1 Then came near the ancestral heads of the Levites, unto Eleazar, the priest, and unto Joshua son of Nun,and unto the ancestral heads of the tribes, of the sons of Israel;
1 Os chefes de família dos levitas vieram ter com o sacerdote Eleazar, com Josué, filho de Nun, e com os chefes de família das tribos israelitas,
2 and spake unto them in Shiloh in the land of Canaan, saying: Yahweh himself, commanded, by the hand of Moses, that there should be given unto us cities to dwell in,with their pasture-lands for our cattle.
2 e disseram-lhes em Silo, na terra de Canaã: O Senhor ordenou por Moisés que se nos dessem cidades para habitarmos, e juntamente seus arredores para nossos animais.
3 So the sons of Israel gave unto the Levites, out of their own inheritance, at the bidding of Yahweh,these cities, with their pasture-lands.
3 E os israelitas deram, pois, de suas possessões, as seguintes cidades com seus arrabaldes aos levitas, segundo a ordem do Senhor:
4 And, when the lot came out for the families of the Kohathites, then had the sons of Aaron the priest, from among the Levitesout of the tribe of Judah and out of the tribe of the Simeonites and out of the tribe of Benjaminby lot, thirteen cities.
4 A sorte foi lançada para as famílias dos caatitas; e os levitas, filhos do sacerdote Aarão, obtiveram por sorte treze cidades das tribos de Judá, de Simeão e de Benjamim;
5 And, the sons of Kohath that remained, hadout of the families of the tribe of Ephraim and out of the tribe of Dan and out of the half tribe of Manassehby lot, ten cities.
5 os outros filhos de Caat obtiveram por sorte dez cidades das famílias das tribos de Efraim, de Dã e da meia tribo de Manassés.
6 And, the sons of Gershon, hadout of families of the tribe of Issachar and out of the tribe of Asher and out of the tribe of Naphtali and out of the half tribe of Manasseh in Bashanby lot, thirteen cities.
6 Tocaram por sorte aos filhos de Gérson treze cidades das famílias das tribos de Issacar, de Aser, de Neftali e da meia tribo de Manassés em Basã.
7 The sons of Merari, by their families, hadout of the tribe of Reuben and out of the tribe of Gad and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.
7 Os filhos de Merari, segundo suas famílias, obtiveram doze cidades das tribos de Rubem, de Gad e de Zabulon.
8 So the sons of Israel gave unto the Levites these cities, with their pasture lands,as Yahweh commanded, by the hand of Moses, by lot.
8 Os israelitas deram aos levitas essas cidades com seus arrabaldes, repartindo-as por sorte, como o Senhor tinha ordenado por Moisés.
9 Thus then they gaveout of the tribe of the sons of Judah and out of the tribe of the sons of Simeonthese cities which are mentioned by name.
9 Da tribo dos juditas e da tribo dos filhos de Simeão, deram as cidades cujos nomes seguem.
10 And the sons of Aaron, from among the sons of Kohath, from among the sons of Levi, had them,because, theirs, was the first lot;
10 Elas.foram dadas aos filhos de Aarão dentre as famílias dos caatitas, filhos de Levi, a quem caiu a primeira sorte.
11 yea there was given unto them, the city of Arba, the father of Anak, the same, is Hebron, in the hill country of Judah,with the pasture land thereof, round about it;
11 Foi-lhes dada na montanha de Judá a cidade de Arbé, pai de Enac, que é Hebron, com seus arrabaldes.
12 whereas, the fields of the city, and the villages thereof, gave they unto Caleb son of Jephunneh, as his possession.
12 Os campos, porém, e as aldeias dessa cidade foram dados como propriedade a Caleb, filho de Jefoné.
13 But, unto the sons of Aaron the priest, gave they the city of refuge for the manslayer, even Hebron, with the pasture lands thereof,Libnah also, with her pasture lands;
13 Aos filhos do sacerdote Aarão deram Hebron e seus arrabaldes, a cidade de refúgio para o homicida, assim como Libna com seus arredores,
14 and Jattir with her pasture land, and Eshtemoa with her pasture land;
14 Jeter com seus arredores, Estemo e seus arredores,
15 and Holon, with her pasture land, and Debir, with her pasture land;
15 Holon e seus arredores, Dabir e seus arredores,
16 and Ain, with her pasture land, and Juttah, with her pasture land, Beth-shemesh, with her pasture land,nine cities, out of these two tribes.
16 Ain e seus arredores, Jeta e seus arredores, Betsames e seus arredores; nove cidades dessas duas tribos.
17 And, out of the tribe of Benjamin, Gibeon, with her pasture land,Geba, with her pasture land;
17 Da tribo de Benjamim deram-lhes Gabaon e seus arredores,
18 Anathoth, with her pasture land, and Almon, with her pasture land,four cities.
18 Gabaa e seus arredores, Anatot e seus arredores, Almon e seus arredores; quatro cidades.
19 All the cities of the sons of Aaron, the priests, were thirteen cities, with their pasture lands.
19 Total das cidades dos sacerdotes, filhos de Aarão: treze cidades com seus arredores.
20 And, as for the families of the sons of Kohath, the Levites, which remained of the sons of Kohath, the cities of their lot were out of the tribe of Ephraim.
20 Os levitas das outras famílias dos filhos de Caat receberam por sorte cidades da tribo de Efraim.
21 So they gave unto them a city of refuge for the manslayer, even Shechem with her pasture land, in the hill country of Ephraim,also Gezer, with her pasture land;
21 Deram-lhes Siquém, cidade de refúgio para o homicida, e seus arredores, na montanha de Efraim, Geser e seus arredores,
22 and Kibzaim, with her pasture land, and Beth-horon, with her pasture land,four cities.
