San Juan Atzingo Popoloca NT (POE_TBL) vs VC
1 Méxra̱ ti̱to̱hérá kaín nkehe jínahya, la ko kaín kjuachꞌia, la ko tí ntoáhya tjenka̱yáxinrá, la ko tí kjuachji̱no̱xínhin, la ko tí xrikoará kaín xín kjuachꞌia.
1 Deponde, pois, toda malícia, toda astúcia, fingimentos, invejas e toda espécie de maledicência.
2 Chrókꞌuejorá éxí chánjan na ntá tsíkokjíhi la itsjen ó chrókꞌui, mé xi̱kaha jahará chrókjuéyárá itén Dios, tíha mé chrókónohará la chrókꞌuánkíxin kjuaxrexinkaon kuèntárá kíxin chrókuaáxinrá,
2 as newborn babes desire earnestly the pure mental milk of the word, that by it ye may grow up to salvation,
3 tí chaxín kjuátso̱anrá kíxin Ìnchéni la jína.
3 if indeed ye have tasted that the Lord {is} good.
4 Chrókóchjineherá Ìnchéni, mé jehe chꞌán me éxí tí xro̱ tjechón. A̱ ntá tí chojni la kuítekakonhya tí xro̱ a, a̱ ntá Dios la kjueyá chꞌán tí xro̱ a imá tjete sínkí.
4 — ausente —
5 Mé xi̱kaha Dios kjuíchꞌénará tí jahará éxí xro̱ tjechón la Dios chrókjuichꞌéna chꞌán tí jahará jnkoko̱á ni̱nko kuènte chꞌán, la mé tsꞌónará ncha̱tꞌá tsíkjinchetjóá Dios, a̱ ntá chróchje̱hérá chꞌán tí nkehe tóxrjínhi̱n chꞌán kíxin tinkachónkirá Jesucristo.
5 yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
6 Mé xi̱kaha kja̱xin xroon itén Dios ntáchro kíxin:
6 Because it is contained in the scripture: Behold, I lay in Zion a corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be put to shame.
7 A̱ ntá jahará títekáonrá tí xro̱ kíxin imá tjete. A̱ ntá tí sín kuítekakonhya, la mé tsoxiteyá éxí ntáchro xroon itén Dios kíxin:
7 To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,
8 La ko kja̱xin tsoxiteyá tí nkehe ntáchro xroon itén Dios kíxin:Kjánchó jehe sín kóténki̱xin sín tí xro̱ kíxin kuítekakonhya sín tí itén Dios mé xráxín tsíki̱to̱enxín sín xi̱kaha tso̱nhen sín.
8 and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.
9 A̱ ntá jahará tsíkꞌaxrjeníxinrá tí sín tsíkjeyá Dios la ko tsíkꞌónará ncha̱tꞌá chꞌeherá xra̱ tí rey, la ko tsíkꞌónará ijnko nación tjóá, la ko tsíkꞌónará ijnko chjasin kuènte Dios kíxin ntá tsochro̱nka̱rá tí xra̱ náxrjón kuènte Dios. Kꞌuíya̱hará chꞌán kíxin tsꞌaxrjéxi̱nrá tí sítié ntá tsꞌixe̱nhénrá tí siín xrohi náxrjón tꞌinkaséyan kuènte chꞌán.
9 But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;
10 A̱ ntá jahará tí ósé la jehya chjasén Dios, a̱ ntá jie la tsíkꞌónará chjasén chꞌán. Tí ósé la Dios kꞌuéki̱konóa̱hyará. A̱ ntá jie la kui̱konóa̱hará Dios.
10 who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.
11 Kíchóni, xrja̱nóa̱hará tí jahará kíxin éxí chojni tsíkji̱xi̱n ókjé chrókꞌuejorá ntihi chjasintajni chrókjuánjonhyará kjuachaxin chrókóxrjínhi̱n a̱sánrá tí nkehe siín chjasintajni, mé tí nkehe tjanjo̱nko a̱sánrá.
