1 In that season, went Jesus, on, the sabbath, through the cornfields,and, his disciples, hungered, and began to pluck ears of corn, and to eat.
1 Naquele tempo, no dia do shabat, Jesus foi por entre o trigo; e os seus discípulos estavam famintos, e começaram a arrancar as espigas de trigo e a comer.
2 But, the Pharisees, observing it, said unto him, Lo! thy disciples, are doing what is not allowed to do, on sabbath.
2 Os fariseus, vendo isso, disseram-lhe: Eis que os teus discípulos fazem o que não é lícito fazer no dia do shabat.
3 And he said unto them, have ye never read what, David, did, when he hungered, and they who were with him? how
3 Ele, porém, lhes disse: Não tens lido o que fez Davi, quando ele teve fome, e os que estavam com ele?
4 he entered into the house of God and, the presence-bread, did eat, which it was not, allowable, for him to eat, nor for them who were with him,save for the priests, alone?
4 Como ele entrou na casa de Deus, e comeu os pães da proposição, que não lhe era lícito comer, nem aos que com ele estavam, mas só aos sacerdotes?
5 Or have ye not read, in the law, that, on the sabbaths, the priests, in the temple, the sabbath, profane, and are, blameless?
5 Ou não tens lido na lei, que nos dias do shabat, os sacerdotes no templo profanam o shabat, e são inocentes?
6 But I say unto you,Something greater than the Temple, is here!
6 Pois eu vos digo que neste lugar está um maior do que o templo.
7 If, however, ye had known what this meanethMercy, I desire, and not, sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the blameless;
7 Mas, se vós soubésseis o que isto significa: Eu quero misericórdia, e não sacrifício, não condenaríeis os inocentes.
8 For, the Son of Man, is, Lord of the Sabbath.
8 Porque o Filho do homem, até do dia do shabat, é Senhor.
9 And, passing on from thence, he came into their synagogue;
9 E, partindo dali, ele chegou à sinagoga deles.
10 and lo! a man having, a withered hand, and they questioned him, saying, Is it allowable, on the sabbath, to heal? that they might accuse him.
10 E eis que ali estava um homem que tinha sua mão seca. E eles perguntaram, para o acusarem, dizendo: É lícito curar no dia do shabat?
11 And said unto them, What man, from among yourselves, shall there be ,Who shall have one sheep, and, if this should fall, on the sabbath, into a pit, will not lay hold of it, and raise it?
11 E ele lhes disse: Qual homem haverá dentre vós que, tendo uma ovelha, e ela caindo em uma cova no dia do shabat, não lançará mão dela, e a levantará?
12 How much better, then, a man, than, a sheep? So that it is allowable, on the sabbath, nobly, to act.
12 Pois, quanto mais vale um homem do que uma ovelha? Portanto, é lícito fazer bem nos dias do shabat.
13 Then saith he unto the man, Stretch forth thy hand! And he stretched it forth,and it was restored, whole, as the other.
13 Disse ele então ao homem: Estende a tua mão. E ele a estendeu, e lhe foi restaurada, sã como a outra.
14 And the Pharisees, going forth, took, counsel, against him, to the end that, him, they might destroy.
14 E os fariseus, tendo saído, realizaram um concílio contra ele, como poderiam destruí-lo.
15 But, Jesus, taking note, retired from thence,and many followed him, and he cured them all;
15 Mas Jesus, sabendo disso, retirou-se dali; e grandes multidões o seguiam, e ele curou a todos;
16 and straitly charged them, lest they should make him, manifest:
16 e os advertiu de que não deveriam fazê-lo conhecido;
17 that it might be fulfilled, which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying:
17 para que pudesse se cumprir o que fora dito pelo profeta Isaías, dizendo:
18 Lo! my servant, whom I have chosen, My beloved, in whom, my soul, delighteth,I will put my Spirit upon him, and, justice, unto the nations, will he report:
18 Eis aqui o meu servo, que eu escolhi; o meu amado, em quem a minha alma se satisfaz; eu colocarei sobre ele o meu Espírito, e ele mostrará aos gentios o juízo.
