New Simplified Bible (NSB) vs BKJ
1 A great cloud of witnesses surround us. Therefore let us lay aside every weight, and the sin that easily entangles us. Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us.
1 Portanto, visto que nós também estamos rodeados de uma tão grande nuvem de testemunhas, deixemos de lado todo o peso, e o pecado que tão de perto nos rodeia, e corramos com paciência a corrida que está proposta diante de nós.
2 Look to consider without distractions Jesus, the Leader Predecessor and Finisher Perfecter of our faith. He despised the shame. He endured the stake for the joy that was set before him. Then he sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
2 Olhando para Jesus, o autor e consumador da nossa fé, o qual, pela alegria que lhe foi proposta, suportou a cruz, desprezando a desonra, e está assentado à destra do trono de Deus.
3 Consider him who endured such contrary talk by sinners against him. You should not get tired and give up in your mind heart.
3 Considerai, pois, aquele que suportou tais contradições dos pecadores contra si mesmo, a fim de que não fiqueis exaustos e desencorajados em vossas mentes.
4 You have not yet resisted by shedding blood in your striving against sin.
4 Vós ainda não resististes até ao sangue, lutando contra o pecado.
5 You have forgotten the exhortation that reasons with you as to sons: »My son, do not despise regard lightly discipline from Jehovah and do not lose heart when he corrects you. (Proverbs 3:11, 12)
5 E vos esquecestes da exortação que vos fala, como a filhos: Filho meu, não desprezes o castigo do Senhor, e não desfaleças quando fores repreendido por ele.
6 »Jehovah disciplines those he loves. In fact he scourges every son child he receives.«
6 Pois aquele a quem o Senhor ama também castiga, e açoita a cada filho que recebe.
7 God deals with you like children. Endure discipline instructiontraining. Who is the child whom a father does not discipline?
7 Se suportais o castigo, Deus vos trata como filhos; pois, qual é o filho a quem o pai não castigue?
8 If you are without discipline, you are illegitimate children, and not sons.
8 Mas se ficais sem castigo, do qual todos são feitos participantes, então sois bastardos, e não filhos.
9 Furthermore, we have had fathers of our flesh that corrected us, and we gave them respect. Shall we not much more be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live?
9 Além do mais, tivemos pais segundo a carne, que nos corrigiram, e nós lhes prestamos reverência; não devemos então nos sujeitar muito mais ao Pai dos espíritos, e viver?
10 They disciplined us for a few days for their own pleasure. He disciplines for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.
10 Porque aqueles, verdadeiramente, por um tempo, nos corrigiam como bem lhes parecia; mas este, para nossa vantagem, para que possamos ser participantes de sua santidade.
11 Now no discipline for the present seems to be joyous. In fact it seems grievous! Nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained.
11 Porém, nenhum castigo parece ser prazeroso para o castigado, mas angustiante; contudo, posteriormente, produz um fruto pacífico de justiça para aqueles exercitados por ele.
12 Lift up the hands that hang down, and the feeble knees.
12 Portanto, levantai as mãos que se encontram cansadas, e os joelhos fracos.
13 Make straight paths for your feet. Let that which is lame be turned out of the way, but rather let it be healed.
13 E fazei caminhos retos para os vossos pés, para que o que manqueja não se desvie para fora do caminho, mas que seja curado.
14 Pursue peace and holiness with all people, for no man will see the Lord without it.
14 Segui a paz com todos os homens, e a santidade, sem a qual nenhum homem verá o Senhor.
15 See that no one misses the grace of God; that no bitter root spring up to cause trouble and defile many.
15 Examinando diligentemente para que nenhum homem fracasse da graça de Deus; para que nenhuma raiz de amargura, brotando, vos perturbe, e por ela muitos sejam contaminados.
16 Let no one become immoral or unspiritual like Esau. He sold his birthright for a single meal!
16 E não haja algum fornicário ou pessoa profana, como Esaú, que por um bocado de alimento vendeu o seu direito de primogenitura.
17 Afterward, you know, he wanted to receive inherit his fathers blessing. He was turned back, because he could not find any way to change what he had done. He was in tears when he looked for it.
17 Porque bem sabeis que, posteriormente, querendo ele ainda herdar a bênção, foi rejeitado, porque não achou espaço para arrependimento, embora tivesse buscado cuidadosamente entre lágrimas.
18 You have not come to a mountain that can be touched, to Mount Sinai with its blazing fire, the darkness and the gloom, the storm.
18 Porque não chegastes a um monte que possa ser tocado, queimado com fogo, nem ao negrume, à escuridão, e à tempestade,
19 You have not come to the blast of a trumpet, and the sound of a voice. When the people heard the voice, they begged not to hear another word.
19 e ao som de uma trombeta, e à voz das palavras, a qual os que a ouviram pediram que se lhes não falasse mais.
20 They could not bear the order: »If even a beast touches the mountain, it will be stoned.«
20 (Porque não podiam suportar o que se lhes ordenava, e se até um animal tocar o monte, será apedrejado ou transpassado com um dardo.
21 The sight was so terrible formidablefearful that Moses said: »I am full of fear and trembling.«
21 E tão terrível era a visão, que Moisés disse: Tenho pavor e tremo).
22 You have come to Mount Zion, and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads thousands of thousands of angels,
22 Mas chegastes ao monte Sião, e à cidade do Deus vivo, à Jerusalém celestial, e a uma companhia incontável de anjos;
23 to the general assembly and congregation of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just righteousholy men made perfect maturehaving all needed qualities.
23 à igreja e assembleia geral dos primogênitos, que estão inscritos no céu, e a Deus, o juiz de todos, e aos espíritos dos homens justos aperfeiçoados;
24 You have come to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks in a better way than the blood of Abel.
24 e a Jesus, o mediador de um novo pacto, e ao sangue da aspersão, que comunica algo melhor do que aquele de Abel.
25 Be careful, then, and do not refuse to hear him who speaks. Those who refused to hear the one who gave the divine message on earth did not escape. How much less shall we escape then, if we turn away from the one who speaks from heaven!
25 Vede que não rejeiteis ao que fala; porque, se aqueles que rejeitaram o que na terra lhes falava não escaparam, muito menos nós escaparemos, se nos desviarmos daquele que nos fala lá de cima, nos céus;
26 His voice shook the earth then, but now he has promised: »I will once more shake not only the earth but also heaven.«
26 a voz do qual moveu a terra, mas agora prometeu, dizendo: Ainda uma vez sacudirei, não apenas a terra, mas também o céu.
27 The words »once more« plainly show that the created things will be shaken and removed, so that the things that cannot be shaken will remain.
27 E esta palavra: Ainda uma vez mais, significa a remoção das coisas móveis, como as coisas que são criadas, para que as coisas que são imóveis permaneçam.
28 Let us be thankful, because we will receive a kingdom that cannot be shaken. Let us be grateful and worship serveintensely adore God in a way that will please him, with reverence and awe.
28 Portanto, tendo recebido um reino que não pode ser removido, retenhamos a graça, pela qual podemos servir a Deus de forma aceitável, com reverência e temor divino.
29 Our God is a destroying consuming fire.
29 Porque o nosso Deus é um fogo consumidor.