11 Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
12 Jína chrókꞌuejorá tí siín tí sín chónhya Dios kíxin kjónté tꞌántaxínhanrá sín éxí chojni jínahya chónta jie̱ tí jahará, ichro sín, la ntá tí chrókꞌuikon sín kíxin jína tjejochꞌerá xra̱ ntá tsjanchehe sín Dios kjuasáya tsjixraká tí ya̱on tsjanchia chꞌán nkehe tí xra̱ kjui̱chꞌerá.
12 having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.
13 Jahará tinkachónkirá Ìnchéni chrókjui̱nchexiteyéhérá kaín tí sín tꞌe̱to̱an kuènte chjasintajni, á tí chꞌín rey kíxin imá tꞌe̱to̱an chꞌán,
13 — ausente —
14 o̱ á tí chꞌín gobernador ichrꞌán Dios kíxin sinchekjasóte chꞌán tí sín tjasin jie̱, a̱ ntá tsjikosáyehe chꞌán tí sín chꞌe tí nkehe jína.
14 or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.
15 Dios tjinkaon kíxin jína chrókꞌuejorá kíxin tí sín noehya la ko tí sín lo̱nti̱ la kohya jie̱ tsꞌekará sín tí jahará.
15 Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;
16 Chrókꞌuejorá éxí chojni tꞌítuenhya, a̱ ntá tí kjuachaxin chontará jehya kíxin chróchontaxínrá kjuachaxin kíxin chrókjui̱chꞌerá tí jínahya. Náhí. Chrókjuáko̱xi̱nrá éxí chojni chꞌehe Dios xra̱.
16 as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.
17 Chrókjuíkosáyehérá kaín chojni. Chrótjuèhérá tí sín kíchó ni, la ko chróchonteherá Dios kjuasáya, la ko chrókjuíkosáyehérá tí chꞌín gobierno tꞌe̱to̱an.
17 Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.
18 Jahará chojni chꞌexón xra̱, chrókjui̱nchexiteyéhérá tí lámo̱árá, chróchontehérá kjuasáyé sín, kjónté tí sín jína la o̱ tí sín jínahya.
18 Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.
19 Tíha mé ijnko nkehe jína chrókjuáko̱xi̱nrá kjónté chrókjuasótiaxínrá ijnko nkehe jínahya kíxin xi̱kaha mé chrókjui̱nchexiteyéhérá Dios.
19 For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.
20 A̱ ntá tí tjejochꞌerá ichrén nkehe jínahya, ntá nchekjasótiaxínrá sín la ¿nkehe tso̱nhen kíxin chrókóninkákonhyará? A̱ ntá tí chrókjuasótiaxínrá ijnko nkehe jína la ntá chrókjuachará chrókóninkákonhyará, la tíha mé tóxrjínhi̱n Dios.
20 For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.
21 Méxra̱ xi̱kaha kꞌuíya̱hárá Dios kíxin Cristo kjuasóteyákonhánrá. Tíha mé kjua̱ko̱xi̱n chꞌán kíxin mé xi̱kaha chrókjui̱chꞌerá.
21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
22 Kíxin Cristo la ninkehó jie̱ kjuasinhya chꞌán la ko ninkexró kjuíchꞌiyehya chꞌán,
22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;
23 la ko ninkehó kjuáte̱ehya chꞌán tió kꞌuántaxínhi̱n sín chꞌán; a̱ ntá tió kjuínchekjasóte sín chꞌán la ninkehó kꞌókja̱nxi̱nhya chꞌán. Náhí. Jehe chꞌán kjuanchia chꞌán kíxin Dios tsꞌayakonhen tí jehe chꞌán kíxin Dios mé ntoá nchekito̱exín iji̱é chojni.
23 who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;
24 Cristo mé kuamá chꞌán tí iji̱éni kíxin tí cuérpo̱é chꞌán kjuákꞌenkáni ntacruz kíxin éxí tsíkꞌenni kꞌuékꞌejóni kíxin tí jie̱ kꞌuéchóntani, a̱ ntá jie chrókꞌuejóni jnkojína. Kíxin Cristo kjuasóte chꞌán, chrítꞌo̱ chꞌán kíxin jahará chrókuito̱axínrá jína.
24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 A̱ ntá jahará kꞌuékꞌejorá éxí kolélo tsíkjichroe. A̱ ntá jie kꞌuitjará tí nkexro tsꞌayakonhen a̱sánrá.
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
