Isaías 27
New Simplified Bible (NSB) vs BKJ
1 In that day Jehovah will punish with his sword, his fierce, great and powerful sword. He will slay Leviathan the fleeing, coiling serpent, the monster of the sea.
1 Naquele dia o SENHOR com sua dolorosa, grande e forte espada punirá leviatã, a serpente sagaz, leviatã, aquela serpente tortuosa. E ele matará o dragão que está dentro do mar.
2 In that day sing about a fruitful vineyard:
2 Naquele dia cantai vós para ela, que é uma vinha de vinho tinto.
3 »I, Jehovah, watch over it. I water it continually. I guard it day and night so that no one may harm it.
3 Eu, o SENHOR, a guardo. Eu a regarei a cada momento, a fim de que ninguém a fira. Eu a guardarei noite e dia.
4 »I am not angry. If only there were briers and thorns confronting me! I would march against them in battle. I would set them all on fire.
4 Fúria não há em mim. Quem disporia os arbustos com espinhos e os espinheiros contra mim em batalha? Eu os atravessaria, eu os queimaria juntamente.
5 »Let them come to me for refuge. Let them make peace with me, yes, let them make peace with me.«

6 In days to come Jacob will take root, Israel will bud and blossom and fill the entire world with fruit.

7 Has Jehovah struck her as he struck down those who struck her? Has she been killed as those were killed who killed her?

8 By warfare and exile you contend with her. With his fierce blast he drives her out, as on a day the east wind blows.

10 The fortified city stands desolate, abandoned settlements, forsaken like the desert. There the calves will graze, there they lie down; they strip its branches bare.
10 Ainda a cidade protegida estará desolada, e a habitação abandonada e deixada como um deserto. Lá o novilho se alimentará e lá ele se recostará, e consumirá os ramos dali.
11 When its twigs are dry, they are broken off and women come and make fires with them. For they have no understanding discernment. Their Maker has no compassion on them, and their Creator shows them no favor.
11 Quando os galhos dali estiverem murchos, eles serão arrancados. As mulheres vêm e os colocam no fogo, porquanto este é um povo de nenhum entendimento. Portanto, ele que os criou não terá misericórdia deles, e ele que os formou não lhes mostrará favor.
12 In that day Jehovah will thresh from the flowing Euphrates River to the Wadi streambed of Egypt. You, O Israelites, will be gathered up one by one.
12 E, acontecerá naquele dia, que o SENHOR ajuntará desde o canal do rio até o ribeiro do Egito, e vós sereis reunidos um a um, ó vós, filhos de Israel.
13 A great trumpet will sound. Those who were perishing in Assyria and those who were exiled in Egypt will come and worship Jehovah on the holy mountain in Jerusalem.
13 E, acontecerá naquele dia, que a grande trombeta será soprada, e eles virão, os quais estavam prestes a perecer na terra da Assíria e os rejeitados na terra do Egito, e adorarão ao SENHOR no santo monte em Jerusalém.
