baejarijeje. Jaruvoho hesi huë maho baejëꞌe jëve.
10 who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.
11 Aganomë na jögore bojëmiꞌirögoro ëꞌe. Jemë ave saꞌare raromarujoho saꞌa göre ma-jahuri raromarue aribövioho vaꞌëne jëvanove. Ëhuni uëve jemesi sinehu mu gö gö nimoromo aruꞌahohuꞌo umogihajoho nadi gavanovore.
11 Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
12 Aꞌiro God bogo uehorovarue ariböviohuꞌo raromoromo mu maemu vaebe vaꞌore. Ëhi ëꞌëꞌoho jabumëro jö sisë buꞌöromo jemë sisë vaejaruje hö uëvaruoho röhu gëꞌiröhe jemë mu mae vaeꞌiramu gëgorovo vaꞌo ëho majaho rueꞌiramu God-are ihoho mae uaꞌëꞌö.
12 having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.
13 Röhu Badare jöho uehorovoromo aehu masijo bahiꞌamare aribövioho ahoꞌobëhe jabesi jöho ejëhore. Aehu böröme namiromo nosi saꞌae ahoꞌobëhe muebejavuajoho ejahore.

14 or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.
15 Jemëhu a masijo ejëhoꞌirarije hesi bëhoho God hu nime jemëro mu mae vaejego sisëꞌi uehorovarue ariböviohuro ëho garomo simano rumoꞌe jöho vuonugoröhego.
15 Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;
16 Röhu aehu a gö jabesi darugoremu raromoromo jabesi muemu vaejaruëhioho nadi ëhioho raromoꞌi mae raromo jijihore. Ëhiꞌore röhu nadi uvore: No bogo a darugoremuoho raromoꞌi iae no nosi mae raromo jijiharuëromo ëhuni riꞌöromo mu sisëho vaere. Aꞌiro uvore: No God-are darugoremu raromoromo hesi muemu vaejarue aribövie javuajëromo mae raromo jijihore.
16 as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.
17 Ëhiꞌoromo ae ahoꞌobëhe rajëhire. Christian ö muenoꞌoho dë vövöbajoꞌe ahoꞌo uehorovëvore. God böröme hö uehorovore. Saꞌare böröme namiromo muebejavuajoho rajahire.
17 Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.
18 O ae gö jabesi darugoremu raromoromo mu vaejëharuje aribövioharo jemesi mu simano vaejarue aribövioho masije hö uehorovoromo jöho ejëhonövore. Jemesi a masijehu a mae jioromo sanuꞌe jöemu majëhijëꞌoho ejëhoꞌi röhu vöröꞌe aribövioho jabuꞌo ejëhonövore.
18 Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.
19 Ëhi jiëꞌe sisë aribövi ejëhoꞌirarije hesi bëhoho jaehu God-are jö uehorovanuohuni aehu huë vavaeni ëma bojamamu ma-herovëꞌi taemorovoromo hijëꞌoho God-are huë maho baeꞌaꞌanue.
19 For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.
20 O jemë mu sisë vaejamu aehu muoꞌamëvamu jemëhu ma-taemorovëꞌoho no rabëni uvoꞌejo: Jemë taemorovarujohuro jemesi ihoho ajiomëꞌe höjo. Aꞌi jemë mu mae vaejëꞌiro huë vavaeni bojëmamu ma-taemorovëꞌoho ëhuro God-hu gavajoho maeje.
20 For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.
21 Rabëni hesi bëhoho God-ro ëhi jiëꞌe huë vavaeniꞌe muoho jemesi örire bojëmijëꞌeje. Keriso huꞌo jemesi jöëni huë vavaene baejadeje. Huë vavaene baeromo ëhuro jemëhu diehi ëꞌirarije muoho röjëhijadeje huhu ëꞌadëhi jemëꞌo ëhi ëꞌirarijego.
21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
22 Hu mu sisëho bogo vaejadeje. Sareriꞌe jöho bogo jövadeje.
22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;
23 Aehu sivohijaroho bogo mana sivëgonövohijo. Aehu viꞌehi bojamihijaroho hu bogo jö darugoꞌoho mana majëhinövohijo. Aꞌi hesi arijoꞌarije God-are övo döre bamorovadeje hu mae mevoromo gavaje aego.
23 who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;
24 Ëhiꞌoromo huro nosi sisë hesi iꞌuoho hesi sino hahoꞌere baeromo korosire guomadeje ëhuro no vuovanovoromo öri sisëho ioroꞌiore gemu vuonugoꞌi iꞌovoromo öri maremu jijihoröhego. Huhu viꞌehi baejadohuro ëhuro jemë sisëꞌi raromarijoho marëjëvëꞌeje.
24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 Sheep-ehu sidövanovoromo jijiharijoho jaruvoho sheep o jemesi aruꞌaho muebeꞌamaje a hesiro vuonoröꞌö rovëꞌe jëve.
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
