Gálatas 5
OEB: Open English Bible (US Spelling) (SM_OEB) vs AAI
1 It is for freedom that Christ set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not again be held under the yoke of slavery.
1 Turobe it i kakafinane tama’am Keriso rufamit botaitit tatit, imih kwanabatkikin, naatu men kwanamatabir ofafar ana dibur kwanarun maiye’emih.
2 Understand that I, Paul, myself tell you that if you allow yourselves to be circumcised, Christ will avail you nothing.
2 Ayu Paul tur iti ao’o, Kwananowar gewas! Kwa a baibasitamaim a’ar mo’oh hina’a’afuw na’at, Keriso ana baibais kwa isa i boro men nama.
3 I again declare to everyone who receives circumcision, that he binds himself to obey the whole law.
3 Iban abimatnuwi maiye, orot yait ibasit ana ar hina’a’afuw, nati orot i gewasin ofafar tutufin etei ni’ufunun.
4 You have severed yourselves from Christ — you who are seeking to be pronounced righteous through law; you have fallen away from love.
4 Kwa iyab kwasinaftobon ofafaramaim rumutufuri na God biyan tit isan kwananotanot, kwa a ef Keriso biyanamaim i turu’um kwatit, naatu God ana manaw ana kabeber ufunane kwama’am.
5 For we, by the help of the Spirit, are eagerly waiting for the fulfillment of our hope — that we may be pronounced righteous as the result of faith.
5 Baise it ata baitumatumamaim God yamutufurit naatu Anun Kakafiyin ana fairamaim abisa God eo’omatanit isan nuhit fot tama takakaif.
6 If we are in union with Christ Jesus, neither is circumcision nor the omission of it anything, but faith, working through love, is everything.
6 Anayabin it Keriso Jesu bairit tabita’imon ana veya’amaim ata ar hi’afuw o afuwina’e nati i men ana’an gagaminamih, baise ana’an gagamin i o inabitumatum ana veya nati baitumatum boro nakura’ahi sabuw afa iniyabuwih.
7 You were once making good progress! Who has hindered you from obeying the truth?
7 Kwa i kwabusuruf gewasin maiyow kwanunuw! Baise yait eotani turobe kwabi’ufunun kwaihamiy kwanutanub kwama’am?
8 The persuasion brought to bear on you does not come from him who calls you.
8 Nati o’otanen i men God kwa eafi kwanan i eotani kwama’amamih.
9 A little leaven leavens all the dough.
9 Sabuw teo na’atube, “Tur kakafin ta’imon awamaim titit ma etei boro ni’afiy, ana itinin yeast kikimin faraw wanawanan teyai tekamat erara’at na’atube.”
10 I, through my union with the Lord, am persuaded that you will learn to think with me. But the man who is disturbing your minds will have to bear his punishment, whoever he may be.
10 Baise ayu abitumatum Regah boro nabonawiyi kwanamatabir maiye Regah wanawananamaim abisa ai’itin bairi ta’imon tana’itin, naatu orot yait kwa a not ebikwakwaris, men aso’ob orot yait, nati orot boro God ana baimakiy nab.
11 If I, friends, am still proclaiming circumcision, why am I still persecuted? It seems that the cross has ceased to be an obstacle!
11 Taitu, ayu ar afuw isan ana bibinan na’at, aisim ayu boro’ika hi’uwu tibi’a’akiru? Ayu nati ana sisinaf turobe na’at, ayu Keriso onaf afe’en momorob isan abibinan i boro men yare ta timatar.
12 I could even wish that the people who are unsettling you would go further still and mutilate themselves.
12 Oare, au kok nati sabuw iyab kwa a not tibikwakwaris kwaihamiyih hai kok tisinaf ten yanoh foufuh tebow erubarih tema.
13 Remember, friends, to you the call came to give you freedom. Only do not make your freedom an opportunity for self-indulgence, but serve one another in a loving spirit.
