1 Then sang Deborah, and Barak, son of Abinoam,on that day, saying:
1 Naquele dia Débora e Baraque, filho de Abinoão, cantaram assim:
2 For the leadership of leaders in Israel, For the volunteering of the people,Bless ye Yahweh!
2 Louvem a Deus, o Senhor ! Os israelitas resolveram lutar, e o povo se apresentou alegremente!
3 Hear, ye kings! Give ear, ye princes! I, unto Yahweh,I, will sing, Will make melody to Yahweh, God of Israel.
3 Ouçam, reis! Prestem atenção, governadores! Eu tocarei música e cantarei ao
4 O Yahweh! When thou didst come forth out of Seir, When thou didst march along out of the field of Edom, Earth, trembled, Heaven also, poured forth,Yea, dark clouds, poured forth waters;
4 Ó Senhor Deus, quando saíste das montanhas de Seir, quando vieste da região de Edom, a terra tremeu, e as chuvas caíram do céu. Sim, caiu muita água das nuvens.
5 From, mountains, came down streams In presence of Yahweh,From this Sinai, In presence of Yahweh, God of Israel.

6 In the days of Shamgar son of Anath, in the days of Jael, the roads were forsaken,and, the frequenters of highways, betook them to roundabout paths:
6 Nos dias de Sangar, filho de Anate, nos dias de Jael, as estradas estavam desertas, e os viajantes usavam os desvios.
7 There was a failure of rulers, in Israel, a failure,until I arose, a Deborah, arose, a mother in Israel:
7 Nas cidades de Israel não havia ninguém; elas ficaram vazias até que você, Débora, veio, para ser mãe de Israel.
8 They chose gods that were new, Then,war at the gates! Was there, a shield, to be seen? or a spear? among forty thousand in Israel?
8 Os israelitas escolheram novos deuses, e então houve guerra no país. E dos quarenta mil homens de Israel nenhum carregava
9 My heart for the governors of Israel, for the volunteers among the people, Bless ye Yahweh!

17 A tribo de Gade ficou a leste do rio Jordão, e a tribo de Dã, nas pastagens. A tribo de Aser parou perto do mar e ficou na beira das praias.
18 Zebuluna people that scorned their souls unto death; and, Naphtali,upon the heights of the field.
18 Mas o povo de Zebulom e de Naftali arriscou a sua vida no campo de batalha.
19 On came kings, they fought, Then, fought the kings of Canaan, In Taanach, by the waters of Megiddo,Plunder of silver, they took not away!
19 Os reis vieram e lutaram em Taanaque, perto do riacho de Megido. Os reis de Canaã lutaram, mas não tomaram dos inimigos nenhuma prata.
20 From heaven, was the battle fought,The stars in their courses, fought against Sisera.
20 Até as estrelas lutaram: enquanto caminhavam pelo céu, elas lutaram contra Sísera.
21 The torrent of Kishon, swept them away, the torrent of olden times, the torrent of Kishon! Let my soul march along, with victorious strength!
21 Os inimigos foram arrastados por uma enchente do rio Quisom, o velho rio Quisom. Eu marcharei, marcharei com firmeza!
22 Then, stamped hoofs of horses, With the gallopings, gallopings of his mighty steeds.

25 Sísera pediu água, porém ela lhe deu leite; trouxe nata para ele numa linda taça.
26 Her hand, to the tent-pin, put she forth, and, her right hand, to the toilers mallet,Then smote she Sisera, She shattered his head, Yea she split open and pierced through his temples:
26 Pegou a estaca com uma das mãos e a marreta com a outra. Deu um golpe em Sísera e esmagou a sua cabeça; furou e quebrou a sua cabeça em pedaços.
27 Between her feet, he bowedhe fell, he lay,Between her feet, he bowedhe fell, Where he bowed, There, he felldestroyed!
27 Ele caiu de joelhos, tombou e ficou estendido a seus pés. A seus pés ele caiu de joelhos e tombou; ele caiu morto no chão.
28 Through the window, looked out and shrilly cried, The mother of Sisera, through the lattice,Why is his chariot ashamed to come? Why delay the wheels of his chariot?
28 A mãe de Sísera olhou pela janela da sua casa; olhou bem, pela grade da janela, e disse: “Por que o seu carro demora tanto para chegar? Por que os seus cavalos andam tão devagar?”
29 The wise ladies, her princesses, responded,Nay! she, returned answer to, herself:
29 As suas acompanhantes mais sábias respondiam, e ela repetia para si mesma:
30 Is it not They keep findingdividing spoil, One damsel, two damsels, to every several hero, Spoil, of divers coloured raiment for Sisera, Spoil, of divers coloured raiment, embroidered, Coloured raiment richly embroidered, on the necks of them who are taken as spoil?
30 “Eles devem estar dividindo as coisas que tomaram: uma ou duas moças para cada soldado, roupas luxuosas para Sísera e panos bordados para o pescoço da rainha.”
31 So, perish all thine enemies, O Yahweh, But be, they who love him, as the going forth of the sun, in his might! And the land had rest forty years.
31 Assim, ó Senhor Deus, morram todos os teus inimigos, porém que os teus amigos brilhem como a forte luz do sol nascente! E houve paz no país durante quarenta anos.