22 Gibsaim e seus arredores, Betoron e seus arredores; quatro cidades.
23 And, out of the tribe of Dan, Elteke, with her pasture land,Gibbethon, with her pasture land;
23 Da tribo de Dã, foram-lhes dadas Elteco e seus arredores,
24 Aijalon, with her pasture land, Gath-rimmon, with her pasture land,four cities.
24 Gabaton e seus arredores, Ajalon e seus arredores, Get-Remon e seus arredores; quatro cidades.
25 And, out of the half tribe of Manasseh, Taanach, with her pasture land, and Gath-rimmon, with her pasture land,two cities.
25 Da meia tribo de Manassés: Tanac e seus arredores, Get-Remon e seus arredores; duas cidades.
26 All the cities, were ten, with their pasture lands: for the families of the sons of Kohath which remained.
26 Total: dez cidades com seus arredores para as famílias dos outros filhos de Caat.
27 And, the sons of Gershon, of the families of the Levites, had, out of the half tribe of Manasseh, a city of refuge for the manslayer, even Golan in Bashan, with her pasture land, and Be-eshterah, with her pasture land,two cities.
27 Aos filhos de Gérson, uma das famílias de Levi, foram dadas da meia tribo de Manassés: Gaulon, cidade de refúgio para o homicida, em Basã, com seus arredores, e Bosra com seus arredores; duas cidades.
28 And, out of the tribe of Issachar, Kishion, with her pasture land,Daberath, with her pasture land;
28 Da tribo de Issacar, Cesion e seus arredores, Daberet e seus arredores,
29 Jarmuth, with her pasture land, En-gannim, with her pasture land,four cities.
29 Jaramote seus arredores, En-Gamin e seus, arredores; quatro cidades.
30 And, out of the tribe of Asher, Mishal, with her pasture land, Abdon, with her pasture land;
30 Da tribo de Aser, Masal e seus arredores, Abdon e seus arredores,
31 Helkath, with her pasture land, and Rehob, with her pasture land,four cities.
31 Helcat e seus arredores, Roob e seus arredores; quatro cidades.
32 And, out of the tribe of Naphtali, a city of refuge for the manslayereven Kedesh in Galilee, with her pasture land, and Hammoth-dor, with her pasture land, and Kartan, with her pasture land,three cities.
32 Da tribo de Neftali, Cedes na Galiléia, cidade de refúgio para o homicida, e seus arredores, Hamat-Dor e seus arredores. Cartã e seus arredores; três cidades.
33 All, the cities of the Gershonites, by their families, were thirteen cities, with their pasture lands.
33 Total das cidades dos gersonitas segundo suas famílias: treze cidades com seus arredores.
34 And, unto the families of the sons of Merari, the Levites that remained, out of the tribe of Zebulun, Jokneam, with her pasture land,Kartah, with her pasture land;
34 Às famílias dos filhos de Merari, o resto dos levitas, deram, da tribo de Zabulon, Jecnão e seus arredores, Carta e seus arredores,
35 Dimnah, with her pasture land, Nahalal, with her pasture land,four cities.
35 Damna e seus arredores, Naalol e seus arredores; quatro cidades;
36 And, out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer, with her pasture land,and Jahaz, with her pasture land;
36 da tribo de Rubem, Basor e seus arredores, Jassa e seus arredores,
37 Kedemoth, with her pasture land and Mephaath, with her pasture land,four cities.
37 Cedemot e seus arredores, Mefaat e seus arredores; quatro cidades.
38 And, out of the tribe of Gad, a city of refuge for the manslayereven Ramoth in Gilead, with her pasture land,and Mahanaim, with her pasture land;
38 Da tribo de Gad: a cidade de refúgio para o homicida, Ramot em Galaad e seus arredores, Manaim e seus arredores,
39 Heshbon, with her pasture land, Jazer, with her pasture land,in all, four cities.
39 Hesebon e seus arredores, Jaser e seus arredores; ao todo, quatro cidades.
40 All the cities for the sons of Merari, by their families, who remained of the families of the Levites, yea their lot was, twelve, cities.
40 Total das cidades dadas por sorte aos filhos de Merari segundo suas famílias, que formavam o resto dos levitas: doze cidades.
41 All the cities of the Levites, in the midst of the possession of the sons of Israel, were forty-eight cities, with their pasture lands:
41 Total das cidades dos levitas no meio das possessões dos israelitas: quarenta e oito cidades com seus arredores.
42 these cities passed, each severally, with its pasture lands round about it; thus, was it with all these cities.
42 Cada uma dessas cidades tinha os seus arrabaldes ao redor: assim foi com todas as cidades.
43 So Yahweh gave unto Israel, all the land which he had sworn to give unto their fathers,and they took possession thereof, and dwelt therein.
43 Foi assim que o Senhor deu a Israel toda a terra que ele tinha jurado dar a seus pais. Eles possuíram-na e estabeleceram-se nela.
44 And Yahweh gave them rest round about, according to all that he had sworn unto their fathers,and there stood not a man before them, of all their enemies; all their enemies, did Yahweh deliver into their hand.
44 E o Senhor deu-lhes repouso em todo o derredor de sua terra, como tinha jurado a seus pais; nenhum dos seus inimigos pôde resistir-lhes, pois o Senhor entregou-os todos nas suas mãos.
45 There failed not a thing, out of all the good things, whereof Yahweh had spoken unto the house of Israel,the whole, came to pass.
45 Não falhou nenhuma de todas as boas palavras que o Senhor tinha dito a Israel. Todas se cumpriram.