13 Taitu kwa i hi’afi kwatit roufamen kwabai, baise men iti roufamen kwabaib imaim nuhinafot kwa biya ana kok nanawiyimih, baise nati efanin kwa i yabowamaim nanawiyi taituwa isah kwanabow.
14 Indeed, the whole law has been summed up in this one precept — ‘You must love your neighbor as you love yourself.’
14 Anayabin ofafar etei i bai na ita’imon an ta’imon matar, “Taituwa iniyabuwih o isa kubiyabow na’atube.”
15 But, if you are continually wounding and preying on one another, take care that you are not destroyed by one another.
15 Baise o sigarafor na’atube inabat hauhuh iniwa’an turanah inayob inabi’a’afiyen na’at, i mata toniwa’an a kou’ay i boro inagurus ni’en.
16 This is what I have to say — Let your steps be guided by the Spirit, and then you will never gratify the cravings of your earthly nature.
16 Abisa ao i iti. Anun Kakafiyin ana yawasamaim nakaifi kwanama, saise kwa boro men biya ana kok kakafih sinaf susuwimih kwaniwa’an.
17 For these cravings of our earthly nature conflict with the Spirit, and the Spirit with our earthly nature — they are two contrary principles — so that you cannot do what you wish.
17 Anayabin abisa biyat ekokok Anun Kakafiyin i men ekokok naatu abisa Anun Kakafiyin ekokok biyat i men ekokok. Iti sawar rou’ab i tibirakit naatu nati ana naniyan i o men karam abisa kukokok boro inasinaf.
18 But, if you follow the guidance of the Spirit, you are not subject to law.
18 Baise Anun Kakafiyin nananawiyi na’at, o boro men ofafar nabonawiy babanamaim inama’amih.
19 The sins of our earthly nature are unmistakable. They are sins like these — sexual immorality, impurity, indecency,
19 O biya ana naniyan kakafinamaim nananawiyi ana ro’oh i, baiwa’an kwanekwan not kakakafih not kwanekwan,
20 idolatry, sorcery, quarrels, strife, jealousy, outbursts of passion, rivalries, dissensions, divisions,
20 umataratar kwafirih, kwerakwer sabuw baitutumih, bai’a’awanen, yaso’ar, gamin, baiyow; baibobowen kwanekwan, mata baifefek, naatu kau’ay kausisibin gidigidih matar,
21 feelings of envy, drunkenness, revelry, and the like. And I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who indulge in such things will have no place in the kingdom of God.
21 bahiy kwanekwan, tom kwanekwan baikoko’aw naatu kakafih sinaf kwanekwan na hanef tetebon, naatu sawar kakafih afa auman. Marasika abimatnuwi na’atube boun iban abimatnuwi maiye. Sabuw iyab sawar iti tisisinaf God ana aiwobomaim boro men hinarun hiniyasisir.
22 But the fruit produced by the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindliness, generosity, trustfulness, gentleness, self-control.
22 Baise Anun Kakafiyin ana ro’oh i yabow, yasisir, tufuw, yatenub, kabeber, gewagewasin, kakaf,
23 Against such things there is no law!
23 yara’iyen naatu yawas roumutufuren. Sabuw iyab iti yawasamaim tema’am ofafar boro men nafatumih.
24 And those who belong to Jesus, the Christ, have already crucified their earthly nature, with its passions and its cravings.
24 Sabuw iyab Keriso Jesu nowan i biyah ana kok naatu biyah ana yababan etei onaf afe’en hi’onaf morob.
25 Since our life is due to the Spirit, let us rule our conduct also by the Spirit.
25 Yawas boubun iti boun tabai tama’ama i Anun Kakafiyin itit. Imih i Anun Kakafiyin ana kokomaim nabonawiyit.
26 Do not let us grow vain, and provoke or envy one another.
26 It men tanio’o’orot o men taituwat tania’awanih o men taituwat isah tanibobowen.