19 He will not strive, nor will he cry out, nor shall any hear, in the broadways, his voice:
19 Não contenderá, nem clamará; nenhum homem ouvirá a sua voz nas ruas.
20 A bruised cane, will he not break, and, a smoking wick, will he not quench,until he urge on, justice, to victory,
20 Não esmagará a cana quebrada, e não apagará o pavio que fumega, até que ele envie o juízo para a vitória.
21 And, in his name, shall nations hope.
21 E no seu nome os gentios confiarão.
22 Then they brought unto him, one demonized, blind and dumb,and he cured him, so that the dumb did speak and see.
22 Então, trouxeram-lhe um possuído por um demônio, cego e mudo; e ele o curou, de tal modo que o cego e mudo falava e via.
23 And all the multitudes were beside themselves, and were saying, Can, this one, be, the Son of David?
23 E toda a multidão, espantada, dizia: Não é este o filho de Davi?
24 But, the Pharisees, hearing it, said, This one, doth not cast out the demons, save in Beelzebul ruler of the demons.
24 Mas os fariseus, ouvindo isso, diziam: Este indivíduo não expulsa os demônios senão por Belzebu, príncipe dos demônios.
25 And, knowing their inward thoughts, he said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself, is laid waste,and, no city or house divided against itself, will stand;
25 Jesus, porém, conhecendo-lhe os pensamentos, disse-lhes: Todo o reino dividido contra si mesmo é desolado; e toda a cidade, ou casa, dividida contra si mesma não subsistirá.
26 And, if, Satan, is casting, Satan, out, against himself, hath he become divided,How then shall, his kingdom, stand?
26 E, se Satanás expulsa a Satanás, está dividido contra si mesmo; como subsistirá, o seu reino?
27 And, if, I, in Beelzebul, am casting out the demons, In whom are, your sons, casting them out? Wherefore, they, shall be, judges of you.
27 E, se eu expulso os demônios por Belzebu, por quem os expulsam então vossos filhos? Portanto, eles serão os vossos juízes.
28 But, if, in Gods Spirit, I, am casting out the demons, then doubtless hath come upon you unawares, the kingdom of God!
28 Mas, se eu expulso os demônios pelo Espírito de Deus, então o reino de Deus é chegado a vós.
29 Or how can one enter the house of the mighty and, seize his goods, unless, first, he bind the mighty one? and, then, his house, he will plunder.
29 Ou, como pode alguém entrar na casa de um homem forte e furtar os seus bens sem primeiro amarrá-lo? E então roubará a sua casa.
30 He that is no with me, is, against me,and, he that gathereth not with me, scattereth
30 Quem não está comigo é contra mim; e quem comigo não ajunta, espalha.
31 Wherefore, I say unto you, All sin and profane speaking, shall be forgiven unto men,but, the speaking profanely of the Spirit, shall not be forgiven;
31 Portanto, eu vos digo: Toda espécie de pecado e blasfêmia se perdoará aos homens; mas a blasfêmia contra o Espírito Santo não será perdoada aos homens.
32 And, whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him,but, whosoever shall speak against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, either in this age, or the coming.
32 E quem falar uma palavra contra o Filho do homem, isso lhe será perdoado; mas, se alguém falar contra o Espírito Santo, não lhe será perdoado, nem neste mundo, nem no mundo vindouro.
33 Either make the tree good, and its fruit good, or make the tree worthless, and its fruit worthless; for, from the fruit, the tree is known.
33 Ou fazei a árvore boa, e o seu fruto bom, ou fazei a árvore má, e o seu fruto mau; porque a árvore é conhecida por seu fruto.
34 Broods of vipers! How can ye speak, good things, being, evil? For, out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh.
34 Ó geração de víboras, como podeis vós dizer boas coisas, sendo maus? Pois do que há em abundância no coração, disso fala a boca.
35 The good man, out of the good treasure, putteth forth, good things; and, the evil man, out of the evil treasure, putteth forth, evil things.
