1 And I saw, and lo, a Lamb having stood upon the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty-four thousands, having the name of his Father written upon their foreheads;
1 E eu olhei, e eis que o Cordeiro estava em pé sobre o monte Sião, e com ele cento e quarenta e quatro mil, tendo o nome de seu Pai inscrito em suas testas.
2 and I heard a voice out of the heaven, as a voice of many waters, and as a voice of great thunder, and a voice I heard of harpers harping with their harps,
2 E eu ouvi uma voz do céu, como a voz de muitas águas, e como a voz de um grande trovão; e ouvi uma voz de harpistas harpeando com as suas harpas.
3 and they sing, as it were, a new song before the throne, and before the four living creatures, and the elders, and no one was able to learn the song except the hundred forty-four thousands, who have been bought from the earth;
3 E eles cantavam como se fosse uma nova canção diante do trono, e diante dos quatro animais e dos anciãos; e nenhum homem podia aprender aquela canção, senão os cento e quarenta e quatro mil que foram redimidos da terra.
4 these are they who with women were not defiled, for they are virgin; these are they who are following the Lamb whithersoever he may go; these were bought from among men -- a first-fruit to God and to the Lamb --
4 Estes são aqueles que não foram contaminados com mulheres; porque são virgens. Estes são os que seguem o Cordeiro para onde quer que Ele vá. Estes foram redimidos dentre os homens, sendo as primícias para Deus e para o Cordeiro.
5 and in their mouth there was not found guile, for unblemished are they before the throne of God.
5 E na sua boca não se achou astúcia porque eles estão sem culpa diante do trono de Deus.
6 And I saw another messenger flying in mid-heaven, having good news age-during to proclaim to those dwelling upon the earth, and to every nation, and tribe, and tongue, and people,
6 E eu vi outro anjo voar pelo meio do céu, tendo o evangelho eterno para pregar aos habitantes da terra, e a cada nação, e tribo, e língua, e povo,
7 saying in a great voice, 'Fear you God, and give to Him glory, because come did the hour of His judgment, and bow you before Him who did make the heaven, and the land, and sea, and fountains of waters.'
7 dizendo em alta voz: Temei a Deus, e dai-lhe glória; porque é chegada a hora do seu juízo. E adorai aquele que fez o céu, e a terra, e o mar, e as fontes das águas.
8 And another messenger did follow, saying, 'Fall, fall, did Babylon, the great city, because of the wine of the wrath of her whoredom she has given to all nations to drink.'
8 E seguiu outro anjo, dizendo: Babilônia caiu, caiu aquela grande cidade, porque ela fez todas as nações beberem do vinho da ira de sua fornicação.
9 And a third messenger did follow them, saying in a great voice, 'If any one the beast does bow before, and his image, and does receive a mark upon his forehead, or upon his hand,
9 E seguiu-os o terceiro anjo, dizendo em alta voz: Se algum homem adorar a besta, e a sua imagem, e receber sua marca em sua testa, ou na sua mão,
10 he also shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, that has been mingled unmixed in the cup of His anger, and he shall be tormented in fire and brimstone before the holy messengers, and before the Lamb,
10 este beberá do vinho da ira de Deus, que é derramado sem mistura no cálice da sua indignação; e ele será atormentado com fogo e enxofre na presença dos santos anjos, e na presença do Cordeiro.
11 and the smoke of their torment does go up to ages of ages; and they have no rest day and night, who are bowing before the beast and his image, also if any does receive the mark of his name.
11 E a fumaça do seu tormento sobe para sempre e sempre; e eles não têm descanso de dia nem de noite, os que adoram a besta e a sua imagem, e quem quer que receba a marca de seu nome.
12 Here is endurance of the saints: here are those keeping the commands of God, and the faith of Jesus.'
12 Aqui está a paciência dos santos; aqui estão aqueles que guardam os mandamentos de Deus e a fé de Jesus.
13 And I heard a voice out of the heaven saying to me, 'Write: Happy are the dead who in the Lord are dying from this time!' 'Yes, (says the Spirit,) That they may rest from their labours -- and their works do follow them!'
13 E eu ouvi uma voz do céu, me dizendo: Escreve: Abençoados são os mortos que doravante morrem no Senhor: Sim, diz o Espírito, para que eles possam descansar dos seus trabalhos, e as suas obras seguem com eles.
14 And I saw, and lo, a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sitting like to a son of man, having upon his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle;
14 E eu olhei, e eis uma nuvem branca, e assentado sobre a nuvem um semelhante ao Filho do homem, tendo sobre a sua cabeça uma coroa de ouro, e na sua mão uma foice afiada.
15 and another messenger did come forth out of the sanctuary crying in a great voice to him who is sitting upon the cloud, 'Send forth your sickle and reap, because come to you has the hour of reaping, because ripe has been the harvest of the earth;'
15 E outro anjo saiu do templo, gritando em alta voz ao que estava assentado sobre a nuvem: Lança a tua foice, e ceifa; porque chegou a tua hora de ceifar, porque a colheita da terra está madura.
16 and he who is sitting upon the cloud did put forth his sickle upon the earth, and the earth was reaped.
16 E aquele que estava assentado sobre a nuvem lançou sua foice sobre a terra, e a terra foi ceifada.
17 And another messenger did come forth out of the sanctuary that is in the heaven, having -- he also -- a sharp sickle,
17 E outro anjo saiu do templo que está no céu; tendo ele também uma foice afiada.
18 and another messenger did come forth out from the altar, having authority over the fire, and he called with a great cry to him having the sharp sickle, saying, 'Send forth your sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth, because come to perfection have her grapes;'
18 E outro anjo saiu do altar, tendo poder sobre o fogo; e gritou com alta voz ao que tinha a foice afiada, dizendo: Lança a tua foice afiada, e junta os cachos da vinha da terra, porque as suas uvas estão totalmente maduras.
19 and the messenger did put forth his sickle to the earth, and did gather the vine of the earth, and did cast it to the great wine-press of the wrath of God;
19 E o anjo lançou a sua foice na terra, e juntou a vinha da terra, e lançou-a no grande lagar da ira de Deus.
20 and trodden was the wine-press outside of the city, and blood did come forth out of the wine-press -- unto the bridles of the horses, a thousand, six hundred furlongs.
20 E o lagar foi pisado fora da cidade, e saiu sangue do lagar até as rédeas dos cavalos, pelo espaço de mil e seiscentos estádios.
