1 “ ‘When a person sins in that he hears the utterance of a curse and he is a witness or he sees or he knows, if he does not make it known, then he shall bear his guilt.
1 E se alguém pecar, e ouvir uma voz de blasfêmia, e for testemunha, de algo que viu ou soube, se ele não o disser, então ele levará a sua iniquidade;
2 Or if a person touches anything unclean, ⌞whether⌟ an unclean wild animal’s dead body or an unclean domestic animal’s dead body or an unclean swarmer’s dead body, but ⌞he is unaware of it⌟, he is unclean and he is guilty.
2 ou se uma alma tocar em alguma coisa impura, seja carcaça de um animal impuro, ou a carcaça de gado impuro, seja carcaça de coisas impuras que se arrastam, ainda que lhe seja oculto, contudo, ele será impuro e culpado;
3 Or when he touches human uncleanness, ⌞namely⌟ any uncleanness of his by which he might become unclean, but ⌞he is unaware of it⌟, and he himself finds out, then he will be guilty.
3 ou se ele tocar a impureza de um homem, seja qual for a impureza com que o homem se tornou impuro, e lhe for oculto, quando o souber depois, então ele será culpado;
4 Or when a person swears, speaking thoughtlessly with his lips, to do evil or to do good ⌞with regard to⌟ anything that ⌞the person⌟ in a sworn oath speaks thoughtlessly, but ⌞he is unaware of it⌟, he will be guilty ⌞in any of⌟ these.
4 ou se uma alma jurar, pronunciando com os seus lábios para fazer o mal ou para fazer o bem, seja o que for que o homem pronuncie com juramento, e lhe for oculto, e o souber depois, então culpado será numa destas coisas.
5 When he becomes guilty ⌞in any of⌟ these, he shall confess what he has sinned ⌞regarding⌟ it,
5 E será que, sendo ele culpado em uma destas coisas, então ele confessará que pecou naquela coisa.
6 and he shall bring his guilt offering to Yahweh for his sin that he has ⌞committed⌟: a female from the flock, a ewe-lamb or ⌞a she-goat⌟, as a sin offering, and the priest shall make atonement for him for his sin.
6 E ele trará sua oferta pela transgressão ao SENHOR, pelo pecado que ele pecou, uma fêmea do rebanho, um cordeiro ou cabrito das cabras, como oferta pelo pecado; e o sacerdote fará expiação por ele acerca do seu pecado.
7 “ ‘If ⌞he cannot afford a sheep⌟, he shall bring as his guilt offering for what he sinned two turtledoves or two ⌞young doves⌟ for Yahweh, one for a sin offering and one for a burnt offering.
7 Mas se ele não for capaz de trazer um cordeiro, então ele trará por sua transgressão que cometeu, duas rolas ou dois pombinhos ao SENHOR; um como oferta pelo pecado, e o outro para uma oferta queimada.
8 He shall bring them to the priest, and he shall present that which is for the sin offering first, and the priest shall wring its head off ⌞at the back of its neck⌟, but he must not sever it,
8 E ele os trará ao sacerdote, o qual oferecerá aquele que é para a oferta pelo pecado primeiro; e lhe torcerá a cabeça junto ao pescoço, mas não o dividirá.
9 and he shall spatter ⌞some of⌟ the sin offering’s blood on the altar’s side, and the leftover blood must be drained out on the altar’s base; it is a sin offering.
9 E espargirá do sangue da oferta pelo pecado sobre a parte lateral do altar, porém o resto do sangue será espremido na base do altar; isto é uma oferta pelo pecado.
10 The second bird he must prepare as a burnt offering according to the regulation, and the priest shall make atonement for him for his sin that he has ⌞committed⌟, and he shall be forgiven.
10 E ele oferecerá o segundo como oferta queimada conforme o costume; e o sacerdote fará expiação por ele pelo seu pecado, que ele pecou, e ele será perdoado.
11 “ ‘But if ⌞he cannot afford⌟ two turtledoves or two ⌞young doves⌟, then, because he has sinned, he shall bring as his offering a tenth of an ephah of finely milled flour as a sin offering. He must not put oil on it, nor should he put frankincense on it, because it is a sin offering.
11 Mas se ele não for capaz de trazer duas rolas ou dois pombinhos, então, aquele que pecou trará pela sua oferta a décima parte de um efa de farinha fina por uma oferta pelo pecado; ele não colocará óleo sobre ela, nem colocará em cima qualquer incenso, porque isto é uma oferta pelo pecado.
12 He shall bring it to the priest, and the priest ⌞shall take a handful of it⌟ for its token portion, and he shall turn it to smoke on the altar ⌞in addition to⌟ the offerings made by fire to Yahweh; it is a sin offering.
12 Então ele a trará ao sacerdote, e o sacerdote dela tomará um punhado como um memorial, e a queimará sobre o altar, conforme as ofertas feitas por fogo ao SENHOR; isto é uma oferta pelo pecado.
13 Thus the priest shall make atonement for him because of the sin that he has ⌞committed⌟ ⌞in any of these⌟, and he shall be forgiven. It shall be for the priest, like the grain offering.’ ”
13 E o sacerdote fará expiação por ele acerca do pecado que ele pecou em alguma destas coisas, e ele será perdoado; e o resto será do sacerdote, como uma oferta de alimentos.
14 Then Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
14 E falou o SENHOR a Moisés, dizendo:
15 “When a person ⌞displays infidelity⌟ and he sins in an unintentional wrong ⌞in any of⌟ Yahweh’s holy things, then he shall bring his guilt offering to Yahweh: a ram without defect from the flock as a guilt offering by your valuation in silver shekels according to the sanctuary shekel.
15 Se uma alma cometer uma transgressão, e pecar por ignorância nas coisas sagradas do SENHOR, então ele trará ao SENHOR por sua transgressão um carneiro sem defeito do rebanho, com a tua estimação em shekels de prata, segundo o shekel do santuário, por uma oferta pela transgressão.
16 And he shall make restitution for what he sinned ⌞because of⌟ a holy thing and shall add one-fifth of ⌞its value⌟ onto it and shall give it to the priest. The priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the guilt offering, and he will be forgiven.
16 E ele fará restituição pelo dano que ele fez à coisa sagrada, e acrescentará a quinta parte, e a dará ao sacerdote; e o sacerdote fará expiação para ele com o carneiro da oferta pela transgressão, e ele será perdoado.
17 “If a person when he sins ⌞violates⌟ one from all of Yahweh’s commands that should not ⌞be violated⌟, but he did not know, then he is guilty and he shall bear his guilt.
17 E se uma alma pecar, e cometer alguma destas coisas que são proibidas de serem feitas, conforme os mandamentos do SENHOR, e ele não sabia, ainda assim será culpado, e levará a sua iniquidade.
18 He shall bring to the priest a ram without defect from the flock as a guilt offering by your valuation, and the priest shall make atonement for him because of his unintentional wrong (although he himself did not know), and he will be forgiven.
18 E ele trará ao sacerdote um carneiro sem defeito do rebanho, conforme a tua estimativa, por oferta pela transgressão, e o sacerdote fará expiação para ele acerca da sua ignorância, naquilo que errou sem saber, e ele será perdoado.
19 It is a guilt offering; he certainly was guilty before Yahweh.”
19 Isto é uma oferta pela transgressão; ele certamente transgrediu contra o SENHOR.