35 O homem bom traz boas coisas do bom tesouro do seu coração, e o homem mau do mau tesouro traz coisas más.
36 But I say unto you, That, every useless expression that men shall utter, they shall render, concerning it, an account, in a day of judgment;
36 Mas eu vos digo que de toda a palavra ociosa que os homens disserem hão de dar conta no dia do juízo.
37 For, by thy words, shalt thou be, justified, and, by thy words, shalt thou be condemned.
37 Porque por tuas palavras serás justificado, e por tuas palavras serás condenado.
38 Then, answered him, certain of the Scribes and Pharisees, saying, Teacher! we desire of thee, a sign, to behold.
38 Então responderam alguns dos escribas e dos fariseus, dizendo: Mestre, nós queremos ver um sinal de ti.
39 But, he, answering, said unto them, A wicked and adulterous generation, a sign, doth seek, and, a sign, will not be, given, it, save the sign of Jonah the prophet.
39 Mas ele lhes respondeu, e disse: Uma geração má e adúltera procura um sinal, não se lhe dará outro sinal senão o sinal do profeta Jonas.
40 For, just as was Jonah in the belly of the sea-monster three days and three nights, so, will be the Son of Man, in the heart of the earth, three days and three nights.
40 Pois, como Jonas esteve três dias e três noites no ventre da baleia, assim estará o Filho do homem três dias e três noites no coração da terra.
41 Men of Nineveh, will rise up in the judgment, with this generation, and will condemn it,because they repented into the proclamation of Jonah; and lo! something greater than Jonah, here.
41 Os homens de Nínive se levantarão no juízo com esta geração, e a condenarão, porque se arrependeram com a pregação de Jonas. E eis que está aqui um que é maior do que Jonas.
42 The queen of the south, will arise in the judgment with this generation and will condemn itbecause she came out of the ends of the earth, to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and lo! something greater than Solomon, here.
42 A rainha do sul se levantará no dia do juízo com esta geração, e a condenará; porque veio dos confins da terra para ouvir a sabedoria de Salomão. E eis que está aqui um que é maior do que Salomão.
43 But, when the impure spirit goeth out of the man, it passeth through waterless places, seeking rest,and findeth it not.
43 Quando um espírito imundo sai de um homem, anda por lugares áridos, buscando repouso, e não o encontra.
44 Then, it saith, Into my house, will I return whence I came out,and, coming, findeth it empty and swept and adorned.
44 Então ele diz: Eu voltarei para a minha casa, de onde saí. E voltando, a encontra vazia, varrida e adornada.
45 Then, it goeth, and taketh along with itself, seven diverse spirits, more wicked than itself,and, entering, abideth there; and, the last state of that man, becometh, worse than the first. So, shall it be, with this, wicked, generation.
45 Então ele vai, e leva consigo outros sete espíritos piores do que ele, e, eles entrando, habitam ali; e o último estado desse homem vem a ser pior do que o primeiro. Assim também há de acontecer a esta geração perversa.
46 While yet he was speaking unto the multitudes, lo! his mother and brethren, were standing without, seeking to speak with him.
46 Enquanto ele falava à multidão, eis que sua mãe e seus irmãos estavam fora, desejando falar com ele.
47 And one said to him, Lo! thy mother and thy brethren, without, are standing, seeking, to speak, with thee.
47 Então alguém lhe disse: Eis que tua mãe e teus irmãos estão lá fora desejando falar contigo.
48 But, he, answering, said unto him that was telling him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?
48 Mas ele respondeu, e disse ao que lhe falara: Quem é minha mãe? E quem são meus irmãos?
49 And, stretching forth his hand towards his disciples, he said, Lo! my mother and my brethren!
49 E, ele estendendo a sua mão em direção aos seus discípulos, disse: Eis aqui minha mãe e meus irmãos.
50 For, whosoever shall do the will of my Father who is in the heavens, he, is my, brother, and sister, and mother.
50 Porque, qualquer que fizer a vontade de meu Pai que está no céu, este é meu irmão, e irmã e mãe.
